干巴巴的大道理不容易说服人，你需要的是一个“真情实感，富于说服力的故事”，这会让听者从情绪上更容易接受。对于很多人来说，更喜欢听故事。那些古老的智慧也常常以寓言、故事等形式流传下来。创业，找投资方融资，要从讲一个好故事开始。我们的一生，从生活到工作，其实都有大大小小的故事编织在一起。故事的特殊力量，在于深刻的影响着我们，激励、教育了我们，为我们解决问题提供了一项重要技能。
安妮特·西蒙斯说，“每个人都应该学会讲6个故事。”生活中的故事万变不离其宗，归根结底都可以往这6大故事模板上套：
“我是谁”的故事。可能没有什么豪言壮语，只要是你的亲身经历。你也可以引用神话、他人的故事、时事热闻，只要能从中以个人的角度来解读，让别人知道“你是谁”就好。
“我为何而来”的故事。可以和“我是谁”的故事进行融合。如果是为了一个公益活动募捐，你的故事要证明这个项目的公益性。如果你的目的是谋求私利，也坦诚地表达出来，千万不要把听众当傻子。真诚，可以让听众迅速了解你的意图，让他们愿意帮助你。
“愿景”的故事。当听众知道了你是个怎样的人，你来的目的之后，他们最想知道的，是你能给他们带来什么好处。一个软件创业公司的CEO讲述了梵高的故事，向员工描绘了公司的愿景，激发了员工的创业热情。不同于“画饼”式地描绘一个美好天堂，“愿景”故事还要把艰难、沮丧的细节加进去，这样才真实可信。
“授人以渔”的故事。传授技能时先让他们知道学会这些有什么用，可以采用故事去启发他们。比如指导新来的员工，只告诉他们控制台上的各个按键并不能让他们成为优秀的接待员。而如果你讲一个优秀员工的故事——她能一边安抚盛怒的客人，一边定位到走丢了的CEO，同时帮你找到你的包裹，那新人就知道他们需要掌握的其实是同时处理多项事物的能力，而熟练操作控制台只是其中的一环而已。
“价值观”的故事。光说“我们重视正直的人品”是没用的，你要举例子，比如某个销售员承担了自己的错误，结果他的顾客反而将订单增加了一倍。任何价值观，如果没有在我们生活中实践，就没有任何意义。
“我知道你们在想什么”的故事。察觉到观众的心思，然后讲一个故事。这样你不必明说，就能消除他们的顾虑，避免了正面冲突。
如何讲好一个故事？
要讲好一个故事，依赖你的语言和身体融为一体。在讲述中，听众只能听见15%的词汇，其他的信息靠你身体各个部位传达。如何使用你的身体语言，往往成为讲好一个故事的关键。在我们熟悉讲故事的场景中，有两种身体语言最普遍和重要：手势、面部表情。
手势的价值，为故事制造了一个场景。观众随着你的手势，犹如把你讲故事的过程当成欣赏一幅画的创作。手势释放出你的想象力，增强故事的力度，向观众清晰传达你的想象，深刻印记在观众的大脑里。面部表情的价值，将故事的情感传递给观众，提升故事的情感力度。丰富的面部表情，提高你讲述的效率，牢牢抓住观众的眼球。你面部表情的表现和理解故事的深度成正比，当你理解的故事越深刻，你的面部表情表现越自然，让你感受到乐趣，驱动你更加积极运用面部表情。
讲一个故事，拉近人与人之间的距离就像我们小时候都听过孙悟空的故事。一个好故事，启发我们思考，触发心灵的深处，让我们深刻认识自己。
在这互联网+时代，不过是比谁更会讲故事，讲得好的人赢得一切

创业复盘：草根创业者要学会吃着碗里瞧着锅里
昨天打开新浪微博，看到来自于联想之星写创业感悟征文的私信，借机回顾了四年多以来的创业历程，“吃着碗里瞧着锅里”这个词语猛然跃入我的脑海„„
