对于奥巴马第二任对华政策的看法
托了纽约洪水的福，让奥巴马顺利赢得了第二次大选。在奥巴马的第一任内，多次提到了“亚太再平衡战略”。因此，我觉得在亚太问题上他的“亚太再平衡战略”不会有所改变尤其在当前美国深陷债务泥潭、面临中印等国崛起以及恐怖主义等挑战的情况下，为了维持一个相对于美国有利的环境，他应该会加快重返亚太的步伐。虽然，当前的伊朗核问题上他不可能忽视以色列的要求，但是，他在中东的绝大多数兵力应该会转移到亚太地区。比如说之前的韩美军演，其目的在应对朝鲜核问题的同时，也是在向亚太展现他的军事实力。
美国在亚太地区通过美日、美韩、美澳、美印的军事同盟，已经对中国形成了雁型包围模式，让他轻易的放弃对中国已经形成的约束是不可能的。另外，在最经几年里，美国利用中国与周边国家的领土争端问题，极力拉拢亚太小国，诋毁中国在亚太地区的形象，为自己的重返亚太做铺垫。目前美国已经在亚太形成了极大的影响力，奥巴马的新一轮政策肯定会加大对亚太的影响，和对中国的威胁，这样不仅可以进一步树立自己世界第一超级大国的地位，还可以通过中国威胁论分散国内注意，缓解国内矛盾。
在经济方面，最近有关于华为、三一重工在美收购失败还有对华出口的虾进行反侵销调查的事件，表明了奥巴马政府对于中国在美经济发展增加了限制。这也难怪，经济危机后，美国经济疲软，失业率大增，加上美国国债的快速增长，他必须采取手段来增加就业率，缓解财政赤字。因此他就需要通过吸引本国公司回国投资增加就业岗位，限制中国的企业发展，就能减少对于本国企业的竞争，有利于本国企业的发展，增加就业率。
自从奥巴马获得连任以后，在春节期间就对中国在美企业发起了新一轮的猛攻。由此看来，奥巴马已经高度警惕中国的高新技术产业以及新能源产业，这就意味着高新产业走出国门，特别是进入美国市场，可能会遇到更多的阻碍。并且,美国的对华技术输出的限制也在一定程度上减缓了中国科技进步的步伐.另外由于两国产业和贸易结构原因，美中贸易赤字也恐难以迅速减少，甚至有可能还会加大。因此在未来几年，奥巴马一定会想办法使人民币升值，以使自己从中获利。
随着近几年中国的高速崛起，作为世界第一的美国是绝不会放弃对于所谓的世界第二的中国的打压的，毕竟在竞争中第二永远只有被第一打压的分。所以奥巴马除了利用经济和军事手段压制中国外,还会继续利用中国内部的分裂势力以及周边的不稳定因素遏制中国经济的发展,从而暂时保住自己第一的位置.当然,在另一方面我们应该认识到中美的相互利益关系是不可分割的,随着中美贸易额的逐渐加大,中美之间的依赖关系也日趋强化.因此,在对中国采取种种压制措施的同时,奥巴马也一定不会放弃与中国在一些领域的合作,在不威胁美国本土市场的前提下,他应该会引进中国企业在美国投资,同时加大对中国的贸易输出,以缓解本国经济的萎靡症状.同时，我们可以看见美国国务卿由约翰克里担任，据美国媒体称，2004年与小布什对决总统选战时，外界就看出克里对华政策或属于“亲近型”。他当年提出的外交政策相对温和，与小布什的保守主义路线不同，也与那些激进派和强硬派更是大相径庭。克里曾表示，中国在维护亚太和平与稳定方面扮演重要角色。“美国需要与中国合作，而不能将中美关系推回到冷战时期。”，据悉，克里当年赞成中国加入世界贸易组织，并主张给予中国永久性正常贸易关系。甚至有媒体报道，克里支持中国用“一国两制”的方法来解决台湾问题。现任美国国防部长哈格尔和克里的经历类似，他曾经以商人身份到过中国，在接受美国公共广播公司采访时，哈格尔坦言，他没有与那些对中国经济始终保持高速增长感到惊恐的人士为伍。同时表示：“中国即将崛起和成长，我们应该对此表示欢迎。中国现在是大国，并将继续作为大国存在这没有什么，但是我们不该因此感到畏缩，也不应担心他们将取代我们在世界上的位置。”
从奥巴马的新班子上可以看出，奥巴马政府并非想与中国发生全面的矛盾，而是在一定程度上像上面说的那样，他想要在中国身上捞取好处以弥补经济危机留下的坑，毕竟作为美国最大的贸易伙伴，美国的发展离不开中国这个世界上最大的消费市场。
总之，奥巴马的对华政策将是刚柔相济的，而中美关系将会呈现出曲折中前进的景象。
