研究生入学考试分为初试和复试两个环节，而面试是各高校复试必不可少的环节，也是对于考生能否顺利通过研究生考试最重要的一个环节。

在复试面试当中，导师最爱问的问题之一就是让学生做一个自我介绍。面试中的自我介绍，可以让考官观察到报名表简历等书面材料以外的内容，如你对自己的描述与概括能力，你对自己的综合评价以及你的精神风貌等。

自我介绍是学生给导师的第一印象，导师提问这块时非常灵活，没有一个具体的标准。导师在现场会问到很多问题，比如说你的个人经历，成功经历，失败经历，个人梦想，读研的计划等等。关于个人的信息一定要准备好，一定不要临时去想，因为临时想很难组织语言，也很难想得完美。

首先同学们要注意的是，第一，落落大方，不要太过紧张，不要太敏感。第二，说话的时候语言简洁，口齿清楚。态度要保持自然、友善、亲切、随和。第三充满信心，要敢于正视对方的双眼，显得胸有成竹，从容不迫。心理素质不够硬的同学，建议自己多对镜练习，这个还是可以有改进的，只要提前多多练习，到时就不会特别胆怯。

3切记不要太长，太长容易出错。三分钟以内就可以。语速不要太快，正常语速就可以，讲太快容易把自己搞紧张的。

4，心理上一定不要轻视英语面试。研究生复试的英语部分一般是由学校的公共英语或研究生公共英语教研室来考核。好点的学校，那些参与面试的导师几乎都是海龟，在国外呆了多年，他们是可以用一口流利的英语做学术报告的。如果你进去上来一口标准流利的英语，瞬间镇住各位老师。相信我，成功就在眼前了。

1.开场白(作自我介绍时，最好不要用…let me introduce myself briefly / please allow me tointroduce myself to you等句子，重复、啰嗦，而且这样说的同学很多，考官听多了，未免太俗。开头可以只用一句话引入：Dear professors, I feel so glad to meet all of you here。然后就可以进入主题，介绍姓名、年龄等等。)
