今天，依照法律，籍以典礼，我们在此庆祝我国宪法那历久弥新的智慧，重温使我们国家团结如一的深切责任感。对于这一刻带来的荣耀我心存感激，对于我们身处其中的时代我不敢释怀，决心把我在你们面前立下的誓言付诸实现。

这是我们的第二次聚会，我们的责任并非由我的言词来决定，而是由我们共同经历的一切来决定的。半个世纪以来，美国一直在遥远的边界上，守卫着我们的自由。共产主义崩溃后，我们迎来了相对平静的岁月，不再枕戈待旦，终日乾乾——然而，在我们的偃息懈怠中却遭遇了一个火光冲天的日子。

我们看到了自己的薄弱之处，也看清了这其中最深层的根源。只要世界各地在怨恨和暴政中骚动，醉迷于滋生仇恨、纵容屠杀的种种意识形态，暴力就会麋集、泛滥，形成破坏力巨大的力量，穿越防卫严密的边界，带来致命的威胁。这个世界的历史上，只有一种力量可以打破仇恨与宿怨的桎梏，揭穿暴君的权力伪装，让正直与宽容的人们重新获得希望，这种力量就是人类的自由。

历史和常识引导我们得出一个结论：自由能否在我们的国土上存在下去，越来越依赖于自由能否在别的国度取得胜利。要在我们的世界建立和平，最好的途径就是让自由扩展到世界上的每一个角落。

与我们国家生死攸关的利益和植根于我们心灵深处的信念现在已合而为一。从美国建国之日起，我们一直坚称，世间的男男女女都拥有自己的权力、尊严和无与伦比的价值，因为他们拥有创造天地之神的形象。一代又一代，我们也从不间断地坚称，建立一个民治的政府至关重要，因为没有哪一个人更适合成为主人，也没有哪一个人活该成为奴隶。推进这些理想正是创建美国的使命。那是我们先辈们的光辉成就。现在，这个使命又成了巩固国家安全的当务之急和我们这个时代的呼唤。

因此，美国的政策是谋求并支持每一个国家及文化中的民主运动和民主机制的发展，最终目标是在全世界结束暴政。

实现这个目标主要不应依靠武力，但是在必要时，我们仍将以武力保卫自己，保卫我们的盟友。从本质上讲，自由必须由公民去选择，去捍卫，并通过法制和保障少数人的权益加以维护。当一个国家的灵魂最终有了自由言论的权力时，它所选择的制度也可能表现出不同于我们的习俗和传统的特征。美国将不会强迫任何国家接受我们的国家体制。相反，我们的目的只是帮助其它国家找到自己的声音，获得自身的自由，开创属于自己的道路。

终结专制的远大目标需要一代又一代人的共同努力。但是，任务的艰巨并不能成为拒绝承担任务的借口。美国的影响并非无远弗届，但值得那些受压迫者庆幸的是，美国的影响也非微不足道，为了自由的大业，我们将信心百倍地运用自己的影响力。

保卫我们的国家和人民不再受到袭击和威胁，是我最神圣的职责。有些人愚顽狂妄地要试探美国的决心，但他们看到的却是我们坚不可摧的意志。

我们会坚持不懈地把两种道义选择清楚地摆在每个统治者和每个国家面前：压迫或自由。压迫总是错误的，而自由则永远正确。美国不会装聋作哑地认为身陷囹圄的异议者甘愿身披镣铐，妇女甘愿遭受屈辱和奴役，任何人会甘愿在强权下忍气吞声地生活。

我们将鼓励别国政府进行改革，毫不掩饰地向他们表明，必须善待本国人民才能成功建立和美国的关系。美国相信人类的尊严，这种信念是我们制定政策的指南。但是人权绝不能仅是独裁者勉强做出的让步；人权必须由发表不同意见的自由和人民的参政权利来保障。长远来看，没有自由，就没有正义；没有自由，就不可能有人权。

