邮所地处高新开发区,由于是开发区的原因,所以这地段是很多中小型企业的集散地。目前邮所办理的业务主要是特快业务,经济快递业务这块业务还是处于空缺状态。由于国内民营快递企业优胜劣汰的生存法则使得他们提高货运速度和降低资费,所以普遍的民营快递公司都价格便宜,时间快,这造成周围很多的公司快递业务都是走私人快递公司发运。为了能更好的开发经济快递包裹这项业务,我经常利用休息时间去走访客户,并把从客户中收集到得相关资料整理,结合公司的特点来制作成能满足不同客户需求的方案。比如刚开始科技有限公司的经理总认为我们邮政的资费比其它快递公司要高出3-4元。多次出提出如果能与其它快递公司价格相同就考虑与我们邮政合作。针对这样的情况,我首先耐心的分析了我们邮政相对于其他民营公司的优势,宣传介绍邮政业务资费和售后服务优惠政策,然后我及时与相关的领导反应情况,通过上下一致通力合作制作定出一套适合该公司的用邮情况的可行方案该来挽留这个客户。经过我多方面的努力,一次次的接洽,一次次的修改方案,终于与科技有限公司的经理双方达成了共识,成功的与科技有限公司签约1个经济快递包裹的协议客户,每月用邮量100件之间成交金额在1000-1500元之间。而在航空电子客票刚开办时,因营业员有怕出错的心理,都不敢办理该项业务,加上平时办理传统业务时已经很繁忙,所以开办这

当石林场重点公益管护“六拳”出击 效果明显

为了切实做好重点公益管护工作,当石林场干部职工齐心协力,务实重行,真抓实管,出台六项措施重拳出击,使当石林场的重点公益林管护效果发生了“翻天覆地的变化”。

第一拳:明确目标,严把用人关。把“看好公益林”作为重点公益林管护的唯一目标,把年富力强有责任心,能够服从领导,听从指挥作为选人用人的标准,严把用人关。管护员上岗之前必须签署《保证书》,做到“五个保证”方能录用上岗。

第二拳:强化培训教育,明确管护职责。针对《桦甸市公益林管护工作奖惩细则》,组织公益林全体人员深入学习和考试,不及格者罚款200元,给一次补考机会,经补考再不及格者清除管护队伍。通过强化培训教育使全体管护人员明确管护职责,知道自己该做到哪些,如果做不到应该接受怎样的处罚,使大家都能真正负起管护责任,切实做好公益林管护工作。

第三拳:严格出勤管理,保证管护到位。每天早晨由各管护队长向主管场长报告本段出勤情况,林场随时进行抽查,检查管护员出勤和在岗情况。要求各位管护队长对自己的每一位队员每天的动向都必须掌握。

一、我校家长学校开展工作概况

每周邀请家长来校进行校访,使家长有了近距离接触、了解学校工作的机会。家长挂着校访牌,可以进入办公室与教师交谈,进入教室听课,巡视校园,观察学生的行为规范等。此外,直接与校领导对话,就学校的各种问题向校领导提出建议。实行校访制度,引导家长参与学校管理,进一步形成家校协作教育的机制,不断优化教育资源,创设良好的教育环境。

2.定期举办讲座。

每学期学校都要请有关专家进行专题讲座。目的是使每位家长感悟到家庭教育的重要性,重养重教。

3.树立典型,以点带面。

在学校开展的各项活动中,得到了很多家长的大力支持,为此,学校每学年都要认真组织进行 “阳光家长”的评选活动,要求家长写好了优秀事迹的介绍材料,在广大家长中推介,本学期表彰了10位关心和支持学校工作的家长。

4.开展家长开放日活动。

“家长开放日”活动起到了四个促进作用。一是促进了教师课堂教学水平的提高。每当“开放日”到来之时,每一个教师非常重视,都要认真钻研教材,设计教案,都想在家长面前展示一下自己的教学技艺,从而提高自己。二是增强了家长教育孩子的责任感。三是促进了学生主动地学习。四是促进了教师与家长、家长与学生之间关系的优化。“开放日”活动让教师、家长、学生之间的距离拉得更近了,从而增强了相互之间的了解,尊重和关心,出现了孩子督促家长做模范家长,家长教育孩子做“阳光学生”的可喜局面。这一活动受到了家长的一致好评。

5.开展亲子活动,提高教育实效。

学校结合传统节日的有利契机,如三八妇女节、母亲节、父亲节等节日,开展了融游戏和教育于一体的亲子游戏活动。学校阳光家长俱乐部也创造性地开展亲子活动如:如“法制讲座”、“特色升旗”、“六一”、“趣味运动会” “感恩主题队会”等庆祝活动,让家长来校和学生一起同庆同乐。在家长和孩子参与的这些活动中,家长们感受到了孩子的成长和快乐,孩子在与父母一起参与活动的过程中,体会到父母的艰辛,理解了父母的苦心,拉近了家长与孩子的距离。

6.大力开展感恩教育,提升德育工作水平。

我校开展了系列的感恩实践教育活动。如“给父母端杯热水”、“爱祖国、爱父母、爱自己”活动、“为父母洗脚”活动、“感恩演讲比赛”等等,这些活动的开展有力的拉近学生与家长的距离,产生了良好的效果。

7.重视家访。

在家校联系与沟通上,我校充分利用现代化信息技术开展家教活动。每个班级都设立了“家校联系卡”。学校要求每个班级都建立了微信群,QQ群。今年又开设了学生家长数学速算盒子让家长参与孩子的学习情况监督上。充分利用黑金小学的教育网站,家长教师每天都在微信见面沟通,了解孩子的学习情况,在校情况,学校班主任定期转发家庭教育的文章和案例大大提高了效率。收到了很好的教育效果,改变了以前单一的家访方式,多媒体的信息技术成为了学校与家庭的互通纽带,有效地促进了家校携手,联合教育。8.印发告家长书、宣传单。

