“会员大会”总结

2011年10月22日晚7：30，外语协会本学年第一次会员大会在4517隆重举行。本次大会的与会人员为外语协会的会长、副会长、理事、会员，此外特别请到社团联主席邓杨、李玲，学生会学习部部长邓杰、刘维，人事部陈亮，活动部长刘蓉萺，常务部长康忠瑶，爱心社会长张克凤，青鸟剧团会长白乃菲，特邀嘉宾刘欣悦、赵小海。本次大会总结如下

晚上7:30,支持人李雪和温义明走上讲台，宣布本次会员大会正式开始。首先，主持人向大家介绍到场嘉宾并以热烈的掌声欢迎他们。然后，社团联李玲致词，会长彭伟刚致词。

大会第二项由特邀嘉宾刘新月作学习英语交流，给会员带来了很多有用信息，让会员对如何学习英语有所领悟。然后由赵小海带来歌唱表演《心碎了无痕》，他的深情演唱获得很多掌声，现场情绪高涨。

大会第三项由副会长刘涛抽取五名会员，被抽到的会员免除会费，并自我介绍活即兴表演。他们都表现自我，展示了会员的朝气。然后理事胡欢进行PPT演示及演讲，让会员明白协会内容和安排。会长针对会员的提问进行解答，使会员更加了解协会的活动。

大会第四项由社团联青鸟剧团团长白乃菲进行钢琴演奏并伴随着理事蓝嘉陵英语朗诵。他们表演深情出色，获得阵阵掌声。然后进行第二次抽奖，抽取的会员即兴表演又激起了又一波高潮。最后会长彭伟刚作为压轴演唱日本歌曲，本次大会圆满结束。

总的来说，这次本协会会员大会还算成功，各个环节都能顺利完成，会员积极性也很活跃。通过这次大会，会员很好的了解本协会的特点和以后的安排，以及如何学习英语。相信以后本协会一定会把协会办的越来越好。

临沧师范高等专科学校外语协会情况简介英语在师专所开设的众多学科中是一门辐射面较广涉及学生人数较多的科目。从目前临沧师专学生的英语学习情况来看，大部分缺乏英语学习的热情，激发不起对英语学习的兴趣，对英语的学习很大程度上还处于机械背记的状态，致使英语学习变得枯燥、乏味、费时、效率低下。而那些致力于提高英语听、说、读、写、译等综合能力的学生也苦于难觅一个良好的英语学习以锻炼的台，结合临沧师专学生目前的英语学习现状基于英语学习本身的一些特点，本着增强师专同学对外语学习的兴趣，创造良好的英语学习环境，全方位的培养同学们的外语综合能力，营造良好的外语学习氛围，树立跨文化的意识原则，在外语系老师的指导下我们创办了临沧师专外语协会。

外语协会管理制度

一、成员的管理

1、会长、副会长、各部部长、副部长、干事（宣传部和外联部的干事）以短信、飞行、QQ等方式通知事情，不管是会员还是干事都要进行回复，这是一种基本的礼貌问题。

2、在必要的时候，主要负责人可以抽调其他部门的人，各部门的干事或者会员都要积极配合。如文艺部要出节目，需要抽调其他部门干事或者会员，各部要积极的配合。

3、在英语角、办晚会或其他重要的活动，各部的副部长要做好干事考情工作，无事情的情况下不得缺席，有事情的要向本部部长做好请假工作。会员在英语角或晨读会可以自由参加。但是在办晚会或活动的时候外语协会所有成员都要参加，会员有事的向副会长请假。

4、每月的三十号，各部的副部长把考情的情况交给副会长，副会长做好统计工作，为奖惩提供依据。

5、干事出现违纪行为超过两次就直接降为会员，会员出现三次直接除名（开大会缺席或办活动不积极），各部门负责人可以视干事或会员的表现情况，给予会员变干事、干事变副部长的机会。

6、会长在必要的时候，可以插手其他部门的事情。

7、在外语协会表现积极的成员，可以视情况给予聘书、重点培养、发放英语过级资料等相应优先考虑的机会。为学期末的综合测评加分提供证明。

二、各部职责

1、会长：负责活动场地申请，活动场地布置及组织参与者安全有序的活动；负责和各部门的协调，领导协会健康的发展；聘书和证书的发放；

2、副会长：负责财务管理，编制预、决算财务报告； 理好财务凭证、单据；负责日常及大型活动所用物品采买工作；

3、组织部：负责与本协会指导教师联络、交流，获取活动指导意见与其他支持，负责邀请、协调外教参与活动。负责协会工作的总体方向和重大决策，对外代表协会；积极提出新颖的活动策划方案，主持筹备英语角活动所需物资及人员全面组织好各次英语角活动。积极搜集同学们的意见或建议，针对同学们的需要，组织讨论，制定对策。监督每天的晨读活动；

4、外联部：负责寻求与校外企事业及传媒的合作机会，为协会工作筹集资金，并负责校外兼职的联系工作，为社员提供“社会实践”的机会。积极与其他社团交流，建立公共关系网，扩大本协会的影响力；组织、引导协会成员参与义务服务，公益活动，深入了解社会；

5、宣传部：负责协会海报和展板的制作及宣传工作;负责本协会的外部形象宣传及建设;负责对QQ群信息，网站的管理及发飞信通知会员参与各次活动；负责与社团活动相关信息（如工作照）的采集和整理工作，并对每次活动做总结；负责活动及优秀社团材料申报。

6、文艺部： 组织协会文娱活动，丰富社团文化生活；提出新的活动方案，为社团活动贡献计策；积极做好重大活动节目准备和演出工作。

第五篇：外语协会策划书

英语协会策划书

在大一新生入学之后，有院团委统一组织进行纳新活动。

我们协会出制定每周二晚自习后在J3-223开例会，总结每周活动和课程计划。对做过的活动及时与协会成员探讨，出现的问题及时解决。从而让协会越来越好。

上课计划：由会长安排我们协会课程计划表，并安排老师给协会成员上课，上课内容由老师自行安排。

活动计划:协会纳新结束后一周安排学员上课，并且有上课计划和考勤，并根据学员表现作为年底评优；协会每周两次课，并有英语角活动，协会每月至少有一至两次大的团体活动，具体事宜由组织委和副会长负责……一些简单的英语互动游戏既可以让大家学到英语知识，还可以在高度集中的状态下轻松一下，这不失为一种调节气氛的好方法。具体活动项目如下：

a.猜单词：一位同学准备一个比较简单的单词(可以是有关生活中比较常见的人或事物)该同学描述其特征或是其含义，让别的同学来猜。该活动旨在提高描述者的口语表达能力和猜单词的同学的听力能力。

b.单词接龙：如果该组同学英语水平都还不错，就可以进行这样的游戏。c.学习谚语：各组同学收集整理好协会每天短信发的英文谚语，大家集体大声朗读，并对其所蕴涵的含义给予自己真实感受的英语解释。

d.绕口令：搜集一些比较经典的绕口令，以比赛的形式看大家谁读得更快，更流利。

e.读经典长句：搜集一些比较经典的长句，先划成几段作为一个节拍，一个人来读，其他人拍节奏，一次比一次快，读的同学也一次比一次快，直到读不下去的时候再换另外的同学。

每月做好工作总结，写好总结材料；每次活动由会长向院团委提交申请，及策划方案。做好活动准备、安排、素材收集、活动小结和经费详单等。
