评分标准共分为五部分，第一部分是形象风度共20分，内容是衣着整洁、仪表大方、举止得体；
第二部分是语言表达能力共30分，内容是普通话标准、表达流畅、激情昂扬；第三部分是思想内容共30分，内容是紧扣主题积极向上、富有鼓舞性、启发性； 第四部分是整体印象共10分，内容是发挥出色、振奋人心；
第五部分是时间限制共10分，内容是演讲时间控制在5—10分钟内。
各位选手的得分去掉一个最高分一个最低分取平均成绩。第二位选手演讲结束后，公布第一位选手的成绩，依次类推。如出现并列名次情况，按抽签顺序先后进行排名。