我知道，有些人对于我们在全球传播自由的理念心存疑虑，尽管最近的四十年间自由得到了空前迅猛的发展，这种疑虑在今天似乎不合时宜。全体美国人民不应被我们理念的力量所震惊。总有一天，自由的呼唤会叩开每一扇心灵，触动每一个灵魂。我们不能容忍暴政年复一年地存在，因为我们无法接受永久的暴政可能带来的永久的奴役。自由终将眷顾热爱她的人们。

今天，美国向世界各国人民重申：

那些生活在专制之下，绝望之中的人们应该知道：美利坚合众国不会漠视你们遭受的压迫，也不会姑息那些压迫者。当你们挺起胸膛争取自由时，美国将和你们站在一起。

那些面临着压制、监禁和和流放的民主改革者应该知道：美国对你们的作为了然于心——你们是未来自由国家的领袖。

那些践踏法律的统治者应该明白：美国仍然坚守林肯总统的信念：“剥夺别人的自由者不配享有自由，在公正的上帝面前，这种人的统治不可能长久。”

那些习惯于控制人民的政府领导人应该明白：为了服务人民，你必须学会信任人民。当你踏上这条通往进步和正义的道路，美国将与你同行。

美国的所有盟友都应该知道：我们珍视你们的友谊，倾听你们的建议，仰仗你们的帮助。在自由国家间制造分裂，是自由之敌的首要目的。自由国家齐心协力，推进民主，将为敌人敲响末日丧钟。

今天，我也要对美国的公民们重申：

保卫国家安全是一项艰巨的任务，我请求你们一如既往地给予更多的耐心。我们的国家担负着千难万险的义务，半途而废将是一种耻辱。我们的行动继承了这个国家充当解放者的伟大传统，成千上万的人们已经因此获得了自由。希望点燃新的希望，越来越多的人将看到希望的火光。通过我们的努力，我们也在人们的心灵点燃了火种，温暖着感受到它的力量的人们，烧毁了试图阻挡它的羁绊，终有一天，这桀骜不驯的自由之火将燃遍世界每一个最黑暗的角落。

以每一天观之，包括我宣誓就职的今天，摆在我们国家面前的问题数不胜数。以数百年观之，我们面对的问题反倒显得寥寥无几。这些问题无非是：我们这一代人推进了自由大业了吗？我们的品格为这项大业增添光彩了吗？

这些问题裁量着我们的作为，也把我们团结在一起。因为所有美国人——不论党派、背景，也不论是血统上的美国人，或是归化来的美国人——在推进自由的事业上不可分离。我们经历过分歧，必须弥合裂痕才能向着伟大的目标迈进——我将用最大的诚意去努力弥合这种裂痕。但是这种裂痕并不是美国的特性。当自由受到攻击时，我们曾经深感国家团结的力量和同胞的情谊，我们的反应万众一心，我们的回击同仇敌慨。每当美国为了正义的事业而奋起

前行，给灾民送去希望，以正义抗击不义，为囚徒砸碎锁链，我们都体会到那一如既往的团结的力量并为此感到自豪。

自由终将获得胜利，我们满怀信心，向着这个目标前进。历史的发展道路并非无可改变，人类做出的选择才推动了历史前进的方向。我们并没有自认为是上帝的选民，上帝依照自己的意志，推动历史，做出选择。我们满怀信心，是因为自由是人类永恒的希望，是黑暗中的渴求，是灵魂深处的期盼。当国父们宣告了世代相传的新秩序时，当士兵们为了保卫建立在自由之上的联邦而前赴后继献出自己的生命时，当民众们高举“现在就要自由”的旗帜，强忍怒火，和平抗议时——他们在以自己的行为实践着先人们尚待实现的愿望。虽然，在历史的长河里，公正有过潮起潮落，但是历史的发展方向清晰可见，那是自由本身的轨迹，也是自由的创造者留给我们的路标。

