（征求意见稿）
各位群友：
经广大群友倡议，杭州“文成家园”QQ群（一群）拟于2011年元月上旬举办首届新春联谊会，现将具体事项公告如下：
一、时间：2011年1月8日（周六）
二、地点：凤起东路58号金川宾馆
三、参加对象：“文成家园”QQ群（一群）群友及特邀嘉宾。
四、议程安排：
15:00－15：30签到、领取通讯录等会议资料。
15:30－17:30座谈会。群友及嘉宾共叙乡情、共谋发展。
18：00－21：00联欢晚宴。部分群友和嘉宾致辞、表演文艺节目、穿插抽奖游戏等互动活动。宴席期间，以酒助兴、自由交流、合影留念。
五、报名时间：即日起至2010年12月20日。若个人报名后情况有变的，请于2010年12月30日之前告知联络人。

在2011年太科园新春联欢会上的致辞

各位同事，各位朋友，大家下午好：
冬寒渐去，还有2天就是大年，我们在这已经能嗅出春天气息的时节欢聚在一起，共祝佳节。
2010年，如果给我们园区筛选一个词汇的话，毫无疑问将是“感知”两字，短短一年，它真的变成了我们工作生活中的无处不在，10项国际、国家标准的制订，16项国家重大科技专项的承担，195家新增企业的入驻，短短半年时间，1.5万人次的参观访问。习惯了冷清寂寞，习惯了出门求助的我们突然换了个个：太科园变成了圣地，我们变成了标杆。恍恍惚惚之间就从贫农跃升为了富农，但好在我们没有陶醉。站在聚光灯下的舞台，面对目眩神迷的世界，我们尝试着透过繁复的数字去关注错综相连的经济内核和一份实实在在的现实缺失，每天我们都在努力，努力描绘一个清晰的坐标，并刻下每一毫一厘的变化，以期在斑驳的现实之中，找到一份清醒的自我，因为：“五岁”的太科园已经懂得：只有知道在哪里，才能不慌张；只有知道走向何处，才能保持淡定和从容。
2011年，是十二五开局之年，我们可以自勉为第二个“五
年创业期”的开始，这个五年，将是中国社会深刻变革，深度转型的新的时期，将是中国人思想深层最为激荡，最有渡让空间的新的纪元，也将是太科园成败兴亡，尘埃落定的五年：在这五年中，我们不但要做经济转型的先驱，同时，也必将同步碰撞社会变革的壁垒。神农辨百草，漫长、孤独而又痛苦，谁也不会因此而对我们关爱照顾有加。园区的光荣与梦想，只能依赖于我们无数个人憧憬、感悟、计划和行动的集合，一切的一切需要我们自己抛弃眼泪，以直立的双腿勇敢前行。
岁月如歌，365天转瞬即逝，新安这块土地又平添了无数的记忆。人们来来往往，留下了泪水和笑脸，留下了朋友和异己，留下了丑陋和美丽。回想一年中的点点滴滴，那些遗忘的故事和经历其实已悄然融入我们的感情和存放于我们的记忆。好的坏的，都成为了生命中的一部分。就像喜欢一个人，不是因为他跟你想象中的美好相符，而是因为你的生活已充满了他的呼吸。
兄弟姐妹们，人生就是在路上。新的一年，畏难、迟疑和软弱依然还会存在，但看着大家一张张充满希望、温暖和信心的脸，我坚信少年的太科园一定会比昨天“更加成熟、更加坚韧、更加给力”，为此，我提议迎着隆隆的炮火：2011，我们再出发，我们不折回！

各支部书记、党员、各位居民朋友们：
大家下午好！
凯歌高奏辞旧岁，春风得意迎新年。新年的钟声即将敲响，时光的车轮又留下了一道深深的印痕。伴随着温暖的阳光，满怀着喜悦的心情，2010年已如约而至。
在今天——2010年“迎新春”联谊会这样一个特别的日子，我们欢聚一堂，用我们的歌声、欢笑、快乐，告别2009，迎接2010。为此，我谨代表金芝里社区党工委向在座的各位致以春节最美好的祝福，向默默无闻、无私奉献支持我们工作的居民朋友和党员表示最衷心的感谢！
过去的一年，社区党工委、社工委在区委、区政府的正确领导下，深入学习实践科学发展观，扎实做好社区服务工作和各项创建工作，促进了社区建设再上新台阶。2009年是社区工作最繁忙、最艰辛的一年，也是取得成果很丰硕的一年。一年来，在社区全体干部职工和广大居民群众的共同努力下，社区的基础建设得到了新改善，社会事业展现了新进步，党建工作开创了新局面，社区服务取得了新突破！
回首昨天，我们豪情满怀；展望明天，我们充满期待。2010年，是我市创建文明城市和卫生城市的关键一年，是社区工作实现新进步、新突破的重要一年，是紧密联系居民朋友并与之建立和谐关系的核心之年。社区为推进养老社会化进程，积极探索社区养老服务新模式，加快构建“政府主导、社会参与、市场运作”的社区养老服务体系，确保辖区内老人能在生活上获得照料，精神上得到关爱，促进社会公平与和谐，社区积极通过市、区有关部门申请，争取中央资金和地方资金立项建设社区日间照料中心项目，将于2010年建设并投入使用。
2010年社区将一如既往地做好社区居民的服务的工作，我们要力争社区适龄人群全部参加医疗保险；对困难群体办理最低生活保障，做到应保尽保；为失业无业人员提供再就业平台，介绍有就业意向的居民参加就业培训，争取就业机会；与辖区单位保持亲密联系，共同构建社区的和谐与发展。充分发挥社区为居民、辖区单位尽心尽意办实事的决心，保持居民与辖区单位对社区放心满意的良好状态。
2010年，是我市创建全国文明城市和国家卫生城市的关键时刻，完成创建任务需要社会各个方面的努力与合作，更需要全体市民的热情参与。在此，我们真诚的希望，为了我们朝夕相处的美好家园，为了拥有一个优美、整洁、文明、和谐的工作生活环境，请广大居民朋友以满腔的热情投身到创建活动中来，为“两创”工作添砖加瓦。我们相信，有了大家的共同努力，我们的城市将更加洁净亮丽，我们的社会将更加文明和谐，我们的生活将更加幸福美好！

城里老鼠和乡下老鼠
