四川大学博士研究生国际学术交流基金管理办法
为提高我校研究生教育的国际化水平，培养具有国际竞争力的创新型人才，特设立《四川大学博士研究生国际学术交流基金》，主要用于资助优秀博士研究生参加高水平国际学术会议。
一、申请条件
1、四川大学全日制在读博士研究生；
2、申请者作为第一作者或第二作者（第一作者为导师）提交的论文被本学科高水平国际学术会议正式接受，有组委会正式邀请函；
3、申请者具有一定的对外交流能力和较高的外语水平，能够进行口头学术交流；
4、参加的国际学术会议原则上应是由国际专业学会或协会主办的高水平国际学术会议；
5、每名博士研究生在读期间只享受一次国际交流基金的资助。
二、资助内容及额度
主要资助往返交通费、会议注册费和住宿费等，实行定额资助，资助额度由申请人提出预算，导师和学院审核，研究生院审批确定。经费使用应符合相关财务管理办法。
三、申请程序
1、申请者在研究生院网站下载填写《四川大学博士研究生国际学术交流基金申请表》，并附上正式的会议邀请函及显示有确切的会议时间、地点和日程安排等信息的会议文件；
2、导师、学院主管领导就国际会议的学术影响和申请者参加学术会议的资格进行审核，并签署意见，合格者报研究生院；
3、研究生院将根据申请人拟参加国际学术会议的层次高低和申请人的条件，在综合考虑各学院受资助博士生比例的前提下进行择优资助，审核批准后通知申请者及其所在学院；
4、获批准资助的申请人凭国际处相关出国文件及签证到研究生院办理财务手续；
5、会议结束后申请者需向研究生院提交以下材料：
①在研究生院网站下载并填写《四川大学博士研究生国际学术交流基金总结表》，同时提供纸质版1份和电子版；
②国际会议论文集首页复印件及被收入的论文复印件；
③护照首页、签证页及标有出入境日期页面的复印件。
四、附则
1、对已获批准资助的会议，申请者不得随意改变或放弃，否则取消本次资助资格，并不再受理下次申请。
