一、通知

通知是上级对下级、团体对个人部署工作、传达事情或召开会议时所用的一种文体。同级单位有事情要进行讨论或协商，也可以互发通知。通知分两种：一种是以布告形式，把事情通知有关人员；另一种是以书信形式，把相关事情传达给有关人员。一般说来，通知正文上面正中的地方往往有 Notice 或 NOTICE 一词作为题目，正文的下面是发出通知的单位名称。有时，发出通知单位的名称也可写在正文之前。发出通知的日期一般写在左下角；发出通知的人或单位的名称，可以写在右下角。这两项有时也可以省略。发出通知的单位和通知对象一般都用第三人称，但若正文前用了称呼语，则应用第二人称表示被通知的对象。例1Directions:If you are the organizer of a tour and you should give a notice to tell the tourists something about it.It should include:

第四篇：大学实践报告之

寒假实践报告（兼职和卖玫瑰花）

转眼间，一个多月的时间就过去了，而我的寒假生活也告了一个段落。说到社会实践，我的经历及体会没有像在大城市里闯荡的那般的轰烈与色彩，但也着实的给我的寒假生活添加了莫多的色彩。我的社会实践主要分有两大块的内容：一块是在农夫山泉公司做了为期近一个月的兼职，另一块就是和妹妹们在情人节那天卖了一次玫瑰花。

刚回家的时候，一天无所事事，每天都和朋友出去逛街。连续五六天的逛街让我觉得身心和钱包都快受不了了，我迫切想要找一个兼职。后来机缘巧合知道我同学的同学在农夫山泉公司上班，从他口中知道农夫山泉公司也在招兼职。我就去进行了面试。因为我之前有过一些兼职经验，对于经理的提问我也表现得比较自然。毫无疑问地，我被录取了。

第一天上班，我被安排到了百盛门口做东方树叶的临期品促销，原价四元的东方树叶仅售一元钱。我也没有经过什么培训，样样跟着那个带我熟悉业务的姐姐学习。由于那天我们的努力和较好的天气，我们卖出297瓶的好成绩。后面两天也卖得还不错。

第四天我被安排到了万州保利电影院里面做东方树叶的赠饮。公司要求统一着装，发了一套漂亮的裙装，我还自己买了肉色打底裤和一双白色的靴子来搭配。到电影院工作的时候，有两个做东方树叶的女生带我熟悉工作。这两个女生是三峡学院大二的，电影院里面的工作人员一般也才十几、二十几岁，和她们一起工作很开心。由于电影院的特殊性质，我们是中午一点上班，下午有半个小时的吃饭时间，晚上八点下班，而且工资待遇相对于万州其他同类兼职算最好的，真心觉得很不错。我们每天一点半到三点都是人流量最大的时候，人来人往，我们要去4给他们送水。

不知不觉时间就过去了，到过年的前几天我们就放假了。尝到了工作的辛苦，但我为自己赚到了一些零花钱，还认识了很多朋友。

二月十四日，也就是春节那天，我和几个初中同学商量好卖玫瑰花，恰逢春节和情人节相遇的日子，我们就借此机会第一次做起了“生意”。早上九点我们七人分成两拨开始卖，刚开始大家都不知道我们是卖花还是送花，后来我们几个就吆喝着，可是等了半天也没人凑上来看看，后来我们决定向路上的行人询问，终于第一束花被一位看起来四十出头的大叔送给他身边的妻子，我们当时感觉特高兴，可是后来就没有那么顺利了，一路上问了喝多热都嫌贵没买，没办法我们就利用死缠烂打的技术，终于那些男人们不得不给身边的美女送上一朵，一早上算下来，本钱刚赚够。哎，不容易啊！下午我们继续开始，由于天气有些不好一下午没有卖出去几多，最后还剩七朵，到了晚上就当我们准备将花送人的时候，一个年轻的大哥说想买花，但是数量不够，最后我们将七朵花20块钱送给了那位大哥。就这样一个新年过去了，留给我们的是那宝贵的经验：有些人想买花，但是不好意思开口，还有的是身边的女友嫌贵不买，只有当你将花送到他身边问上一句：“先生，是否需要给你身边的美女送上你的祝福。”的时候，他才愿意将口袋里的票票送上来。

以上就是我的寒假社会实践报告，写的是我在寒假的一些经历和感受，没有什么轰轰烈烈的惊险万分，但也不是平淡无味，至少给我的身心带来了深深的感受充实了我的寒假生活。对我以后的生活产生了很大的影响。我会继续努力，给自己创造给多的机会，积极的参加各种社会实践活动。在活动中锻炼自己，发展

Recreational activity休闲运动，消遣活动

In our daily life, there are various recreational activities apart from studying or working ranging from listening to music or playing computer games.Such activities活动 are beneficial as well as harmful to us if undertaken 从事

inappropriately不适当的.On one hand, recreational activities can help us to not only build our body and mind but also improve our communication and understanding with friends because most of these activities are done with others.On the other hand, if we spend too much time on singing, dancing or other games, we might fail to concentrate on our duties such as studying our working, which in turn may lead to further consequences.As far as I’m concerned, recreational activities should be done within a certain limit 在一定的限制内so that we can keep a proper适当的 balance between recreation and studying or working life.
