2、公共场所禁烟政策得到了大部分公众的认可，但是还面临着许多的困难。首先，我国人口众多，要实现公共所禁烟还有一定的难度。其次，对于公共场所禁烟政策的全面推行还缺少必要的监管机制和惩罚措施。再次，民众也缺少禁烟的意识。

3、在我看来，公共场所禁烟政策要能够顺利的推行就必须采取一定的奖惩措施，还要设置相应的配套设施。除此之外，政府要加大烟草制造企业的税收力度，提高烟草的销售价格等等。

烟塔——吸烟者的坟墓

烟草盛行有300多年了，但是，直到今天大家才知到它的危害，一旦吸食后难以戒除，而且长期吸食会面黄肌瘦、四肢无力，甚至死亡，吸烟可以说是百害而无一利，我爸爸就是吸烟的一员。

我爸爸从三十多岁就开始吸烟，而且没有节制，只要有人给他就要，而且就在许多学生面前还吸烟，让别人吸了二手烟，害人又害己。自从我降生后，我爸爸就一直说要戒烟，可现在我都十一岁了，他连一根烟都没少抽，反而量加大了，于是，我给他制订了一个吸烟表：

周一：7根以内 周二：6根以内 周三：4根以内 周四：3根以内 周五：2根以内 周六、周日：不许抽

备注：一天只能接受一根敬烟。从第二周不许抽。有了这样的规矩，我爸爸吸烟数量明显减少了，我还在网上查到多吃西红柿有助于戒烟，我就让妈妈多买些西红柿，在晚上时糖拌西红柿给爸爸吃，爸爸成功的戒掉了烟，对自己的危害减小了，又避免更多的人吸二手烟。

还有一次，我周六去学习，到了草桥站等车，这时来了一个酷哥，随手从包里拿出一根烟，吸了起来，我心想：国家颁布的条例里不就有：“禁止在车站、餐厅、学校等十大公共场所吸烟吗”？他怎么对国家的规定熟视无睹呢？

我国每年因吸烟引发疾病死亡的人数是100，0000！吸烟有害健康，尽人皆知。然而，不少人你说你的，我吸我的。有的甚至觉得吸一支烟只少活几秒钟，抽一辈子烟也少活不了两年，毫不在乎。更可怕的是，当前我国的烟民队伍在扩大，烟民的人均年龄在降低，女烟民在增加，每天平均吸烟的支数在增多，因吸烟导致各种疾病进而死亡的人数也在增加。大量事实说明，吸烟对人们健康的危害，已成为世界公害之一，但大家毫不重视，在迷茫之中不停地吸烟。

烟有巨大的危害，如果大家非要吸，那我只能告诫大家一句：“如果大家都吸烟，那么坟墓就是你抽的烟头堆砌成的金字塔！”

拒绝烟草广告、促销和赞助

烟民有句俗话：饭后一支烟，赛过活神仙。每当看到有人抽烟我总是掩鼻屏住呼吸夺路而过，真想不通，烟味那么令人犯恶心，烟民却很享受“吞云吐雾”，难道他们真的不知道“吸烟有害健康！”？

烟给我们带来的所有危害，是不可估量的。不管是吸二手烟、还是直接吸烟，对我们的身体都有害。吸烟是导致肺癌的首要危险因素。除此以外，吸烟还会引起心脑血管疾病、呼吸和消化系统疾病、内分泌疾病、口腔疾病、眼科疾病，等等。吸烟对青少年的危害性更大。青少年正处在生长发育时期，各生理系统和器官都尚未成熟，其对外界环境的有害因素的抵抗力较成人为弱，易于吸收毒物，损害身体的正常生长。如果青少年过早接触烟草，很有可能会有一些危险疾病发生，甚至有各种生命危险。在我国吸烟人数超过3亿，其中15岁以上男性吸烟率52.9%，而二手烟暴露人数更是多达7.4亿。公共场所全面禁烟，建立无烟医院、无烟学校、无烟场所迫在眉睫。

2013年5月31日是世界卫生组织发起的第二十六个世界无烟日，今年世界无烟日的主题是“禁止烟草广告、促销和赞助”。因此要在全国范围内开展拒绝烟草广告、促销和赞助的倡议活动，减少烟草制品对公众的影响，尤其是对青少年的误导。

可是却有商家企业“绞尽脑汁”“推陈出新”“想方设法”打出香烟广告，甚至无所不用其极。

有媒体报道：某烟草企业在安徽捐赠希望小学，却是变相把广告商标打在捐款仪式正中央；贵州湄潭中南海爱心学校奠基仪式，烟草企业把广告商标标在仪式的正中；四川烟草希望小学的校训公然是：天才出于勤奋，烟草助你成才。还摆放在校道中；浙江希望小学，万宝路赞助服装全打上万宝路的商标等等。这些的烟草企业的公益事业是种善举还是一种变相的教唆吸烟恶习？

为了让世界变得更加健康，我们要全面禁止一切烟草广告、促进和赞助！从而还我们一片明净无烟的世界。
