感悟一：不要轻言放弃

看着奥巴马激情的对大家说：做事情不要放弃，是金子总会发光。我想起了我走过的这三年光阴。在这三年中，我一直相信：坚持，就能做最好的自己。每个人的人生都是建立在快乐与痛苦之上的，只要我们不放弃、不抛弃我们的人生必定是丰富多彩的。

回想到刚进大学的时候，我还是个完全没有任何经验的孩子，不过内心还是满怀憧憬，来到我所向往的地方，开始我一段崭新的大学生活，所以我必须去面对、去挑战、去体现、去把握、去创造各种各样的属于我的一片天空。有人曾经说过：“我们人的生活方式有两种，第一种是就像草一样的活着，你尽管活着，人们不会因为你被踩了而去怜悯你，因为本身就没有看到你。所以，我们每一个人都应该橡树一样的成长，即使我们现在什么都不是，但是，只要你有树的种子，即使被人们踩到泥土里，你依然可以吸收泥土的养分，自己成长起来，就像奥巴马说的是金子总会发光。

进入大学后,我和你们每个人都一样,对自己有很高的期盼，尽管我是女生，但同样希望自己在校的期间,能够锤炼成为一个出类拔萃的人.但同时我也很迷茫，我只是众人之中简简单单，平平凡凡的一个，光有一腔热情，也无济于事。但后来，我想通了，平凡也是种挑战，一切从头开始，时刻准备着，机会是留给有准备的人的，同样只有有准备的人才能把握自己的大学生活。也许我们的命运是坎坷的，但是请相信困难都是暂时的，身边有很多人关心我们，像我们学校，老师，同学，父母，朋友……让我们坚强的面对吧！我们要执著，确认了目标，就要不停的为目标而奋斗，在任何情况都要坚持自己，我想总有一天会实现自己的梦想。

感悟二：学会感激

我曾经看过这样一段话让我当时心情顿然醒悟，感激伤害你的人，磨练了你的心智。使你懂得以坚强的意志去捍卫自尊和权益。感激欺骗你的人，增进了你的智慧，使你学会辨别事物的好坏丑恶；

感激斥责你的人，提醒了你的缺点。使你成为翱翔于大海上的海燕，顶风冒雨，勇往直前。走过大学四年的时光，我现在真的想对，曾经或是正在伤害我的人说：

感谢你对我的批评，让我懂得了自省，让我懂得了要改正错误，不再一意孤行的自以为是，更不会再明知自己错了却为了面子而不肯道歉；

感谢你曾经对我的欺骗，让我懂得了现实的残酷，更加懂得了对我真诚的人的可贵；

感谢你曾经对我的漠视，让我懂得了自己要关心自己，也让我学会了珍惜别人对我的关心，更要懂得关心别人；

感谢你曾经对我的挑剔与斥责，让我懂得了宽容的可贵。

更加感谢你对我所有的伤害，让我懂得了不能依赖别人，让我学会了坚强，懂得了眼泪只是笑容的开始，更加懂得了要感激从不伤害我的人，因为他们给了我太多的温暖。从此，我会更加懂得珍惜！

感悟三：一步一个脚印，踏踏实实生活

奥巴马说要想取得成功必须做事情脚踏实地，努力尽自己的责任和义务。我们每个人的生活中都有或大或小的成功，我也有，就像高考后我们接到自己的录取通知书，我们的喜悦，当时我的感觉是这是我一步一个脚印走过来的，面对那一堆的试卷，那一堆的习题，我当时想起了泰山的那群背包工，他们每天都是一步步一步步走，从不曾想远方，其实我认为每一件事情都是小事情的积累，当你每一步都走的特别漂亮，我相信最后的河北科技师范学院工商管理学院

人生的旅途中有快乐、有悲伤，然而每个人都有属于自己的脚印，有的人弄虚作假、不务正业，浪费每一天美好的光阴。而有的人一步一个脚印踏踏实实的做一件事情。认真、充实的过每一天从来不浪费。

我记得小时候我被语文老师打了一次，当时的心里只有一个印象，这个老师太坏了，我从那以后不喜欢语文，这个不好的现象一直持续到高中毕业，我的语文成绩一直在后面，我的字一直很潦草也有这个原因，我现在特别后悔，假如我当时没有怀有怨恨，那么今天的我会是什么样子啊，我想肯定比现在好，但是世界上没有卖后悔药的，我现在知道人生的每一步路都是最重要的，一步错步步错。

随着时光的流逝，有的人已经对所走过的路忘记的一干二净，而有的人却对它记忆深刻，这将成为我们最好的回忆！最真实的回忆。人生的路，非常的长。在这一条路上会遇到各种挫折，我们要学会面对挫折，不可以遇到一点挫折就对生活失去信心，要学会面对才会有成功。

为什么奥巴马不说The Year Of The Rabbit？
