good evening, honorable judges, ladies and gentlemen.it’s my great pleasure to stand here to present my speech—change the world, change ourselves.it’s noticable that western holidays are becoming increasingly popular day by day, while chinese traditional festivals are being somewhat neglected.not long before about 10 doctors in beijing university and qinghua unversity announced that we should reject the invasion of western holidays ,because they regard western holidays as an challenge against our traditional festivals and culture.frankly speaking, i don’t quite agree with them.indeed, we should never neglect or even discard our traditonal festivals as china boasts a brilliant history and splendid traditions.(examples).but why can’t we absorb the meaningful western holidays and culture.there are obvious reasons why some western holidays are so popular in china.on the one hand, some of the western holidays which we chinese don’t have are reasonable and meaningful, such as father’s day and april fool’s day etc.on the other hand,the prevalence of globalization enables western culture to prevail in china.overwhelmed by such a trend,chinese unconsiciously get involved in western holidays and culture.with the further development of the whole world, the cultural communication between different countries and nations becomes faster and more and more important.we are indeed from different nations, but we are the citizens of the same world, so the outstanding culture of different nations is the commom wealth of everyone on the earth.the only way for us to protect our traditional culture is to reject the foreign culture? the answer is definitely no.what we ought to do is to spare no effort to educate chinese to get to know and treasure our splendid traditions instead of rejecting foreign culture.only by educating can we set our confidence and belief towards our culture.only by educating can we preserve and promote the wealth that our ancesters left for us.at last i’d like to share a famouse saying of gandhi with all of you ,that is:if you want to change the world, then you must change yourself first.”

我是大**班的***，现为学生会组织部候选人，竞选组织部长。今天我的心情很激动，有信心在这里参加竞选。理由有三：

一是我有兴趣做好组织部长工作。常言道，兴趣是事业成功的酵母。在大学生活的各个方面，我除了对自己的专业非常感兴趣外，就是对学生会组织部长的工作感兴趣。我愿意在这个岗位上为同学们做些应该做的工作。这是兴趣，也是贡献。

二是我有能力做好组织部长工作。大一以来，我一直在学生会组织部里做干事，初步了解了组织工作的规律，掌握了做好组织工作的方法和步骤，也在学生会组织工作中作出了一定的成绩，提高了自己的整体素质，为自己做好组织部长工作积累了一定的经验。

三是我有信心做好组织部长工作。众所周知，学生会的组织工作要靠全体学生的理解，要靠学生会其他部门的支持，要靠团委老师们的指导。但更需要组织部长细心、周到、热情的努力工作。我一定要处理好学习与学生会工作的关系，处理好自己与其他学生会成员的关系，处理好自己与老师的关系，把学生会的组织工作做得有条不紊

在学生会的工作中，我有时只是做些平凡的工作，但是我相信正是这些平凡的工作让我懂得很多，积累很多!懂得了如何去与人沟通，如何组织，如何让同学相信我。并且我认为要想组织好活动，首先自己要做好，起带头的活动!从而更好去调动同学。正所谓：团结就是力量。我们知道学生会是老师与学生之间的桥梁和纽带。不是说我当选了就会受益多少，而是我可以付出更多，感受更深，希望更大。我会用行动来诠释这一切的。假如我落选了，我也不会灰心，我还会继续积极配合学生会的工作，使学生会成为一个优秀的组织，正所谓：“心有多大，舞台就有多大!”只要我努力付出，我就是胜利者。最后希望老师和同学投给我宝贵的一票。我的演讲到此结束，谢谢!前不久，我读了一则童话故事，它是英国作家王尔德写的《巨人的花园》。故事讲的是一个巨人看到孩子们在自己的花园里玩耍，很生气，他在花园周围筑起了高墙，将孩子们拒于墙外。从此以后，园里花不开，鸟不语，一片荒凉，春夏秋都不肯光临，只有冬天永远留在这里。一天，孩子们从墙洞爬进来，春天也就跟着孩子们来了，园里立刻变得生机勃勃。当他把孩子们再次赶出花园之后，花园又被冰雪覆盖了。后来，在小男孩的启发下，巨人醒悟了，随即拆除了围墙，花园成了孩子们的乐园，巨人生活在漂亮的花园和孩子们中间，感到无比地幸福?? 王尔德的这个快乐故事，让我的心久久不能平静，那个巨人，他两次的自私与冷酷给花园带来了冰雪寒冬，让孩子们失去欢乐的同时，他自己也同样孤单寂寞，更享受不到花园里明媚的景色！我们常说：“赠人玫瑰，手有余香”。其实，快乐也一样，给别人快乐，自己也快乐。

我还记得这样几句名言：“把你的痛苦与人分享，你的痛苦将会减少一半；把你的快乐与人分享，你的快乐将增加一倍。”是啊，分享快乐不会使自己损失什么，却能让这个世界充满温情。相反，有了快乐，一个人独乐，最终也不会快乐。

与别人一起分享快乐是一种美德，因为快乐能够传染。其实很多时候，与别人分享快乐，既是给了别人一个机会，也是给了自己一个机会；既给了别人一个好心情，自己也留下了一份好心情。

