一、英语学习的重要性（理论上的重要性与现实中的重要性）

1、为什么必须要学好英语，通过国家大学英语四级考试 学好英语，通过四级是每一个用人单位对大学毕业生的基本要求。

2、国家大学英语四级考试证书与学士学位证书直接挂钩

《上海水产大学学士学位证书授予工作细则》第三条中明确指出：国际经贸专业大学英语六级考试成绩低于55分者（不含55分）；其他专业学生未获得大学英语四级合格证书者，不授予学士学位。

3、国家大学英语四级考试证书与留沪工作条件挂钩

上海市人民政府有关文件规定，大学本科毕业生必须持有国家大学英语四级合格证书，才能申请在沪择业。

二、英语学习是一项长期而艰苦的学习任务

英语学习决不可一蹴而就，每一未学习者必须有充分的心理准备，必须付出长期而艰苦的努力

三、英语学习中的几个误区

1、“江湖英语”：学习英语可走捷径

任何一门功课的学习和知识的掌握都有一个日积月累的过程，决不可轻信“×××疯狂英语”，“成功英语一百天”，“英语四级统考速成班”等，切忌把学好英语和通过四级考试的希望寄托与短期的突击训练。

2、大学学习生活四年，有充裕的时间通过四级考试

按《大纲》要求，非外语专业的学生在入学后的前两年，必须在教师的指导下，按期学完大学英语1~4级的课程，并通过国家组织的大学英语四级考试，但每届总有部分学生寄希望于大三和大四的临时突击。实践证明，在这一阶段，学生无固定的英语学习时间，无指导教师，加之专业课学习任务加重，参加专业实习，准备毕业设计，外出应聘工作，所以，后两年考试通过的概率极小。

3、英语学得好坏要看大学英语四级考试是否通过

英语学习的终极目的不是通过国家大学英语四级考试，拿上一纸证书，而是培养语言的综合运用能力，尤其是英语听说能力，这也是教育部目前正在全国部分高校试行的大学英语教学与评价系统改革的目的。

4、聋哑英语至少优于文盲英语

听说读写译是英语学习中的五项技能，反映了学习者的语言综合运用的能力，听说能力和读写译的能力同等重要，不可失之偏颇。

四、英语学习策略的重要性

1、树立正确的学习观念：我是学习的主人，我应该管理自己的学习，我对自己的英语学习成败负责，变“要我学”为“我要学”，“我要学好”，充分发挥自身的主观能动性。

2、既重视学习目标管理，又重视学习过程管理

英语学习树立明确的学习目标十分重要，只有目标明确，才能把力气花在刀刃上，才能充分的利用时间，提高学习效率。

3、语学习中的一些微策略

听、说、读、写等英语技能的学习策略与方法

五、04级学生的大学英语教学模式

1、入学分级摸底考试与编班

从04级起，新生进校第一周进行分级摸底考试，考试全部采用客观题，考试难度为大学英语二级水平，考试题型为听力理解、阅读理解和词汇与结构。，按每班40人，组成12个提高班，两个加强班，剩下的按尽量按专业学科全部编入普通班，便于有针对性的实施分级教学。

2、教材的采用

提高班、普通班和加强班采用相同教材，但提高班教学进度加快，第一学期从第一册中有针对性的选上两课，即进入第二册教材的学习，学生从第二学期起可全部参加全国大学英语四级考试，第三、四学期为已通过四级的学生开设大学英语五级和六级教程或其他英语选修课；尚未通过四级的学生并入原任课教师班级（这时可根据未通过者的人数采取合班），攻读四级。普通班和加强班，学生从第一册学起，第三学期可报考全国大学英语四级，第四学期为已通过四级的学生开设大学英语五级或其他英语选修课，尚未通过四级的学生并入原任课教师班级（这时可根据未通过者的人数采取合班）。加强班每册教材的课文不要求授完（根据学生基础挑选三分之二课文讲授），但必须给学生分阶段地补习语法，听力等内容）。

