转眼已经研究生毕业，前几天，有人问有没有考研面试的材料。我找了找以前面试时候的资料，整理了下，包括自我介绍，考研的原因，介绍自己的家乡以及家庭，介绍自己的大学，读研期间的计划等等。不同的人，不同专业，不同的学校内容肯定不一样，大家结合自己的情况，选择对自己有用的吧。废话不多说，看具体内容吧。

1、见到考官的第一句话，很关键，不用说的很复杂。可以是一个简单句，但一定要展示出自信和实力。千万不要来一句“sorry，my English is poor”。见面问候语：Good morning / afternoon, dear professors.I am XXX.(Nice to meet you。)。告别用语：Thanks for your time./ Thank you for giving such a chance.I hope to see you again and soon。

2、自我介绍篇(重点)。基本上每个院校每个专业的口试中都会涉及这一方面。考官其实是要借此了解你的口头表达能力以及你的报名表之外的一些信息。自我介绍时间以2-3分钟为宜。思路要清楚，要突出重点，口语尽量流利(不要太流利了，有背诵之嫌)。

1)考官要求你作自我介绍时，不要用„let me introduce myself briefly / please allow me to introduce myself to you等句子，重复、啰嗦。开头可以只用一句话引入：Dear professors, I feel so glad to meet all of you here.然后就可以进入主题，介绍姓名、年龄等等。

2)自我介绍的主体内容

① 姓名。介绍自己姓名时，发音一定要准(南方考生要多加注意)。② 年龄。年龄可以跟在姓名后带过(I am XXX, 25 years old)。

③ 原来的院校、专业。注意：一定要把原来学校的英文名称、专业的英文名称弄清楚(尤其是跨校、跨专业的学生)。

④ 性格、能力。可以着重强调你的个性对你报考的专业有何积极的作用。如果报考的是学术性的专业，可以说自己细心(carefully，detail-oriented)、条理分明(logical)、踏实(steady)等;如果是研究性、应用性更强一点的专业，可以说自己负责(responsible)、可靠(dependable)、有效率(efficient)等。

其他的一些表示性格、能力的形容词有：active, aggressive(有进取心的), adaptable, amicable(友好的), analytical(善于分析的), cooperative, creative, disciplined, dutiful, energetic, faithful, gentle, independent(有主见的), innovative, motivated, modest, objective, precise, punctual, precise(一丝不苟的), temperate等等。

在职考生或有过工作经验的考生还可以强调一下你的工作成绩，如：As the assistant to the General Manger of XXX Company, I have helped to negotiate a $200,000 deal for the corporation.⑤ 爱好。All work and no play make Jack a dull boy.除了强调你的学习的重视，同时也要避免给考官一种“书呆子”的感觉。一般可以从体育、音乐、电影等方面来说，同时要简单说明这些爱好对你的积极意义(build my body, relax myself, open my mind„);注意避免提到那些可能引起考官反感的爱好，如：playing computer games，watching TV等。

⑥ 你对报考的专业有兴趣(be interested in/be fascinated with/be obsessed with„)，可适当举出一些例子，如经常看相关的书籍、论文、文章、新闻等。在职考生可以强调知识教育对工作的影响： In my work, I find it necessary to broaden my horizons in communication.That’s why I long for

entering your prestigious university.3)结束时可以用说：That’s all about me./ Well, that’s who I am.Thanks for your attention.3、关于自己家庭、家乡、原来的学校的一些情况，尤其要注意原来学校的英文名称。

1)家庭。需要注意的是，考官并不是为了做人口调查而提出这个问题的，所以应该避免流水账似地介绍家庭成员;要尽量说明家人(尤其是父母)对你造成哪些方面(性格、职业规划、做事风格等)良好的影响。可以参考以下句式结构：Just like my father, I am especially interested in history./ Though my father is an ordinary worker, his responsible attitude towards work has a great influence on me.3)学校。如果是本校考生的话，在自我介绍中就可以点到(拉近跟考官的关系)。如果是外校，考官通常会问：Why did you choose our university? 那么我们就可以说说它与报考院校之间的异同，然后说明为什么你选择这个学校(I do love the atmosphere in your university.It is full of youthful spirits.);要注意的是：一定要说明你对在原来的院校接受教育心存感激之情appreciation(从好的方面说一说)，着重强调希望能被录取，表达自己坚定的决心、展望一下未来。