既然这样，那么请打开你的心灵，真诚地与别人分享吧——自己是一团火，就要想法把别人点亮；自己是一盆水，就要想法把别人洗净；自己是一粒米，就要想法长出更大的稻穗；自己是一弯月，就要想法给夜行人送去清辉??与人共享快乐，你也会更加快乐！篇二：大学生三分钟演讲稿

再过几个月我们将面临毕业实习，我们将要从学校步入社会。这种环境的转变对我们来说意味着什么，现在的我不得而知，但是我知道即将开始的是一个新的人生，一个新的起点。

我记得美国的小说家毛姆写过一篇叫做《刀锋》的小说。说的是人们从一种状态过渡到另一种状态的时候，就像从刀的一面过渡到另一面。而最艰难的莫过于趟过刀刃的那一刻。其实走过去你就会发现，刀的另一面远没有我们想象的那样不可以忍受。在平时的生活中总会听到关于初入社会的大学生遇到的挫折是多么可怕的话，其实我们不必太过在意。许多挫折往往是美好的开始，有人在挫折中成长，有人在挫折中跌倒。关键在于个人是怎样看待的。要知道这个世界从来都是相对的，有挫折必定有成功。重要的是以怎样的心态面对：站起来便能成就更好的自己，硬是在地上赖着，自怨自艾悲叹不已的人注定只能继续哭泣。哪个站在台面上的人，其背后不是有一堆令人心酸的过往。而挫折往往令他们站得更稳。不管遇到怎样的困境，只要我们尽力找出其中的光明面，这样不管多不好的困境都会好转，不然，只会让自己一直陷在不幸之中。现在快毕业的我们面临的是找工作或者是接本。一直都听到毕业即失业这句话，而这句话仿佛已经成了现在大学生的代名词。为什么还没开始就要选择放弃呢？人们说机会是留给那些有准备的人的，而在这里我想加上一句机会是留给那些勇于挑战的人的。只要勇于挑战再加上我们三年来的积累，我们没有什么是比不过别人的。况且相对来说我们的专业能力要比一般本科生强，而且我们还有一次实习的机会。从先决条件上来看我们已经优于他们了，还有什么必要去自怨自艾呢。

社会就像大海一样广阔，像天空一样高远，在如此广阔，如此高远的社会环境中怎么会找不到自己的立足之点呢。

相信自己，一定会成功！！

新加坡是一个通用英语的国家，这个国家的公共场所的各种标语大多是用英语书写。但其中的一些涉及文明礼貌的标语，如“不准随地吐痰”、“禁止吸烟”、“不准进入草坪”等却用中文书写。为什么呢？人家回答：因为有这些不文明行为的大数是中国大陆的游客。为此，到新加坡考察的一位中学校长语重心长地说：不文明行为也是国耻。第二个事例是：据中央电视台报道，国庆节后的天安门广场，随处可见的口香糖残迹，显得格外刺眼，40万平方米的天安门广场上竟有60万块口香糖残渣，有的地方不到一平方米的地面上竟有9块口香糖污渍，密密麻麻的斑痕与天安门广场的神圣和庄严形成了强烈的反差。

以上两个事例表明，文明的一切都是由细节构成的，通过这些细节，我们看见了文明离我们国家还有一定距离，因此我们每个学生都应该养成文明习惯，做文明学生。尤其是对于我们施桥中心小学的学生来说，你们中有不少学生是经过各种途径和努力后，才得以成为了施桥中心小学的一员。然而遗憾的是，在我们身边，在一部分同学身上，还是有着一些不文明行为。例如，我们的校园内、楼梯上总能见到与我们美丽的校园极不和谐的白色垃圾，尤其星期

六、星期日教室里、校园内垃圾随处可见，甚至有的同学认为，反正有值日的同学打扫，扔了又何妨；再例如可见在教室走廊上的起哄大闹，走路推推搡搡，随意撞坏门窗，也不觉心疼；再例如校园内部分同学之间相互的讲脏话、粗话，随意攀爬学校墙头、国旗围栏和车棚围栏，甚至还有个别同学故意损坏学校公共财物。我们很多同学把文化知识的学习放在首位而常常忽略了社会公德、文明习惯的养成，而这恰恰从本质上体现一个人的思想品质。事实上，良好的行为习惯是保证我们良好学习的前提，也是树立健康人格的基础。在学校没有良好的行为习惯的同学就目无纪律，不讲卫生，扰乱整个学校的学习环境。相反，如果我们养成了文明的行为习惯，学习环境就是良好的、有序的。我们知道：一个学校的学生具有良好的文明行为习惯，才能构建出优良的学习环境，创造出优良的学习成绩。现在，我们正处于人生中最关键的探索时期，在这个时期的所作所为，将潜移默化的影响到我们自身的心理素质，而文明的行为就在帮助我们提高自身的心理素质，同时也完善了自身的道德品质，如果我们不在此时，抓好自身的道德素质建设，那我们纵然拥有了丰富的科学文化