3、各层次教学班级的管理

对提高班和普通班采取动态管理，提高班学生每学期期末考试不及格者退回普通班，而普通班学生每学期期末考试前若干名可进入提高班学习。

2007级新生大学英语入学教育讲稿

大学英语服务于高等学校非英语专业本科生，是大学整体教育中的一个有机组成部分。作为大学生的一门必修的公共基础课程，大学英语是以语言知识与技能、学习策略和跨文化交际为主要教学内容，它包括独立的英语课程以及相关的第二课堂活动等。大学英语帮助学生掌握英语这一语言交际工具，同时还与他们的国际意识和文化素质的培养有密切的联系。因此，大学英语也是一门提高学生综合人文素养的重要课程。

大学英语教学目标

2003年12月，教育部制定了《大学英语课程教学要求》，将大学英语的教学目标确定为:“培养学生英语综合应用能力，特别是听说能力，使他们在今后工作和社会交往中能用英语有效地进行口头和书面的信息交流，同时增强其自主学习能力，提高综合文化素养，以适应我国经济发展和国际交流的需要。” 《大学英语课程教学要求》的教学目标强调培养学生的英语综合应用能力，以满足国家、社会和个人对英语的实际需要。具体来说，经过大学英语课程的学习，学生应能够用英语进行一般交际和沟通;能够基本听懂英语新闻（如中央电视台英语频道CCTV9）广播电视节目、一般性题材的英语讲座和本专业的课程;能够阅读一般性题材的英文书籍和报刊文章，借助工具书读懂专业资料;能够用英语写短文，对熟悉题材的简短文章进行翻译。

水产大学英语教学目标应力求实现《教学要求》总的教学目标，但根据对水产大学在校学生的特点，我们的具体教学目标为：

1）培养学生的听说的能力以及读、写、译等英语综合应用能力，使学生具有运用英语进行基本日常交流和一定学术交流的能力，2）培养学生一定的自主学习能力，为学生今后的终身学习打下一个较为坚实的基础。

3）培养学生具有一定的中西方文化知识和跨文化交流能力，提高学生的综合文化素养。教学要求

根据教育部制定的《大学英语课程教学要求》，大学阶段的英语教学要求分为三个层次，即一般要求、较高要求和更高要求。这三个不同层次的要求是我国所有高等院校非英语专业本科生经过大学阶段的英语学习与实践应当选择达到的英语水平标准，其中一般要求是每个大学毕业生必须达到的目标。

1． 听力理解能力：能听懂英语授课，能听懂日常英语谈话和一般性题材讲座，能基本听懂英语国家慢速英语节目，语速为每分钟130词左右，能掌握其中心大意，抓住要点。能运用基本的听力技巧帮助理解。

2.口语表达能力：能在学习过程中用英语交流，并能就某一主题进行讨论。能就日常话题和来自讲英语国家的人士进行交谈。能就所熟悉的话题经准备后作简短发言，表达比较清楚，语音、语调基本正确。能在交谈中使用基本的会话策略。

3． 阅读理解能力： 能够基本读懂一般性题材的英文文章，阅读速度达到每分钟70词，在快速阅读篇幅较长、难度略低的材料时，阅读速度达到每分钟100词，能基本读懂国内英文报刊，掌握中心意思，理解主要事实和有关细节。能读懂工作、生活中常见的应用文体的材料。能在阅读中使用有效的阅读方法。

4.书面表达能力： 能用常见的应用文体完成一般的写作任务，能描述个人经历、事件、观感、情感等，能就一般性话题或提纲在半小时内写出120词的短文，内容基本完整、用词恰当，语篇连贯。能在一般或应用写作中使用恰当的写作技能。

5.翻译能力：能借助词典对题材熟悉的文章进行英汉互译，英汉译速为每小时300英语单词，汉英译速为每小时250个汉字。译文基本流畅，能在翻译时使用适当的翻译技巧。

6.推荐词汇量：掌握的总词汇量应达到4500个单词和700个词组，其中2000个单词

为积极词汇，即要求学生能够在认知的基础上学会熟练运用，包括在口头表达以及书面表达两个方面。

我们学校90%的同学要达到教育部规定的基本要求，但是为了贯彻分类指导、因材施教的原则，我们对不同专业的学生会有不同的教学要求，也就是说有相当一部分同学需要达到较高要求的标准。

