新高考改革体会
根据我省的《实施方案》新高考改革方案变化之一就是英语提供两次考试机会，将其中最好一次成绩录入高考总成绩，分值保持150分不变。这一具有突破性的改革方案，不仅稳固了外语学科在高考中的重要地位，而且也赋予学生两次冲击外语考试的机会，这一改革势必会对今后的高中英语教学带来极为重要的影响和转变，作为一种高中英语教师，我们又该如何采取相应教学策略呢？
一、2017高考英语改革对高中英语教学的影响
1.推行外语两次考试制度，打破了英语“一考定终身”的传统，直接影响到整个高中阶段的教学内容、教学计划和教学方法的调整。
外語推行两次考试制度的改革，一方面让学生多了一次冲击外语考试的机会，一方面有利于分散并减轻他们在高三复习备考期间的学习压力和心理压力，同时也给了学生一次挑战自我和开拓自我的机会，充分体现出国家对学生的人文关怀。但这一改革方案也给今后的高中英语教学提出一个必须认真思考的课题：如何保证学生有效的冲击第一次英语考试？因此，这一改革对于整个高中阶段英语教学内容分配和安排以及教法的改革都有直接重要对影响。
2.促使英语教学由传统的“应试模式”转向“应用模式”。2017高考改革前传统的教学模式往往是高考考什么，教师教什么，学生练什么，以记单词、背语法，反反复复练题刷题为主。新的高考改革一方面侧重对学生英语感知能力和实际应用能力的考查，淡化选拔功能，不同的高校对英语有不同的等级要求。因此新的高考改革会促使今后的高中英语教学从“重语法，重做题，重得分”的应试模式转向“重能力，重英语思维，重实际能力”的应用模式。
二、应对新高考改革的英语教学策略
1.重组教学形态和教学模式，试行“走班制”和分层次教学
新高考改革政策的“3+3”模式，规定除全国统一高考的语数外三科外，学生可根据自身兴趣和特长及报考学校的要求，在学业水平考试中的政史地，物化生6个等级性考试科目中自主选择3个科目，不分文理科。因此，这一改革需要重组高中英语的教学形态和模式，推行走班制是一个必要的选择，推行小班化和分层次教学的方式。这样既能满足学生不分文理科，自由选择科目的需求，教师又能因材施教，分类辅导，多层次培养学生。
2.改变教学计划和教学方法，狠抓高一和高二，精准应对高考
面对英语两次考试的机会，英语教师必须更新观念。，合理安排各年级段的教学内容和教学方法，以满足学生在规定时间冲击第一次考试的需求。因此需加大高一和高二的教学任务，狠抓高一和高二的教学，从高一开始便发力冲击高考。
（1）基础知识与高考衔接。从高一开始，每一学期每一模块的知识点，应与高考内容提前接轨，梳理出高考的重点、难点、易错点，直击高考，反复灵活训练，在高一高二阶段打好基础，形成知识灵活迁移，灵活运用的能力。
（2）加强基础能力和英语语言素养的形成。高中英语《大纲》规定：“要培养学生综合运语言运用能力”。该能力的形成建立在语言技能、语言技巧、情感态度、学习策略和文化意识素养综合发展的基础上，因此在高一高二英语教学中要加强学生基本的运用能力。例如，完形填空的能力要平均分布在高一高二四个学期，在平时教学中就应按照名词、动词、形容词、副词等词性，把所学词汇进行分类教学与高考相衔接，使学生逐步构建出一个知识体系，以便形成整体认知和驾轻就熟的能力。再比如阅读的能力，在高一高二就应加大学生的阅读量，实行定期的阅读训练，多增加英美文学中原文阅读的训练，以逐步渗透和加强英语的语感、英语情感和英语跨国际文化等语言素养的养成。再例如书面表达能力，在高一要侧重书信和记叙文，使学生在高一阶段灵活掌握基本的句式结构的行文结构安排，对于十种书信题材也层层推进，高二要加强说明文和记叙文的训练，从热点题材入手，深化写作手法和写作技巧的作用
（3）立足能力，开展灵活多变的英语教学实践活动，提高课堂效果。实践证明，英语听说读写译等综合能力是英语教学的本质和最终目的。新的高考制度呈现出等级性水平测试发展的趋向，英语教学应该努力设计符合学生心里年龄及特点的，满足多层次学生需求的，不同规模的，形式多样化的，丰富多彩的，节奏多变的教学实践活动，渗透人文精神和趣味性，这样既能调动学生的感官参与，又能开拓他们的思维，使他们饶有兴致的，目的明确得参与到课堂中，切实提高课堂效果，促进其听说读写综合能力的提高。
例如，运用先进的多媒体手段创造愉快的学习环境，利用优美的名曲、动漫、诗歌等向学生展示图文声像相结合的教学内容，使学生融入到一个全英文的语言环境，提高教学效果。
再比如开设“英语模仿秀”活动，通过英语配音模仿，培养学生的英语语音和对语言的理解能力。
以上是作为高中英语教师的我们的体会。总之，高考英语改革的推广对于英语教学科学的规划尤为重要，高中英语教师要根据新高考改革的精神和核心理念，进一步加强英语教学的策略。

中央深化改革领导小组第四次会议审议了《关于深化考试招生制度改革的实施意见》等报告，总书记指出“要形成分类考试、综合评价、多元录取的考试招生模式”、“构建衔接沟通各级各类教育、认可多种学习成果的终身学习立交桥”。
2014年9月4日,国新办举行高考改革新闻发布会,正式发布高考招生改革实施意见，对高考学生影响最大的有两方面的变化。