5、意外情况——没听清，你应该怎样要求老师再说一遍(Pardon?/ Sorry, I can’t follow you./ Sorry, I lost you.Can you repeat that question again?);需要时间思考、整理思路的时候，不要出现沉默，可以用一些hmm, err, well等语气词;不会回答某些问题时，千万不要不懂装懂，可以明确地告诉老师你不知道(Sorry, but I have no idea about it。)。

6、跨专业问题——老师通常会对跨专业的学生问这样一个问题：为什么会选择这个专业?不要前篇一律地回答只说“我对这个专业感兴趣”，可以把每个人都会谈到的原因简要地罗列一下，对具有自己特色的原因则可大谈特谈，详细地阐述自己的观点，让老师印象深刻。

7、专业知识——在英语口试中(非英语专业)，如果老师提问专业问题，通常不会指望你能进行流利的、专业性强的阐述;但是一些专业术语的英文说法还是有必要了解一下的。

8、提出问题——在面试快结束的时候，一般老师都会问，你有没有什么要问的(Do you have any questions to ask?)。一般不适合说“I don’t have any question。”可以问考官一两个你关心的问题。

这类专业除了要考查考生的专业匹配度，还重点考查实验技术。在硕士生的科研生活中，实验是取得学术成果的一个重要手段，也是一切论文的来源基础。对于理工科生来说，任何一种科研的构想、学术的思维，都要与实际相关联，而这种关联的桥梁就是实验。理工科生在科研生活中，时刻需要用实验去验证自己一些构思的正确性，无论是导师的项目还是自己的毕业课题，不可避免地要运用各种实验去描绘自己的实验构想，铺陈自己的论文方向。重实验技术型专业在复试中，尤其是在面试环节中，导师对于学生实验技术能力的考查主要有两种方式：一类是导师通过专业和具体的提问对学生的实验技术和动手能力进行考查；一类是需要现场抽题，现场上机进行操作，这类主要是涉及制图和几何软件的内容，如北京理工大学计算机专业。

材料专业是中南大学的王牌专业，近几年在全国的排名一直保持在前几位，导致近些年来中

南大学材料专业的研究生考试的竞争异常激烈。2011年中南大学材料学院给所有过了本校工科线的考生都发了复试邀请，导致复试的竞争更加激烈。其中材料压力加工专业96人参加复试，拟录取38人。2011年考研，我的初试成绩是415分，按照往年的情况算比较高的，自己也觉得十拿九稳了，但中南大学2011年的工科线比2010年高了30多分，超过了清华。此外我的英语刚超过分数线3分，英语六级没有通过，本科学校是一个非“211”的普通高校。自身的不利因素被放大，原本的自信也荡然无存。更加严重的是，由于知晓成绩后盲目地自信乐观，成绩出来后的那些天并没有马上进行复习，等分数线出来意识到情况严峻时，我已经浪费了不少时间。

我通过中南材料学院的同学对相关方向的导师进行了了解，选择了一位导师，并给导师发了封邮件，邮件中简单介绍了自己的情况和想在其门下读研的愿望。导师很快回复，在导师的要求下见到了本人，并和课题组内的师兄师姐进行交流，这让我收获很大。师兄师姐给了不少往年复试的经验，尤其是重点提醒我工科的老师比较重视实验技术这方面，老师一般会重点问到实验经历和实习经历。回校以后，我在准备专业知识和英语的同时把重点放在了实验准备方面，对以前的实习，做过的实验和科研实验资料重新做了整理，把实验的前因后果都大概弄明白，还把重要的实验进行了推演。