课程设置：

自2004年开始，大学英语教学改革在全国高校陆续展开，大学英语教学改革的目的对老师来说是更新教学观念，适应教学新模式，学习现代教育技术，采用新的教学方法，调动学习兴趣，调整教学重点，教会学生学习。对学生来说是了解教改要求，适应新的教学模式，掌握学习策略，学会自主学习，增强学习主动性，提高英语的综合运用能力。我校在06级大学英语教学改革的基础上，继续进行教学改革。今年我们把食品学院、海洋学院、信息学院的班级作为教改班级，普通班级和教改班级在课程设置上有所不同，具体如下： 普通班级：英语综合课程、听说课程

教改班级：阅读课程、听说课程、写译课程

大学英语基础阶段的学习持续两年，共256个学时。

在两年的基础阶段学习结束后，我们在三、四年级开设大学英语5、6级的选修课及其它提高学生英语综合素养的选修课。

教学模式

我们的英语教学采用的是传统的课堂教学与多媒体、网络课堂教学相结合的教学模式，我们也把它称为第一课堂与第二课堂相结合的模式，第一课堂主要是由老师的讲授和师生的互动及学生与学生的互动组成，培养学生扎实的语言功底。第二课堂主要是学生通过天空网络教室及学校的电台进行自主学习，教师把课外英语学习资料放到网络教室，学校的电台播放听力材料，学生可根据自己的实际情况安排自己的学习时间。第二课堂在老师的指导下，由学生自主管理。

评估方式

我们对学生学习的评估不是以期末考试的成绩为最终的结果，学生的学习成绩评估分过程性评估和终结性评估两种。过程性评估是指学生的整个学习过程都被纳入监督、测评范围，包括课堂表现、完成作业情况、期中考试成绩、课外自主学习表现等等，终结性评估是指期末课程考试和能力水平考试，两者的总和即是一个学生得到的最终评价，两者的比例为过程性评估为40%，终结性评估为60%。

如何适应大学英语教学

1． 改变学习观念，摆脱应试教育的学习模式

高中时代，学生习惯了题海战术，学生，习惯了上课、作业、考试及活动均由老师统一安排，乍一离开这样的环境确有不适应之处，大学期间的英语学习需要自己积极主动，课外跟多的时间要靠自己去安排，要利用好平常零散的时间多读一些外文报刊以扩展自己的知识面和视野，考试时临时抱佛脚也许会管用，但得到的是分数，不是知识。从上大学的那一刻起，是图强还是沉沦，是平庸还是辉煌都由自己掌握。

2.根据自身的情况，制定短期和长期的目标,培养自己的自主学习能力

进入大学后，学生必须冷静分析自己在英语学习方面的优势劣势、，根据自己的实际情况，制定适合自己的学习目标和较为详尽的学习计划，比如我每天要完成多少阅读量，要花多少时间练习听力，只有把长期的目标分解到一个个短期目标中，才能一步步走向成功。这也是我们培养自己成为一个具有自主学习能力的人所必须要经过的一个过程。

3.充分利用已有的资源，培养自己的实际运用能力

英语学习过程中最重要的学习方法就是尽量与实践结合起来，不能只“学”不“用”，更不能只靠背诵的方式学习英语。平时尽可能多的阅读英语学习资料，日积月累，英语水平定会有一个实质性的飞跃。其次，提高英语听说能力的最好方法是练习，要自己为自己创造良好的英语学习的环境。此外，大家不要把学英语当作一件苦差事，完全可以用有趣的方法学习英语。例如，可以多看一些名人的对话或演讲，多看一些小说、戏剧甚至漫画。初学者可以找英文原版的教学节目和录像来学习，有一定基础的则应该看英文电视或电影。看一部英文电影时，最好先在有字幕的时候看一遍，同时查考生词、熟悉句式，然后在不加字幕的情况下再看一遍，仅靠耳朵去听。听英文广播也是很好的练习英文听力的方法，大家每天最好能抽出半小时到一小时的时间收听广播并尽量理解其中的内容，有必要的话还可以录下来反复收听。在互联网上也有许多互动式的英语学习网站，大家可以在网站上用游戏、自我测试、双语阅读等方式提升英语水平。总之，勇于实践、持之以恒是学习英语的必由之路。

