一次好的交谈,欲达到“与君一席话,胜读十年书”的效果,也要有一个很好的结尾。余音绕梁,三日不绝。那么,怎样结束谈话,才能给人留下难忘、美好的印象呢?以下介绍几种结束谈话的技巧:

1切忌在双方热烈讨论某一问题时,突然将对话结束,这是一种失礼的表现。如果一时出现僵持的局面,应设法把话题改变,一旦气氛缓和就应赶紧收场。

2不要勉强把话拖长。当发现谈话的内容已渐枯竭时,就应马上道别。否则,会给对方留下言语无味的印象。

3要小心留意对方的暗示。如果对方对谈话失去兴趣时,可能会利用“身体语言”做出希望结束谈话的暗示。比如,有意地看看手表,或频繁地改变坐姿,或游目四顾、心神不安。遇到这些情况,最好知趣地结束谈话。

4要把时间掌握得恰到好处。在准备结束谈话之前,先预定一段短时间,以便从容地停止。突然结束,匆匆忙忙地离开,会给以粗鲁无礼的印象。