当《独立宣言》第一次向公众宣读，自由之钟在庆典上敲响时，有一位亲历者说：“钟声响了，好象意味深长。”在我们的时代，这钟声依然意味隽永。在这朝气蓬勃的新世纪里，美国将把自由撒播到世界的每一个角落，传递给那里的每一个居民。美国将重振雄风——饱经砥砺，依然不倦不怠——时刻准备着去成就人类自由史上最伟大的业绩。

愿上帝保佑你们，愿上帝护佑美利坚合众国。

常听大家说：“冲动是魔鬼，尤其是在面临重大决策的时候，千万不能冲动”现在面对我们这个充满各种问题的宿舍，我实在忍无可忍，我的内心充满了愤怒，充满了各种对陈明旭同志所做工作的不满，但是仔细分析一下，我的内心又充满了对原宿舍长的理解和认可，因为我发现619宿舍是一个情况比较复杂地区，在那里生活着多位班级要员和多位很有前途的同志，比如晁天王，锦涛主席，喜洋洋等，其中更重要的一个原因就是原宿舍长以前身兼心理委员和619宿舍长等多个职务，工作是相当繁重和辛苦的你要知道，难免在处理各项事务时出现某些疏忽，所以今天冒昧地唐突地就任临时宿舍长一职。还有一个原因就是我的心里很早就有过对619宿舍的各种设想，所以在接下来的日子里，我会和大家一起尽力营造出一个和谐的舒适的温馨的CS·LWZ宿舍，还望能够得到原宿舍长的谅解和大家在今后工作上支持！谢谢！

尊敬的各位领导，各位评委，同事们：

大家好！

首先，让我深深地感谢同事们几年来对我的关心和帮助，感谢各位领导对我的培养和教育，是你们让我有资格站在这个庄严神圣的演讲台上参加今天的会议。在此，我也诚挚地感谢各位评委对我的工作和综合能力的评测。

我叫，今年25岁，中共党员，2008年通过公务员考试进入工商部门。先后在工商所、工商所担任了片区监管员、会计员、法制员、信息员、计算机专管员。

从事工商行政管理工作3年来，本人在政治上、业务上不断追求进步。

1、政治思想方面：本人积极学习党的最新理论成果，注重在实际工作中贯彻党的各项路线方针政策。严格落实国家、省市局文件、通知精神，不折不扣地执行局党组的各项决定。2009年，我光荣的加入了中国共产党。入党后，我更加注重在工作、学习、生活的各个方面以一个党员的标准要求自己，以热心、诚心服务群众，以关心、爱心对待同事，以信心、恒心处理工作。

2、工作成绩方面：在我局工作的三年时间内，每一次负担起片区巡查员、会计员、法制员等新工作，既是提高自己的业务技能的平台，更是丰富人生的阅历的机遇。这些工作不仅使我在实践中探索了适合自己的工作方法，更培养了自己观全局、想全局、揽全局的意识和能力。在2009公务员考核中，我被评定为“优秀”等次；2010年，我被省工商行政管理局授予了“全省食品安全监管先进个人”称号。

参加工作三年来，我取得了一些进步，同样存在着创新意识不强、人际关系处理能力较弱的问题。针对这些问题，在以后的工作中，我将做到以下几点：

1、在工作思想上完成两个转变：由独立工作向协同合作转变；由“领导交办，全力办好”向多考虑怎么去办、多考虑怎么办好转变；从被动执行向创新方法转变。

2、在人际关系中处理好几个关系：首先协调好与上级领导和各业务科室的关系，做到勤请示，勤汇报，积极完成各业务科室交办的各项工作；处理好与同事的关系，建立家人般的同志关系；处理好与监管对象之间的关系，做到文明执法，热情服务。

我深信，知难而进，勇于挑战，开拓创新，是全面完成各项任务的保证。在未来的工作中，我将结合自身特点，在全力完成各级领导交办的任务的同时方面，多搞创新，多出亮点，为我局争创全省
