1.Love

Very personal.Used between lovers, family and close friends.私密用语,适用于家人、恋人或者非常亲近的朋友。

Very casual.Used between friends.Can be used between coworkers if you want to appear very casual, at the risk of sounding unprofessional.很随便,通常用于朋友之间。如果是同事关系的话用此落款,说明你想表现出一种比较轻松的姿态。但也要注意,此落款很有可能让你看上去很漫不经心或给人以一种“吊儿郎当”的赶脚。

3.Take care

Casual and used between friends.比较随便,用于朋友之间。比较中规中矩。

4.Thanks or Thank you

“Thanks” is very casual and “Thank you ”is formal.Usually used in a business setting.“Thank you ” is a great way to end an email to a stranger, especially if you are making a request or asking a question.Thanks/Thank you, Thanks 比较非正式一些,Thank you 更加正式一些,常用于商业语境,尤其是当写信给陌生人问问题或者提要求的时候。Thank you 是一种非常好的结束敬语。

Formal.Used in business correspondence when the topic of the letter is serious.Sometimes used if there is a conflict betweenthe sender and the recipient.Cordially, 用于正式的商业场合,通常来说,是用于严肃的场合。例如当发信人和收信人之间有商业纠纷或者冲突的时候。

自动回复邮件

休假、出差或公司休业时,通常在一段时间内不能查收和回复邮件,所以我们会开启自动回复功能告知发件人自己无法及时回复邮件

可以加上具体时间:on a five-day business trip

(2)I will be out of town until August 22nd.Out of town表示“离开状态,出差中

(3)I am out of the office.不在办公室不在公司即离开中的意思

I am out of the office.If you need to reach me, please leave a

message on my voice mail.Due to my outside duties, I’ll not be at my office all day long.(4)I am on vacation from June 20th till July 2nd.(5)Away from my mail until March 5th.3月5日前我将无法查收邮件。

这句话也可以作为自动回复邮件的标题。

3.表示休业

Our office will be closed during the New Year’s holidays.通常在放假前发给客户,或者设置成自动回复,以便让客户了解情况

6.表示一回来就会给对方回复

I will be in touch with you as soon as possible when I return.I will be in touch with you upon my return.I will read your e-mail when I get back.I’ll get back to you as soon as possible.Your e-mail will be reviewed as soon as possible after my return.工作交接

我们会通过邮件通告退休、工作调动,向曾经一起工作的同事进行告别,介绍自己的接任者,以及通告自己新的联络方式。

2.通告,通报 notice,notice是名词,它的动词形式是notify.3.继任者,接替者 replacement.Replacement和successor都含有继任之意,但两者稍有区别。Replacement强调代替之意,意为代替者,接替者,successor强调续任之意,以为接任者,继任者,接班人

4.分公司(branch)office./regional office 如果公司有正式名称,可直接使用这个名称。我们在写工作交接邮件时所要表达的内容:

这句话通常在工作调动后向客户说明情况。Transfer 后面加上介词to表明自己的调动去向。

2)I will be retiring on March 2nd.Retire 是退休、隐退的意思,不能用在被解雇或辞职的场合。I will be retiring on…也可以用…will be my last day at work.来替换。

Challenge 挑战,这里可以看做对于新职位的挑战。

2.介绍继任者

1)My replacement will beXXX.我的接任者是XXX.这是向他人介绍自己的接任者时的表达。常用一般将来时。

I’d like to introduce our new CFO to you.我想将我们新任的首席财务官介绍给您。CFO 是Chief Financial Officer 的缩略语,首席财务官

2.邮件被退

3.以抄送的方式给对方发邮件

(1)Copy me on the e-mail./CC me.Always include my assistant on any e-mail you send me, please.请将每一封发给我的邮件都抄送给我的助手。