祝贺你考入井冈山大学！现将入学的有关事项通知如下：

一、报到注册

1.学习地点：请登入“.cn)“学历证书电子注册备案表”(无“学历证书电子注册备案表”者须本人到教育部学历认证代理机构进行专科学历认证，然后上交“学历认证报告”复印件)。

二、注意事项

1.学生必须本人核对“新生学籍注册信息表”的信息并签名确认，如有错误影响毕业责任自负。

2.专升本学生(按教育部学籍管理规定)必须提供国民教育系列专科毕业证(党校等学历系非国民教育系列)原件并在中国高等教育学生信息网（.cn）将专科“学历证书电子注册备案表”打印签名后上交。如因特殊原因网上查询不到者，由学生通过教育部学历证书认证的代理机构（联系地址南昌市八一大道567号教育大厦403室，邮政编码330006，联系人双老师，联系电话0791-8609844，传真0791-8627613）进行专科学历证书认证。认证合格后上交“学历认证报告”复印件方可入学注册。所有专升本学生必须在“井冈山大学成人教育专升本学生专科学历复查承诺书”上签字承诺，如2011年1月30日前未取得国民教育系列专科毕业证者取消学籍。

3.学生如需转专业，需本人申请，并符合省教育厅《关于江西省成人高、中专专业学校学籍变动有关问题的通知》规定。

大连外国语大学2015级新生入学须知

2015级新生同学：

祝贺并欢迎你们考入大连外国语大学!为了大家入学报到的顺利与方便，现将有关事项通知如下：

一、2015级新生报到时间：2015年9月6日，请严格按照学校规定的时间报到，不要提前报到。9月6日当天，我校在大连站设新生接待处，在机场、码头及大连北站下车的同学可乘车到大连站我校接待处集中乘学校班车到校，也可自行乘车到学校报到(具体报到乘车提示附后)。学校地址：大连市旅顺南路西段6号。报到咨询电话：0411-86111157或86111158。

由于学校附近宾馆数量有限，请送学生家长提前在市区内或旅顺口区内安排好住宿。

二、因故不能按时报到者，须提前以书面形式向学生工作处请假(传真：0411-86114485)。未经请假逾期不报到者，视为自行放弃入学资格。

三、新生凭我校《录取通知书》报到，报到时携带本人近期平版一寸免冠照片5张及证件照片电子版一份(具体要求附后)，供开学后办理相关手续使用。

四、经辽宁省物价局批准，各专业学费、住宿费等费用按照报到手册第10页附表所列标准执行。2015级新生须在8月25日前到当地建设银行将各种费用存入随录取通知书邮寄的建设银行储蓄卡中(银行卡使用说明见报到手册第8页)。新生需存入储蓄卡的费用见报到手册附表。教材费多退少补。新生可于9月6日来校报到前通过建设银行ATM机查询储蓄卡里的相关费用是否已被学校划走，如果没有划走请于报到当天现场通过银行卡划卡或现金方式缴纳。

五、根据《辽宁省教育厅、辽宁省质量技术监督局关于做好2015全省高等学校学生床上用品集团采购工作的通知》(辽教发[2015]72号)文件要求，严防“黑心棉”等劣质生活用品流入高等学校，保障学生身体健康和学生公寓的卫生安全。学校按照辽宁省教育厅和辽宁省质量技术监督局要求，通过政府采购方式为学生准备了质量合格的床上用品。每套行李包括：棉被、棉褥、夏凉被、枕头、枕套、被蒙、蚊帐各1个;床单、被罩、枕巾各2个，每套430元。请在报到现场购买。学生自带的床上用品必须符合国家床上用品质量标准，并经过消毒，学校将进行抽检。

