俺是大连理工学大外语学院英文系05级的一名毕业生，即将于明年6月完成本科学业。这次中华英才网给出这么好的海外实习机会，俺希望能努力争取到，以做为己自真正步入社会的一个坚实的桥梁。

此保證書依97學英文系主任簽名同意後公告
茲保證姓名：(現就讀系 二 年級)，於97學自願參加「英文系98學英文系大三留學甄選」到美國賓州印第安那大學/美國維諾納州立大學/加拿大布蘭登大學，修習學分2學期之活動(秋、春)。如經錄取，必將遵守下列規定，否則願意接受本校相關校規之處分：
1.恪遵本校及留學學校之相關法規及其給與之待遇，絕不做出任何有損兩校校譽之行為。
2.於春季學期結束後依簽證效期內返國，絕不擅自脫離團隊或逾期滯留國外，如有違反以上情事，願負法律責任，且不殃及他人與淡江大學主辦單位，更不以法律行為進行抗辯。
3.經公告錄取後，非因不可抗力之因素，不得以任何理由放棄或中輟本校大三留學生之資格。
4.為確保學生海外留學時之安全，家長與學生本人願意主動告知學生是否曾有身心重大疾病之就診記錄。