面试时分三个小组同时进行。每组有六个老师，其中一般会有两位资深教授。面试分为英语自我介绍、专业英语翻译、专业知识问答三个部分。英语自我介绍是提前准备好的，没什么问题。专业英语翻译是以抽签的方式抽取一段英语版的《材料科学与基础》上的内容，直接进行口译，只要说出大概的意思即可，我也顺利地通过。

最后的专业知识问答是重点，由几位老师随机向考生提问问题。开始几个老师提问的都是比较常规的问题，如《材料科学与基础》有几章，学得最好的是哪一章，最差的是哪一章，然后在学得最好的和最差的一章各提一个问题，还有几个名词解释。

最后那两个资深的老师开始提问题，几乎全部是关于实验和实习的问题。

第一个老师的问题：

问题一：你实习去的什么单位？

我告诉导师，我暑假实习去过铝材厂和铜厂。

问题二：请简述铝型材的生产工艺流程，挤压型材时需要注意的事项。

我结合《塑性加工技术》上挤压型材那一章的理论知识进行回答，提到了挤压的三个基本阶段，死区以及影响死区的挤压时影响金属流动的因素。（这些都是《塑性加工原理》上没有的，老师不断点头，看起来挺满意。）

问题三：挤压铝型材要不要润滑剂？挤压铜棒材要不要润滑剂？

我说，实习的铝型材工厂没见到使用，应该就是不用了，而铜棒材要用润滑剂。第二个老师的问题：

问题一：你本科科研做的什么实验，以及实验的背景和方法。

我当时做的是铝锂合金，做得最多的是熔炼。我就把铝锂合金的发展前景和目前的现状问题回顾了一遍，仔细讲了熔炼的步骤，添加剂覆盖剂的原理，扒渣、除气等作用。问题二：熔炼时的参考依据是什么？

我回答是相图，并按照《材料科学与基础》具体讲相图的测定方法，但记得不是很清楚，做实验也只是拿测定好的相图直接用。对于不是很清楚的地方我就很坦白地说这个知识我没有仔细研究过，只是知道个大概，然后把我知道的讲了一遍。

复试后第二天成绩出来，我以材料压力加工专业第三名的成绩顺利进入中南大学材料学院。之所以能够进入复试，一方面是初试的分数不低，专业知识不差，但是更为重要的是我在复试中所展现的实验技术比较优秀。

那么，对于实验技术掌握不扎实的考生而言，是不是还有“临时抱佛脚”的办法呢？答案是

肯定的，对于这类考生而言也只好采取比较投机的方法了，可以通过《材料分析方法》了解实验的基本原理，掌握基本方法和实验步骤，毕竟复试很少会亲自动手操作。此外，还可以向一些研究生师兄师姐请教，了解他们复试时被问到的问题，然后做一些有针对性的学习。

在复试中，主要考查考生两方面的素质，一是专业素质即理论知识；二是实验技术和动手能力。

工科强调实验和理论相结合，通过学习理论知识，让理论指导实验，以实验来验证理论。所以要求学生要具备比较高的动手能力和实验技术。材料加工专业是一个以观察和实验、分析为基础的自然学科，实验在研究生的科研活动中起着不可替代的作用，是开发材料，研发新加工工艺的根本方法。实验动手能力是研究材料的基础能力。要学好材料加工，搞好材料领域的研究，首先就要掌握实验技术，不断提高动手能力。材料专业相对于其他工科专业更加注重实验技术和动手能力，和实际生产联系得更加紧密。在考研复试的时候老师也比较侧重考查学生这方面的能力，初试成绩已经很好地体现了理论知识，故在复试中考查得不是很多。一般来说，工科院校的老师都会对本校的考研学生稍青睐一些，主要原因就是因为本校的学生在本科时由学校针对性地安排了实习，在实验操作的培训上也更加适合自己学校的情况，更有利于在本校读研深造。外校的学生只要抓住这点并很好地展示出来，也同样能获得复试老师的青睐。