六、根据国家相关规定，学校医疗制度实行改革，在校学生不享受公费医疗政策。学生可自愿选择参加医疗保险。保险费按学制一次性缴清，入学后由医保中心和保险公司收取。

七、为了全面真实的了解新生家庭经济状况，家庭经济困难的新生开学后需提供一份由家庭所在地乡级以上民政部门(街道)出具的困难证明(复印件即可，原件由学生保存，为以后备用)。学校将通过国家助学贷款、奖学金、助学金、困难补助、爱心助学、勤工助学等方式帮助其完成学业。

八、新生预定好来校车票后，请于8月28日前通过我校学生工作处官方微信平台进行预报到，填写预报到信息。具体方法如下：添加微信公众账号“大外学生工作”或搜索微信号“DUFLXSC”。关注后点击下端“直播大外”菜单，点击新生预报到即可填写预报到信息。不能通过微信平台预报到的，也可通过学生工作处网站进行，网址为：http://xsc.dlufl.edu.cn/，或访问大连外国语大学网站首页，通过查找组织机构访问学生工作处网站。新生每人只能预报到一次，填写后不能修改，所以请新生同学在最终确定好来校安排后填写预报到信息。同时新生在微信平台和网站两者中只能选择其中一种方式进行预报到，不得重复填写预报到信息。新生预报到登录密码请详见报到手册内的说明，请新生妥善保管登录密码。

九、部分院系专业新生入学考试和分班的相关安排：

1、经济与管理学院的旅游管理、市场营销、金融学三个专业下设英语和日语2个培养方向。新生入学后，由院系统一安排进行英语选拔考试，最后根据学生志愿和英语选拔成绩进行分班。

2、软件学院的计算机科学与技术专业下设日英双语强化、英日双语强化和韩英双语强化三个培养方向，信息管理与信息系统专业下设日英双语强化和英日双语强化两个培养方向。请以上两个专业的新生认真填写随录取通知书邮寄的志愿表，于报到当天交至报到处，学院将根据本人志愿和高考成绩(同分查看英语单科成绩)进行分流。

3、日本语学院、俄语系、法语系、韩国语系、德语系、意阿语系和西葡语系新生开学后将进行二外英语分层次考试，此次英语考试成绩将作为二外英语分班的依据。

以下事项待新生入校后统一组织办理：

一、自带党、团组织关系。非大连市党员携带所在县市级以上组织部门开具的组织关系介绍信，抬头为“大连市委组织部”;本市(含北三市)党员携带所在单位组织部门开具的组织关系介绍信，抬头为“大连外国语大学党委组织部”。党员携带组织档案(材料齐全、密封)，团员携带团员证，并将团员档案放入个人档案中。

二、根据有关规定，辽宁省新生不办理户口迁移，其他省新生自愿办理。新生欲转户口的，自带户口关系。户口迁移证中的姓名、性别、出生年月日等必须与考生高考档案、居民身份证一致，如不一致不予落户。户口迁移证上应注明户口类别(即“农业”或“非农业”或本省(市)已取消户口类别)、出生地、婚姻状况、民族、籍贯(应具体到省、市(县))。迁移地址：大连市旅顺口区旅顺南路西段6—1号

三、新生报到后须上交电子照片制作校园一卡通，应为最近6个月内拍摄，照片规格:358像素(宽)×441像素(高)，分辨率350dpi;JPG格式，24位RGB真彩色;白色背景;无边框;本人正面免冠彩色头像，头部占照片尺寸的2/3;不穿白色及浅色上衣，常戴眼镜的应配戴眼镜;人像清晰，层次丰富，神态自然，图像无明显变形。

四、学生可凭《录取通知书》购买半价火车票，赴校期间的食宿费、行李托运费等自理。入学后将对新生进行德、智、体等全面复查，不符合招生条件的，取消入学资格。