一是取消文理分科，高考总成绩主要由“全国统一高考”和“高中学业水平考试”两部分成绩组成。
二是“全国统一高考”包含语文、数学、英语3科，每科总分150分不变，其中英语实行一年两考。
为此，我们就下列若干方面对新高考中英语方面的改革进行解析，以帮助广大考生科学备战。
改革对于考生考试机会的影响
语言类科目是当今世界上绝大多数国家的考试体系中的基本组成部分，语言能力是衡量学习能力的重要评价依据，世界各国都在这方面投入了很多精力。因而，高考并没有削弱英语的重要性，而是巩固了外语作为主科的绝对地位。“英语实行一年两考”，表明英语率先突破了“一考定终身”的传统高考制度，使得学生能够在整个高中阶段有多次机会刷
新高考英语分数。其目的有二，一是分散学习压力，注重平时积累，不要到了高三才想到突击英语。二是分散心理压力，让学生有机会多次挑战自我，在此过程中有足够的机会来提升英语水平，不断创新高。
在此过程中，学生在高中阶段的英语学习将有两条主线，一是合理自我定位，确定侧重。二是早发力，多冲刺。
前者是由《教学大纲》决定的，即老师必须按照《教学大纲》的要求，按照规定的进度完成高中三年的英语教学任务。两考制的出现，对传统的教材使用尤其是内容处理进度把握，提出了新的要求，要求在教师教材教学的同时，学生在英语学习方面提前谋划，根据自己中招英语水平进行定位，确定自己在两考中侧重哪一次。如果中考基础较好，则可以加快英语学习节奏，加大英语知识的吸收，加强英语综合能力的培养及习题量及应试技巧的培养，争取第一次考试就取得理想成绩，减少后期其他科目学习的压力。如果初始水平较差，则可以稳扎稳打，注重打牢基础。第一次考试主要以发现问题积累经验为主，为第二次考试打牢基础，作好知识能力技巧心态方面的综合准备。所以合理定位，以能定学，以学定考，是一个基本思路。
后者是由高考新政策决定 的，既然国家允许学生“一年两考”，那么肯定大部分学生都愿意利用每一次机会来“刷分”，正如许多准备托福、雅思等出国考试的学生一样，“即使前几次成绩考得不理想，也要先体验几次，积累考场经验”。于是，在日常英语学习之外，由于迫切的“刷分”需要，学生很可能愿意进行大量英语课外学习，以巩固和提高考试成绩，应对每半年一次的高考英语应试机会。
改革对于高校录取的影响
北京师范大学教授顾明远表示，英语实行社会化考试、一年多次考试是改革方向。由统一高考变为社会化考试，一年考多次，意味着学生可以用最好的一次考试当做最后的英语成绩。另一方面，社会化英语考试改变了以往英语高考的计分规则，而是更加科学地评定英语成绩。换句话说，英语90分和91分是一个等级，计入高考后是一个样子。也就是说，在高考当中，英语将不再以卷面分数来影响高考总分的分值，而是以等级划分来体现，将改变以分数为中心的现象，降低了学生对英语学习的简单分数要求，更多地赋予学生扩展英语综合能力的空间。广大考生不必再纠结于英语每提高一分对于高考分值的重大影响，因为语言学习者、教学
者及测试者的共识，是一定分数段之内的受测试者的基本能力是大致接近的，并无明显差异。因此，托福考试、雅思考试的计分方式都体现了这一思路——考生得分并非原始分，而是经过统计后的等级分数。国际语言测试方面的发展趋势也被逐渐应用的到了英语高考改革方面，重水平段，轻原始分数。更重要的是，高考招生时，不同的学校会对英语提出不同的等级要求，学生有更多的选择权利。如果学生在其他科目上拿到了较好的分数，那么英语若等级分越高，就越会受到更高等级学校的青睐，学生的选择面就更宽。反过来说，英语等级分不理想，会在高考总分还不错的时候，对高考录取产生消极影响，降低录取学校的档次。这一点告诉新高考环境下的广大考生，英语采用等级分后，等级差别对于高考录取有着重要的影响。简而言之，原始分值影响减弱，等级差异影响加大，英语等级分决定考生报考院校等级，英语对于高考的影响反而增大。
改革对于中学教学，课程安排调整的影响
高考英语改革后，教育方式肯定会相应作出改变。学校也会根据国家政策的调整，要对自己的教学计划和教学方法进行变革，重组教学形态。在新高考
制度下，变革教学组织形式，重组教学形态，重点实施走班制、导师制和互助制。在英语教学中尝试开展分层走班教学，强化因材施教和分类指导。实施导师制，建立专职辅导员与全员导师制相结合的高中学生成长服务机制，有针对性地开展学生学习规划的辅导。成立合作学习小组，建立互助制，营造互帮互助的良好氛围，加强合作学习，促进相互交流，共同提高。从发展趋势看，将来学校教学中英语科目更适合小班化的走班教学，可以针对学生的不同水平和需求分层次教学。
从具体学制规划方面来看，高一阶段根据英语一年两考制度，可能增设听力考试的要求，积极调整英语学科的教学策略，重点加强英语学科听、说训练。
高二阶段针对英语科目，尝试开展分层走班教学，多层次培养学生。高二至高三阶段根据英语一年两考的要求，调整英语学科的教学进度，满足学生参加多次英语高考的学习需求。
改革对于学生学习态度的影响
2017年高考英语改革对于学生学习态度方面更是一种推进，推动学生更加重视英语，不断提高自身水平，全方位提高英语能力，在多次考试中不断锤炼自己。
