作为一名刚刚走出大学校门,踏入社会工作岗位的神州新员工,在看了《我心中的李主任》后。令我感概良多,从李主任身上学到了很多工作上的经验,并让我重新对自己的工作方式与工作态度进行了反思与重新定位。

李主任虽然是外行但比我们更会学习,李主任很清楚自己作为外行的欠缺,更容易找到学习的方向,更知道自己该向内行学那些东西,并且会很虚心的学习专业相关知识,取长补短,增其不能。“闻道有先后,术业有专攻”,关于专业知识,只是李主任原先没有接触和学习,而内行下属学习的时间较早而已,但是通过坚持不懈的努力学习,李主任很快就熟练掌握了相关知识。

李主任虽然是外行却更加谨慎,在整个领导的过程中,诸如决策、计划、执行、控制、分配、签署等方面,反而更加小心翼翼,更加注重实践、调查、分析、研究、总结,唯恐一步走错满盘皆输,这样一来,反而更有利于李主任领导的成功!

李主任虽然是外行更善创新,凡战者,以正合,以奇胜。李主任因为是个外行领导,所以不受内行条条框框所累,反而更能跳出内行的思维逻辑,在领导方面会有更多的创新,尤其是在竞争激烈的当今社会,对竞争对手常常能出其不意、攻其不备,从而出奇制胜。外行领导善于创新,习惯于不按常理出牌,这非常符合差异化竞争的需要,在这方面恐怕内行领导无法比敌。

作为刚进入公司的新员工,不要因为自己的自负,而对上级的领导安排产生抗拒。很多时候不是外行领导决策不对而瞎指挥,而是内行下属从内心里就把外行领导的决策给否定了,不愿执行、不去执行或执行不彻底,然后把失败的结果再扣到外行领导头上,很多时候也不是外行领导不懂装懂、不好沟通,而是因为内行下属内心自我膨胀,不肖与外行领导沟通,自认为自己的水平超越领导,完全没必要听外行领导的,然后照样我行我素,反过来如果出了问题,再把矛头指向外行领导。历史中、现实中,这种内行对外行的排斥、打压、渲染,才造成了“外行不能领导内行”的传统错误思想,而实际上恰恰相反,就一般情况而言,外行更能领导内行,这种外行的领导,成功的确实很多,有些还非常成功,这种例子不胜枚举。所以我要谨记时刻以谦虚的态度对待领导与工作,努力学习不断完善自己的专业知识,绝不让不服外行的领导这种现象在我身上发生。

王老师是五(7)班的班主任,这个班很特殊,被称为“澳门班”,学生都 来自香港、澳门、台湾等地.在这个班的综合意质评定课上,学生丰富多彩 的个性,班主任充分的投入,至今想起还历历在目。一位吹洋笛的小女孩,申报音乐五星级,悠扬的笛声,娴熟的动作打动了在场的每—位听众。正 在大家准备投票时,一位学生突然站起来问道,“你的洋笛过了几级?“面对 同学的提问,小女孩面带难色,略带害羞地说,“在台湾是不兴考级的,我们 没有考过级。”面对这样一个情景,同学们开始议论,有同学暗自说,“五星 级是最高级,别的同学申报此项荣誉一般都会有很高的音乐考试级别,她没有考级,怎么办?”面对大家的议论,全老师开始说话了,“让大家用自己的感觉去判断,相信自己。”一句提醒,同学们心中明朗许多,多数同学举起手,包括王老师。班会后,我和王老师聊天谈起这件事时,王老师说,我是他们中的一员,我只是把自己的观点说出来。老师的这份投入,让我感觉到小学教师对教育的真切理解。