通过印发告家长书、宣传单向家长直接介绍家庭教育的方式、现代家教信息和学校工作的新动向,立足实际,多渠道、多形式开展家长学校工作。比如向家长提出“多一点时间陪孩子”、“走出 家庭,走向社会”的倡议;向孩子提出“我为父母分忧愁”的要求,指导学生在家做一些力所能及的家务事,学会生活的自理。

(二)、“同读一本书,共养好习惯”彰显特色 家长学校开课之际,我们对“本溪市行为习惯养成教育家长读本”授课的教师进行好习惯专题培训,与家长讲授书中重点以及具体方法进行读书交流。孩子和家长可以同读一本书,可以好习惯读本,可以是故事书,可以是新闻报道等。家长能够走进孩子的心灵。我校开展了“成功素质教育”“怎样培养孩子”等读书漂流活动,掀起了家长读书的热潮。事实证明,我校通过“同读一本书,共养好习惯”的落实,使学生们更加理解父母的“不容易”,体会父母的辛劳。通过实践作业,去感恩父母。每月的校本作业需要请家长与学生一起自查互评。假期里,我校开展了“我与家长比一比”的好习惯马拉松活动,这些活动的开展使家长和孩子相互督促,相互牵制学生和家长都慢慢的养成了良好的生活习惯和学习习惯。

几年来好习惯养成教育初见端倪。为了进一步深化养成教育的内涵,校本课程又增设了《弟子规》、《三字经》读本,并在全校师生及家长中开展了传承国学文化的经典诵读活动。学校开展诵读展演活动。活动开展深深触及到家长的心灵,使家长也“不知不觉”走近“经典”。通过调查了解,结果表明,对于学校国学经典诵读课,家长非常支持,他们了解国学家庭的伦理道德,学校的励志规范,社会的知书达理。家长都有了理论指导。学生的认识从知开始才有了行,并逐步做到了知行统一。我们在好习惯启动仪式上邀请了许多家长,以寄家长一封信的形式,提高家长对此项活动的认识,与家长达成共识,使学生在学校养成好习惯的同时,在家庭里也要保证好习惯的持续养成。教师影响着学生,学生影响着家长,这样相互影响,相互同化。共同进步。经过几年的努力,家长对于好习惯的认识越来越深入,以至于影响着家长好习惯的主动养成。

(三)取得的成绩

1.家长的教子观念发生变化,愈加重视孩子的品德与心理健康。

通过家长学校的辅导与学习,慢慢改变着家长“重智轻德”的观念。最明显的变化,莫过于家长会中,家长不再是紧紧盯住孩子的学习成绩,而是开始过问起孩子的个性发展、学校表现等。如孩子参加各种社团、比赛、社会实践等,许多家长给予了极大的支持!学校的民乐队、诗刊社办得有声有色,节庆祝活动的隆重热烈与成功,同家长的支持是分不开的。

2.家长教子方式得到提高,教育效果明显。

我们把孩子对家长、老师的教育方法的建议反馈给家长,同时也通过与家长的沟通,促进家长教子方式的改变。许多家长深有体会的说:孩子已经长大了,到了初中,与他们平等、亲切交流会有许多的收获;而简单的、粗暴的教育,只能使孩子越走越远。多年中,没有发生父母与子女冲突、矛盾激化的事件。

3.家长素质得到提高,家庭育人环境得到优化。

家长认识到自己是孩子的第一任老师,也是孩子的终身老师,从而增强了家庭责任感,进一步认识到家庭教育的重要性。在家访中,我们感受到了家长在创设温暖家庭关系、亲子关系所作的努力。

4.密切了家庭与学校的关系,形成教育合力。

通过家长学校、家长委员会的工作,使家长全面准确地了解孩子,并依靠不断提高的家教方法,增强了教育的针对性;同时,又使家长了解到了学校的工作,增强家长对教师的了解、信任,使家长能主动地支持学校、教师的工作。

三、今后努力的方向

1.充分发挥“家长论坛”的积极作用。

虽然我们也开设这样的论坛,但是,在内容上还不够丰富,在形式上不够生动,并且缺乏系统,以后将再努力。

2.开展心理健康教育培训。

针对目前的学生心理变化与特点,对家长要开设系列心理辅导的培训,促进家长重视心理辅导,提高心理辅导技能。

3.更进一步开展优秀家长的评选活动。

要建立起规范的评选制度,并使其发生辐射与榜样作用,调动家长参与学校管理、共同关注孩子思想、身心发展的积极性。

4.注重学习研究型家庭的构建。

面对迅速发展的社会,面对正处于人生观、世界观逐步形成时期的中学生,建立一个学习研究型家庭是极为重要的事,它不仅关乎父母、子女的发展,同时还关乎与社会的与时俱进,所以,在以后的工作中,我们将着力进行学习研究型家庭的构建与推进。

科学发展永无止境,教育实践之树常青。父心,母心,老师心,心心相通;你教,我教,大家教,合力育人。适应新形势,我校将继续高举素质教育大旗,积极探索家校工作的新思路、新载体和新办法,情为学生所系,策为学生所谋,千方百计为孩子们的健康成长编织五光十色的花环,和越来越多的家长们牵起手来,凝心聚力地打造和享受越来越幸福完整的阳光教育新生活。
