第三篇：出国留学
同留学国家在研究生教育方面的特点各有不同。
赴英国、爱尔兰、加拿大、澳大利亚、新西兰留学的优势一是学制短，一般为一年至两年；二是英语授课，学生较容易掌握语言。劣势是学费和生活费相对较高，每年的学费加生活费约为17万元～25万元人民币，尤以英国的费用为最高。
赴法国、德国留学的优势是专业课程免学费，每年的学费加生活费约为4万元人民币。劣势是必须学第二外语。

a、合理:要求资助人的职位,所在地,业绩相符合的收入。比如,一个国家公务员你开七八万收入是很少见的,但是一个外资企业的高层管理人员,你开他十三四万的收入,签证官也认可的.并且未必会看纳税证明。本文由一起去留学编辑整理，转载自一起去留学http://转载请保留出处。

c、可用:这是我们遇见最多的问题.不是存在你名下或者你资助人名下的资金都是可用的.签证官最喜欢的资金是存款时间长,存入间隔均匀,每笔金额小的资金.很简单,因为这样最一目了然地看出你的资金是由资助人的收入一点一点积累的.不会是借入来应付签证的.我们每人考虑自己的资金的时候,就应该这么想,我能不能说服签证官,我的资金不是借来的.主要从两个角度说服,时间长或者有资金来源.如果第一个条件不能满足,那就要证明父母的高收入。
2、至于存款如何冻结，只要去银行说明此笔款项是用于出国留学保证金用，银行就会在自己给您按照相应流程冻结，以便能轻松地从银行拿到《个人存款证明书》。要想从银行顺利拿到50万元至100万元的存款证明书，那么必须提早6个月至18个月到银行开立储蓄存款账户，在储蓄存款账户内的本币、外币、定期、活期、凭证式国债、外汇理财产品，均可申请开具《个人存款证明书》。
读书的担保金是根据学费和生活费计算的。读硕士可以从几万到几十万不等。你算一下，你的总学费加上总生活费就是你的担保金要求。由于学费上涨，汇率提高，现在读授课硕士要40万担保，研究硕士一般要20万以上的担保。
