三、表明层次

层次，是演讲稿思想内容的表现次序，它即体现演讲者思维进程的阶段性的具体表现，也反映了演讲者对客观事物的认识过程。演讲稿划分层次的主要方式有：

1、平行并列

这种讲述层次安排的特点是对演讲中心所涉及的几个主要问题分别进行讲述。几个层次之间的关系是平列的，它们从不同角度来表现演讲中心，或从不同侧面去共同论证某一个论点。

2、正反对比

1、讲述的问题由总到分或由分到

组织和安排演讲高潮时需要遵循的一般原则

1、体现演讲高潮的那些名言、警句或简短的议论，要从可靠的事实或充分的事理中自然而然地生发出来，切忌牵强附会，生涩难懂。

2、演讲的高潮要切实体现出情感浓烈、哲理丰富、令人回味无穷的特征。要像磁石那样，紧紧地吸引地住听众，让谁走，谁也不走，台上台下达到高度的和谐统一。

3、要以简洁明了的语句，亲切得体的方式，生动有力地将自己与听众的思想感情推向高潮。切忌拖泥带水、冗长罗嗦。