我是2007年一个偶然的机会开始了我此次创业历程的，在此之前我先后在建材、日化、家电和服饰等行业从事了十年的生产和销售管理工作，在此期间也曾有一次创业失败的经历，但横跨多个行业，先后在国企、外企和民企的工作经历也可以说是我寻找创业机会和积累创业资源的轨迹。
2007年，我作为浙江丹吉娅集团的营销总监，牵头引进和实施了企业的信息化管理系统。虽然软件的开发商是一家在针织行业积累了十多年经验的知名软件公司，但是也与国内大多数管理软件公司一样，“技术强、应用弱”最终导致实施周期长和深层次应用效果差的结果，就以一个商品同时要具备货号、商品编码、客户编码和国际条形码并相互之间建立对应的联系为例我需要给软件公司的开发人员反反复复解释一个月才能实现，“货号是生产环节为区分货品而编制的唯一编码，商品编码是在销售环节为区分不同品牌、相同货号而编制的唯一编码，客户编码是商品进入家乐福、沃尔玛等卖场后不同客户为区分商品而制定的不同编码，国际条形码主要应用在零售环节区分商品的唯一编码。”到现在我还能倒背如流。
问题就是机会，也正是这次并不理想的软件引进和实施经历，使我萌生了在管理软件行业创业的念头。回顾我所所熟悉的企业，建立分工明确、职责明晰、流程顺畅、工作高效的内部组织体系大都是他们梦寐以求的目标，有的企业希望高薪聘请职业经理人来实现这一目标，但因鲶鱼遭到众多沙丁鱼的抵制等原因导致失败；有的企业希望借助于管理咨询公司来实现这一目标，但因以报表和流程为核心的管理模式自身缺乏监督、控制的约束手段等原因，导致管理咨询公司退出后无人监督和跟进而夭折；有的企业希望通过借助会计师事务所、审计师事务所的内审来实现这一目标，但因内审报告仅能发现一大堆问题而没有行之有效的解决问题的办法等原因而失败；有的企业希望通过采用OA、ERP等软件工具来实现这一目标，但因管理软件深层次应用不理想等原因而收效甚微。经过全面分析后我认为，合理设计员工授权和建立数据、业务单据之间关联关系的管理软件是解决企业内部分工不明、职责不清、流程不畅和工作低效的最有效工具，管理软件自身的数据逻辑和以单据流程为载体设计的业务流程是建立监督和控制等约束手段最长效的管理机制，只要把软件应用和技术开发有机地结合在一起就能解决企业管理信息化的深层次应用难题。“受人以鱼，不如授人以渔”，作为职业经理人只能同时服务一家企业，而开发一套融合管理经验和管理理念的软件就能同时为更多的企业服务，只有自身的价值得到放大才能获得社会更大的回报。想通这个道理后我果断辞职并与人合作以“精准统计、高效管理、风险控制、决策分析”四位一体为目标设计和开发企业信息管理系统。
2008年3月，经过我们团队两百天来夜以继日的努力，之后命名为“万商宝4S信息管理系统”的软件产品终于迎来了第一个用户的应用。应该说之后这套软件的发展还是远远超出我们的预期，这也再次验证了做样板市场的益处，从第一个用户开始我就选择了同时代理七匹狼、花花公子、浪莎等品牌产品并在全国针织商贸行业颇具影响的北京万德源商贸有限公司，这家企业应用后的快速发展成为软件应用成功最具说服力的标志，在针纺行业内得到了快速传播，此后发展的东莞、重庆、苏州、南宁、辽源等地的用户基本都是用户之间口碑宣传后主动购买的，甚
至沈阳、青岛等地的用户因在行业影响力太小而没有机会使用我们的软件，我们单套软件的价格也由我当时预期的一万元左右快速发展到最高达三十万元以上，收款方式也由最初的试用后付款发展为付款后安装和培训。
