初中毕业班差生的英语教学方法

1、对症下药，开发非智力因素

差生同样具有进取心，自尊心，渴望进步。教师应对具体学生作出具体分析，各个突破。比如父母离异的学生，大多数较内向，自卑，性格孤僻，我主动给他们母亲般的爱，找他们谈心，了解他们的一些情况，并在生活上给予足够的关心；多次找他们的父母交谈，指出“孩子的未来也是他们的希望，初中阶段对人的一生又是多么重要”等，尽量争取家长的主动配合；有些个体户无暇管教孩子，我主动利用星期天将他们组成学习组，不但辅导英语，还进行思想教育。我还注意了解每位差生的情况。决不把他们当作包袱，不鄙视他们，不放弃他们，了解他们特长，爱好，寻找他们身上的“闪光点”，多表扬鼓励增强他们的上进心，例如有位差生，他的英语读的较好听，我就事先帮他预习新课的单词，关键是一遍遍先跟着我学会。早自习让他常领全班同学读，大大地满足了他的表现欲，增强了他学英语的信心和兴趣。

2、理解、尊重、宽容，善待差生

教师一个宽容的微笑，一句体贴的话语一个会意的眼神，一个轻微的触摸都会产生巨大的学习动力。教师在任何时候要注意控制自己的情绪，不迁怒、不急燥，切忌使用训斥，侮辱人格和伤害自尊心的语言；切忌向家长及班主任告状。

差生在班级中常被鄙视，有些教师也认为他们是班级的“败类”，“包袱”。在社会上受到冷眼，在家也受到家长的训斥，心里有一种压抑感和厌学情绪，自信心不强。我便主动采取适当的形式去栽培他们。当我看见差生抄其他同学的作业时，我不但不责备，还主动将最好学生的作业本借给他们抄，并叮嘱他们要“一抄、二读、三背”，第二天上课，有意识地叫差生站起来口头做一遍，同样也能达到预期的效果，每次的单元测验，我将成绩有进步差生名字提出来及时表扬，让他们也享受成功的欢乐及喜悦。有些差生的头脑反应慢，有时一个简单的时态讲几遍还不理解，我不厌其烦地再多讲几遍，有时设法编成“顺口溜”，用浅显易懂的语言让他们听懂为止。

2011年西城区小升初升学整体情况 最新招生方式：外区外省就读可“双选”

对于外区、外省学生进西城学校就读的情况，西城区教育考试中心介绍，如果是在外省份上的小学，现在来到北京就读初中，将采取双向选择的方式进行升学，不涉及推荐派位。学生可以持双向报名卡，到意向学校报名，由学校对学生的综合评价进行选择性地录取。小学推荐派位比例30%

今年西城区教委划定的小学推荐派位比例为本校毕业生人数的30%，市区十佳少年、市红领巾奖章获得者和市级三好生优先获得推荐资格。

西城区教委提醒家长，被推荐上的学生仅仅是获得了参加派位的资格，而不是推荐了就保证百分之百能被录取，如果志愿填报过于集中，远远大于学校的推荐派位计划，5个志愿又都是同一层次上的学校，就会加大不被录取的可能。

西城区教委2011年5月3日正式公布“小升初”政策细则。2011年，原宣武区将取消对口入学方式，与原西城学生共同参加电脑派位入学。对于小学在外区就读、回西城上中学的学生，则将首次实行双向选择的办法。所有学校不能通过自行组织的考试、测试和面试录取学生。

原宣武学校分成东西两片

早在2010年两区合并之初，如何统一“小升初”政策就是家长和学生们关注的焦点。因为原西城区是北京市最先实行“小升初”电脑派位的，而原宣武区在北京市率先取消了“小升初”电脑派位，主要采取对口入学的方式。如何将二者进行统一，成为两区合并后面临的一道难题。经过大半年研究，西城区最终决定将南、北两片的“小升初”入学方式统一成“计算机派位”与多种招生方式相结合。

按照方案，原宣武区的学校被划分成为东、西两片。其中，东片的炭儿胡同小学、后孙公园小学、琉璃厂小学等11所小学对应着15中、43中、62中等7所中学;西片的上斜街小学、康乐里小学、北京小学等17所小学对应着14中、15中、63中等9所中学。

“我们是根据南片学校和学生的数量进行划片的。”西城区教委副主任解释。据了解，西城区2011年“小升初”学生共有近8000人，其中，北片约有6000人，南片约有2000人。除亚太实验学校、育才学校、育荣实验学校因九年一贯制被单列出来外，其它学校被划分成7片，每片学生在千人左右。

推优增加两个志愿

由于采取了统一政策，2011年，无论西城区南片还是北片的特长生和推优生，都可享受“跨区选校”的待遇。学生既可以报北片学校，也可以报南片学校，从而有了更多的选择机会。

据了解，2011年西城区“小升初”推优比例仍在30%左右，但每个推优生最多可以填报5个志愿，比2010年多出两个。艺术、科技、体育特长生填报的志愿数不变，仍为两个。据了解，参加推优的学校共有45所，既有四中、八中、三帆中学等名校，也有华夏女子中学、月坛中学等特色校，还有广安中学、裕中中学等普通校。

经认定的艺术教育特色学校、体育传统项目学校和科技教育示范学校原则上面向西城区接收特长生。相关学校会将区教委批准的本校招生项目、招生区域范围及招生人数向社会公示，并在区教委和相关部门统一组织下，对经资格认定的报名学生进行专项测试。测试内容仅限学生所报特长项目，学校将依据专项测试成绩录取学生。

推优生和特长生被录取后，不再参加其它招生方式入学及划片派位。

回区就读学生可双向选择

2011年，对于在外区小学就读、户口所在地或住所地在西城区，并已办理参加西城区升学手续的小学毕业生，将首次实行双向选择入学。

按照规定，这些学生需持《学生综合素质评价手册》在规定时间到志愿学校申请入学，由志愿学校结合本校办学特点，根据对学生的综合素质评价录取学生。参加双向选择入学的中学与参加推优的中学相同。

据悉，寄宿学校(班)可自主确定招生范围，其招生区域范围及招生人数需向社会公示。凡自愿申请进入寄宿校(班)就读的学生，入学时须向学校出示学生本人2011年4月份以后在北京市区县级以上医院进行一般性体格检查合格的体检证明。民办(私立)学校可参照寄宿学校(班)的招生办法。招生时间可与其它公办学校同期或在其之后进行。适当减少共建单位和学校

西城区教委表示，被批准接收“共建”生的学校，将严格按照有关精神接收“共建”单位职工子弟入学。今后，区教委将严格控制、适当减少“共建”单位数量和接收“共建”单位职工子弟数量，原则上不再增加新的共建单位和共建学校。但是，驻区部队“双拥共建班”将保留。

另据了解，在西城区小学借读、无北京市正式常住户口的西城区小学毕业生，可申请参加多种招生办法和推荐派位入学，也可按借读小学所在派位片参加划片派位入学。
