人生是一条路，也是一个舞台。三尺讲台，一方教室，是一片小天地，班主任要做擎天柱，通过多重角色撑起学生头顶的一片蓝天。

社会在变，时代在变，学生的思想观念也跟着变，在现阶段倘若教师仍然以简单地、机械地、缺乏人情味地以领导的角色来教育管理学生，往往会收不到好的效果，甚至还存在着较大的麻烦。从管理的角度看，班主任是管理者、总设计者、协调者等；从培养人的角度看，班主任是学生的引导促进者、情感的激励者、潜能的发掘者；从服务的角度看，班主任可以是学生政治上的向导、学习上的导师、心理上的医生等；从地位的角度看，班主任是学生的领导，学生的楷模，也可以是学生的学生，探究活动中学生的配角；从情感沟通的角度看，班主任可以是学生的亲人，学生的朋友„„我认为，不管班主任是什么角色，他始终离不开教育学生的本质，也就是说，班主任的所有角色都可以用一种角色来揽括，那就是教育者。而在这个各方面都讲究绿色的时代，教育者只有在情感沟通的基础上，采用绿色的方式教育管理学生，才会达到师生和谐共处、共同进步，教育教学效果有着本质性提高的效果。其实，绿色教育就是爱的教育。

当了十四年的班主任，我尝试过各种角色的定位。最终，觉得在现在这个提倡自我的时代，身为班主任，已经不能把自己放的高高在上，凌驾一切。只有放下“身段”，以“低姿态”进入角色，你才有可能真正融入学生的世界，成为他们的一份子。身为班主任，一定要有“大爱”在胸，“请你一定要相信，遇见了孩子，就是遇见了世上最好的爱”。只有怀有爱的教师，才可以真正的放下那些所谓的“条条款款”“大道理”，放下“高人一等”“唯我独尊”的身份，以一个“凡人”，一个“朋友”的身份进入学生的生活圈子。

传统意义上的班主任是一个“严父”或者“慈母”，是自律极高，不会自己犯错误的“圣人”。但是试想一下，身为青春期的孩子谁又能真正的以一个“平等”的身份向“严父” “慈母”抑或是“圣人”敞开心胸呢。他也许会崇拜，会引以为傲，会仰望，但在某种程度上也会“敬而远之”。这样，你只能看到他展示给你看的好的一面，而无法了解他真实的内心世界。在教学工作中，随着我的教育经验的不断积累，我渐渐地脱下那层圣洁的光环，我开始学习做一个普通人，做一个“有缺点”的“凡人”，做一个和学生“共同成长”的人。我的班级

管理一般采取以下三个方式：

第一：建立属于我的“原则”和威信。

火车跑得快，全靠车头带。在一个班级里面，班主任注定要成为绝对的领导角色。做好领导角色，能给学生以原则、紧张、威慑、畏惧、崇拜等感觉。身为班主任，就是一个班的“头”，所以威信是必不可少的。

初一的时候，班级管理中无需过多的“宽容”。一定要让孩子知道班级要成长为集体，严明的赏罚制度是有力的保障。而且，一个班一定要有能做主的人，那就是班主任。班级在建立之初，就要制定相应的班规，并且随着时间，不断完善。班主任和班级所有同学都应该不折不扣的执行班规。这样，学生能看见我的以身作则，以及我不徇私枉法的原则，我的威信也就日益建立起来。

第二:做一个与学生“平等”的人

我认为，现在教师，特别是班主任，要找好切入点，多以朋友身份跟学生多多沟通交流。因为“朋友”意味着平等，教师能以朋友的身份跟学生交往，学生的心理会比较放松，他们有什么事才敢跟你说，你了解掌握学生的情况才能更全面和真实，对你有针对性地教育他有着很大的帮助。以朋友的角色对付教育班里那些长满“刺”的学生，会有着意想不到的奇效，这时我近十年的班主任工作的一个重要的经验和体会。

当然，朋友不可能是强大到无懈可击的。在我的班上，我从不避讳让学生看到我“脆弱”的一面。我也会有生气的时候，我也有哭泣的时候，我也有受委屈的时候。当孩子们到了初二，发现心目中的“神”一样无所不能的班主任原来也有“不堪一击”的时候，其实，他们是不会“落井下石”的。往往这时，人天生的一种“保护欲”和“责任感”会油然而生。他们会发现，其实，强大的班主任其实也只是一个普通的人，和他们一样需要理解。所以，我孩子们在我“脆弱”的时候就成为我的“避风港”、“保护伞”。与此同时。他们的情商和与人相处之道也就长足的进步了，师生之间、同学之间的相处、沟通、协调也就更加的和谐，班级发展更加的稳固。

第三：和学生共同生活、运动、成长

爱是教育的源泉，而爱的产生必须有强烈的感情基础，而这种感情基础具备纯朴性、自然性、亲切性等特点，这些特点会整合成一股无形的力量作用在每个学生。班主任要学会彻底的融入学生的学校生活，像个亲人一样和学生一起吃饭、讨论作业、休闲运动。这些可以在无形当中缩短我和学生的距离，增强班级凝聚力。

我经常会和孩子们一起运动，一起聊天。运动的时候，他们会“小看”我的身高，我也就顺势利用我“身高”的劣势耍些小小的“无赖”，点明要“高手”和我一起打篮球，以至最后发展到我是抢手的“香饽饽”。孩子们最大的兴趣是 2
