我是来自x班的xxx,我今天演讲的题目是《我与祖国心连心》。

尊敬的各位评委，亲爱的同学们，大家晚上好！我叫温欣我演讲的题目是《我与祖国》我是出生在1996年这个和平的时代的。我不知道什么叫做战争、我不知道什么叫做**
革命。我以为一切都是从一开始就这么美好······
爷爷常说：“没有共产党就没有新中国！”
爸爸常说：“要感谢共产党，共产党给了我们美好的家园呐。”
所以，在我还牙牙学语的时候，天天在学着大人说：“共产党、共产党。”可是，那时的
小孩子懵懵懂懂，那里有心思想：共产党，那是什么呢？
四五岁的时候，广播里经常放着一首歌：总想对你表白，我的心情是多么豪迈。总向对
你倾诉，我对生活是多么热爱。勤劳勇敢的中国人，意气风发走进新时代。啊！我们意气风
发走进新时代······播放这首歌时，心里开始冒着小问号。新时代？那原来还有旧时代吗？
又过了几年，开始了新的歌谣。“一九七九年一九七九年那是一个春天，有一位老人在
中国的南海边画了一个圈。神话般地崛起座座城，奇迹般聚起座座金山。春雷啊唤醒了长天
内外，春辉啊暖透了大江两岸。啊！中国、中国！你迈开了气壮山河的新步伐，你迈开了气
壮山河的新步伐。走进万象更新的春天······”那时候，父亲开始给我讲起了中国的
故事。中国人民进行了长达8年的抗日战争，中国人民为此付出了巨大的民族牺牲，但是
也创造了光辉的战绩。我印象最深最触动的是王二小小英雄的英勇事迹。
王二小，在抗日战争时期，他的家乡是八路军抗日根据地，经常受到日本
鬼子的“扫荡”。
王二小是儿童团团员，他常常一边在山坡上放牛，一边给八路军放哨。1942年10月25日，日本鬼子又来“扫荡”，走到山口时迷了路。敌人看见王二小在山坡上放牛，就叫他带路。王
二小装着听话的样子走在前面，为了保卫转移躲藏的乡亲，把敌人带进了八路军的埋伏圈。
突然，四面八方响起了枪声，敌人知道上了当，就气急败坏地用刺刀挑死了王二小，正在这
时候，八路军从山上冲下来，消灭了全部敌人。家乡的革命干部和老乡全部得到安全，王二
小却睡在冰冷的山间。小小王二小，用他的生命给我们中国的未来与明天。这些的这些都
是儿时，最初的印象。革命的印象、战争的印象。
中国人民艰苦的岁月终于过去，代
价却是无数的革命先烈。解放那一年，中国终于直起
了腰板。我们的民族终于昂首、终于伟大起来。面对逝者，我们也只能给予他们一些迟到的
欣慰。
战争是残酷的，原来生活从一开始是那样繁乱。
父亲给我讲诉的所有杂乱的词言语句，最终总说明了共产党！永不言败的共产党！但是，那些总是父亲那个年代的中国共产党。
爷爷说、爸爸说。如今轮到我来说。我说：共产党是团结！共产党是希望！共产党是不
朽的希望！
抗日的年代已过去，战火纷乱的年代已过去。新中国给我的是另一番新风貌。2014年5月
12日下午，我在上网。突然在网上盛传一句话：四川汶川发生大地震。
晚上六点多回到家
打开电视，电视频道铺天盖地的讲述汶川发生地震的情景。这时我感触很深，现在的中国真 的强大了。在电视里闪过几个画面，我流泪了。我看见人民解放军们穿着制服在努力的速度 的救援。这让我很久很久不能平复心情，我担心汶川的同胞兄弟姐妹们，可是我却只能守候
在电视旁等待这一丝丝讯息。而他们，奔赴在一线，用双手去救援每一条鲜活的生命！他们
是多么崇高啊。中国啊，强大了,团结了！他们是希望啊，不朽的希望！
我生活的这么多年以来，一桩桩一件件，从改革开放到自己举办奥运、世博会。这些都

我与祖国演讲稿
各位领导、各位评委、同事们：
大家好！
很荣幸我能出场县司法局中层干部竞聘演讲，首先，我向今天晚上参加竞岗辛勤工作的各位评委、各位领导表示感谢。
我叫xx，生于19XX年1月，现年45岁。中共党员，学历大专，19XX年参加工作，现任腊口司法所所长。今天，对我来说是一次挑战自我的机会，竞争上岗是对我们每一位同志多年来工作、学习的一次综合检验和考察，也是转变机关职能、提高工作效率、加快司法行政工作发展的客观要求。我竞争的岗位是县司法局归正人员管理科副科长的职位。我认为我有能力胜任。下面我简单介绍一下竞争该职所具备的条件：
（一）我有19年从事基层乡镇工作，有多年组织工作经验，特别是三年多滩坑移民工作，积累了一定的管理协调能力和经验。
（二）在基层多年有吃苦耐劳的精神。
（三）能够团结同志，在工作中坚持民主集中制。
（四）是能够听取和接纳不同的意见。
（五）能准确摆正自己所处的位置。如果承蒙大家信任有幸担任重任，我将竭尽全力不负众望，做好归正管理科副科长的工作。
在新的岗位上，我初步的想法是：
（一）加强学习。向书本学习，向同事们学习，向实践学习。我对司法局归正人员管理工作虽然是接触少了一点，但多年的基层司法所工作经验让我具备了一定的归正人员管理能力。与此同时，我将刻苦学习有关归正人员管理工作的业务知识、社会科学知识和法律知识，使自己具有较为深厚的理论功底，从而尽快掌握归正人员管理规律，融入归正科副科长的角色中来。
（二）加强团结。注意和周围的人、同事之间建立和谐的人际关系，努力营造同事间真心相处、说真话、做实事的积极氛围，调动各方面的积极性以形成合力。
（三）当好参谋和服务员。作为一名副职，在认真做好所分管范围内的工作之外，还要当好司法局局长、科长等领导的参谋助手；当好归正人员的服务员，切实解决归正人员的生活困难和就业安置问题，使归正人员在回归社会后能自食其力。
（四）协助科长做好归正人员的管理业务工作。
1、健全帮教网络。
2、坚持回访归正人员，了解和掌握归正人员的思想动态实行动态管理。
3、建立健全归正人员台帐，加强政法各部门之间的协调沟通，及时登记每位归正人员动态信息，对有重新犯罪倾向人员实施重点帮教，对符合条件的归正人员进行及时撤管。
4、拓宽安置渠道。
5、帮教解忧工作。协调有关部门解决回归人员及其家庭面临的困难，促使他们释放后仍继续改造。
6、是注重典型引导。通过宣传归正人员的转好典型事例，把归正人员推动经济发展、带领群众致富、热心公益事业的事迹，向归正人员进行宣传，帮助他们树立融入社会的信心。
（五）协助科长做好社区矫正工作。XX年是我国社区矫正工作全面实施的第一年，这是一项全新的工作，也是归正管理科的重点工作。要在社区矫正宣传教育、社区矫正干部队伍建设、矫正人员的衔接、执行、解除。社区矫正工作制度等等要边工作、边实践、边探索，摸索出社区矫正人员管理工作新经验。