转折发生在我在成都的一次软件实施经历，成都的用户也是一家在床品、针织、百货领域颇具影响的代理商，同时涉足市场批发、自营专卖店和商超等多种销售渠道。由于所使用管理软件功能上的局限，这家企业同时使用了批发销售管理、专卖店销售管理、商超销售管理、财务管理和OA五套相互独立的管理软件，虽然我当时并不知道“信息孤岛”这个名词，但同时使用多套管理软件会企业带来信息多口采集、重复输入以及多头使用和维护，使信息使用和管理效率低下，影响了企业管理数据的完整性、一致性和正确性，给企业带来无效劳动、资源浪费、效益流失、无法发现管理漏洞和控制管理风险的后果，情节严重的甚至因数出多口导致企业内部管理混乱和误导决策等等危害我还是很清楚的。
这次软件实施经历深深触动了我，就像上次发现软件行业的市场机遇一样，我又觉得集成管理软件将是管理软件行业未来发展的方向，也是软件企业发展的难得机遇，甚至将企业管理软件应用的发展分为三个阶段，初级阶段为以基础数据统计和单据打印为特征的启蒙应用阶段，中级阶段为融合标准应用、行业应用和企业个性化应用为一体的管理应用阶段，最后必将发展成为把企业资源计划ERP、客户关系管理CRM、协同办公OA、人力资源管理HR、供应链管理SCM等等企业信息化集成在一起的集成应用阶段。
性格上追求完美的我毅然放弃了原有软件的升级和软件招商计划，并因观念上的分歧和原合作伙伴果断分手，重新组建团队开始了全面集成协同办公OA、企业资源计划ERP、业务流程重组BPR、企业风险控制ERC、商业智能BI、人力资源管理HR、客户关系管理CRM、供应链管理SCM、企业信息门户EIP等九大应用软件功能为一体的“协鑫信息集成管理系统”的设计和开发。完全集成管理系统的成功开发到现在为止还没有先例，至少我现在还不知道，其间的工作量和难度远远大于我当时的预期，虽然我们团队也把“把麻烦留给自己，把方便给予用户”作为我们的座右铭，但在没有收入的日子里任何一笔开销对我们来说都会是一个艰难的决定，其间的艰难也只有经历创业的人才能真正体会得到。好在我们还是在伙伴、亲戚朋友以及前期软件用户的支持和帮助下完成了数据库和软件架构的设计以及人力资源管理HR、协同办公OA等部分软件功能的实现。
没有完美的产品，只有追求完美的过程，企业只有先生存下来才有追求完美的机会。如果当时我们能在“万商宝4S信息管理系统”良好发展势头的情况下招商，也许我们现在不仅能够解决集成管理系统的投入，也可以为集成管理系统的招商积累一定的代理商和用户资源，大大缩短集成管理系统的上市时间。
我不是一个喜欢后悔自己任何决定的人，但是通过对前段创业经历的复盘，使我放弃了等软件全部功能集成之后再招商的想法，我们已经在工商局预核准了“北京协鑫软件有限公司”的公司名称并计划春节以前开始部分功能软件的招商，迈入边销售、边完善的发展阶段。在此我想和所有草根创业者分享下面几段话：
——追求完美本没有错，错在追求完美只是一个过程而非结果，我们不是乔布斯，我们的企业也不是苹果，我们还还不具备追求完美的条件。
——前景是美好的，但追求完美的性格可能导致我们的希望破灭在遥望前景的途中。
——吃着碗里为生存，瞧着锅里求发展。

环境分析
平安夜吃苹果寓义平安，这在许多年轻人，尤其是学生群体中已被普遍接受。就拿我们学校来说，如果每个人吃一个苹果的话，就可以有相当可观的销售量，所以说市场是极为可观的。另外，在学校周围销售苹果的地方，除了超市就是街边的小摊贩，苹果是有，但是缺乏一种品味，一些重要的附加价值。而学生大多属于比较感性浪漫的群体，如果能把苹果当做一种文化，一种高附加值的商品来买，一定可以大幅度的提高销售量。
综上而言，我们销售的苹果优势在于产品附加值高，更能吸引顾客，刺激购买欲望。劣势在于销售渠道不足够广泛，来自校外的竞争压力大，尤其是来自相关礼品店的压力。
