演讲要求：

内容要求：主题鲜明，内容清楚、结构清晰、中心突出，合理展开、阐释充分、证据相关、逻辑性强，内容生动、不枯燥，能吸引听众注意力。

语言要求：使用普通话。语言准确（发音清晰，音调、音高合适，用词准确、相关），语言流利（注意语调和节奏等）。

技巧要求：自信，有感情与气势；注意手势、眼神与身体语言；幽默感（不能是哑剧式的幽默或调侃）；适当使用修辞手段（比喻、类比等）。时间控制：定题演讲或即兴演讲限定在3分钟内。

◆比赛规则：

1、赛前由参赛选手会获得号码牌决定出场顺序；

2、评委手中必须有一份评分标准和打分表，进行打分；

3、1号选手开始朗诵时，2号抽取题目。

2、你班一贯负责的班长一不小心将教室的钥匙弄丢了，作为班主任，你会怎样处理？－－这是一个比较传统的话题，不多说了。

3、有人说，教师是红烛，是春蚕，是人梯，是园丁„„你认为教师是什么？――对教师的隐喻实在够多了，为什么还要凑热闹，一定要我说，那就是“教师是人，普普通通的人”而已。

2007-12-27 12月26日下午，进行了本届青年教师基本功大赛的项目之一“三分钟话题演讲”。比赛形式为教师提前三分钟抽取演讲题目，三分钟准备时间，之后进行演讲。演讲题目共有 22个，有教学中的实际问题的解决和教育理论方面的讨论，具有一定的难度。

会场井然有序，比赛进行的很顺利，教师们都做好了充分的准备，令此次演讲活动很成功。

教师演讲稿件现已整理成文：

■话题：日常的教学中，我们的教学行为应该是具有同一性下的灵活性适应性，也就是说我们在整体遵循教学进度的情况下，应该根据班级的具体情况灵活变化，那么有的老师问，我们传授的知识到底应该以哪类学生懂了为主，请你说出对这个问题的认识。

如果简单回答这个问题，那就是：让大多数学生都听懂。但是我们都有教学知识要求，所以我理解这个话题的本意是：如何将你教授的内容让大多数学生都听懂？

我大致从三个方面谈一下我自己的理解：

第一方面是备课。俗话说台上三分钟，台下十年功。我们所上的45分钟一节课，其实很大功夫都在课下。只有在课下细致准备，才能上好一堂课。比如我在以前上课时遇到学生总是不能理解有大气污染的工厂不能不局在城市而是布局在乡村，他们的理由是：城市的人们怕污染，乡村人也怕污染。在今年又讲到这个内容时，有一次我不经意地见到有人在走廊里吸烟，其实大气污染在农村或城市和烟在走廊或办公室的作用是一样的。建在乡村的工厂就如同在走廊里抽烟，烟很快扩散掉，不会造成严重的污染。第二天我再去讲这个内容时，用上这个事例，学生自然就清楚了很多。第二方面是上课技巧。有经验的教师可以通过一个眼神、一个问题来判断是否大多数学生都学会了你讲述的问题。简单的问题可能将以便就可以了，而较难的问题则需要循序渐进。比如地理中三圈环流的部分就相对较难，这样教师必须先作铺垫，将热力环流（如白天海边吹海风，晚上吹陆风）的知识讲会，并融入学生的头脑中，才能提升出三圈环流以至于更深的厄尔尼诺等问题。如果问题确实较难，还需要循序渐进，反复讲解。对于高难度的问题，则不必全懂，该点的知识点点到则已。在这时就要发挥提问的技巧，一般来讲，学习最好的学生往往提问的并不多，教师要对学生情况有总体的了解，在提问时才能够分层设问，让不

同层次的学生都有收获。

第三是在课后作业上下功夫。无论是作业，还是小考，主干知识都应该难度适中，易题

和难题占相对少的比例，让每一名同学都能在做题过程中有所收获。总之，教师是一个需要用心的事业。

作为教师要热爱自己的事业，这样我们才能每天上班时满怀幸福；进教室上课时不知疲

倦；给学生答疑解难时耐心细致。

作为教师还要要敬畏自己的职业。我觉得对自己的工作心存敬畏，是一种优秀的品德和人格。我听过一个优秀的教师报告说他们在每次上课前都会有如坐针毡、如履薄冰的感觉。我上高三后也有这种感觉，虽然课已经备好了，并且看了一遍又一遍，可是心里还是不安，直到走进课堂，开始讲课了，才能放松下来。

会领悟其中的精华所在。

最后，我觉得教师要有“六气”，即：正气、志气、朝气、勇气、才气、和气。所谓“正气”就是指善良的心地、无私的品格、磊落的胸怀等美德和积极、健康的一种

心态。它是教师的立身之本。

“志气”也就是指理想、抱负，它是教师的精神支柱。

“朝气”就是指情绪高昂、不知疲倦，也就是激情。它是教师事业兴旺的基石。

“勇气”是慎重的选择，理性的决策，开拓进取的精神。

“才气”是指先天身聪明和后天勤奋学习，刻苦钻研的一种文化修养和文化底蕴，它是教师

“和气”是指恢弘大度、虚怀若吝，任劳任怨的一种品质，它是建立良好人际关系的润

我认为“课堂教学要有限制的变化”就是要确立和维护日常程序和习惯的教学流程，抓住有效的学术性时间，在授课过程中要有主题，要紧紧围绕主题，并不断回归主题，尽量不要引入一些分散学生注意力的课外与主题无关的东西。如果为了搞笑而搞笑就失去了有效的教学时间，使课堂变成一团混乱，变成娱乐活动的场所，那么课堂就会走向庸俗化。当然，在以上思想的指导下还要使课堂不呆板、有变化，要生动有趣才能引起学生的兴趣，才能更好的使学生“快乐学习”。比如说在课堂上可以穿插学生学法指导，告诉学生怎么学习才是最有效的，告诉他们你做学生时老师怎么教授和你是怎么学习的。在某时候学生学习可能会感到迷茫，处于疲劳期，我们可以在适当的时候给他们指明方向；另外教师还可
