考研英语写作细节之词汇与语法

考研英语写作让很多同学都很头痛，有两点原因：一为词汇，二为语法。因为英语与汉语的区别是一词多义，非常讲究用词准确而且正式。同时，英语的词汇非常丰富，一个词语通常都有许多同义词和近义词。考生如果平时注意积累并加以练习，就能够在考试中熟练地加以运用。英文写作也同样非常讲究语法，尤其是考研作文作为正式文体，需要注意以下几点小细节：

1.尽量少用缩写形式。如don't, can't, won't应写为do not, cannot, will not等。

2.用更加正式的否定形式。如not… any应写为no, not… much 写为 little, not many 写做few等。

3.尽量少用“etc.”, “and so on”等表达方式。

1.一定要注意仪表，应该庄重一些。男生应该尽量穿西服或者比较正式的服装，女生嘛千万不要穿紧身

衣和短裙，关于这点有血的教训，听说金融专业某分数不错的女生面试的时候穿了一身黑色性感紧身衣，结果参加第一场面试的时候被刷了下来，不得不参加院系内部专业的调剂。

2.进门的时候一定要敲门，然后很有礼貌的表示对老师的尊重（深深的鞠躬比较好），因为老师不想招一个大爷当弟子，所以礼貌是必要的。如果平时不注意这方面的朋友面试的时候应该刻意的注意一下。

3.一定要把手机关闭，千万不要出现在面试现场手机响个不停的尴尬局面，如果在面试过程中出现没有意料到的尴尬局面，在面试结束后一定要向老师表达歉意。

4.男生尽量不要染发，女生嘛我自己认为可以染比较淡的浅色。面试的导师一般年纪都在45以上，基本不会接受这些新新人类，不管你有多少才华~~~

5.如果英语面试是自己口述而不是老师问问题的话，应该尽量把自己的英语介绍材料浓缩，语速千万不要太快。如果你语速太快而且句式复杂的话，你会在老师面前表现的比较牛。当你介绍完自己时候，老师就会毫不客气的表现他的牛！他会把提问你的句子说的复杂而且速度非常快——将心比心嘛，谁叫你刚才表现的那么牛，那么富有侵略性呢。

6.专业面试的时候一定要诚实，不会的时候就诚实的说自己不是很了解，把自己所了解的一五一十的说。不要企图认为可以蒙骗过去。这点也有血的教训，去年面试一个成绩很高的同学在面试的时候被提问：philips曲线是什么时候提出的？ 其实这个问题十分刁钻，就是很多经济大师也不一定知道，如果你不是很了解具体的日子就说个“可能”二字，然后把自己所知道的讲出来。可是有个哥们当时很肯定的回答是1960年提出的~~·#￥#·%。因为态度十分肯定，而且其意图就是“蒙考”，以为可以蒙骗过去，结果老师也没有多问几个问题，当时自己还感觉特别良好。结果嘛，后来听说是把他刷了~~~（这个曲线是philips研究了从1867到1957年的资料，然后1958年提出的）

7。顺便提一点，如果你成绩比较高，想去看望老师就送点不犯忌讳的东西（一般老师是不见学生的），其实也完全没有必要在面试之前看望老师。面试的时候听一个重庆的同学讲一个故事，他去年有个山西的师哥成绩考了中山大学第2名，但是家里比较穷而且想去看望老师。结果就送了点家乡的土特产----山西老陈醋。呵呵，后来听说复试的时候把他给刷了下去。大家应该知道为什么吧？也许这个兄弟本身的意思不是“吃醋”，就害怕老师“借景生情”…………

1.系统的英语口语训练

英语口语是一个人综合素质的体现：有才华、反应敏捷、生活阅历丰富的人口语会相当出色，同样，一个人的修养、品质、道德观念、科研素质和能力也会在对话中表露无遗。大多数招生单位在研究生复试中都比较看重面试，这足以说明加强口语训练的必要性。对于英语口语的重要性已无需多说，越来越多的有实力的导师对哑巴英语深恶痛绝，他们认为没有良好的口语就不能学好语言。因此他们要求复试时一定要加试英语口语，有的考生在复试时还要求用第二外语与导师直接对话。没有经过系统的口语训练，你一定会在复试时感到无所适从。

2.了解本专业方向、动态、进展

因为复试本身就是考察应试者的知识积累能力以及自身发展潜力，因此要想给导师留下一个很好的印象，就必须对所报专业的情况十分熟悉，其中包括研究现状以及进展情况。应试者应该注意这方面情况的搜集，另一方面也要求应试者多去了解该导师研究的侧重点和主要的观点。

3.请教往届的师兄、师姐

这一条也很重要，一来可以侧面了解一下导师的禀性、好恶；二来也可以在请教的过程中和未来的师兄师姐叙叙友谊，了解一下往年复试的情况。

4.保持良好的心态

复试时一定要对自己有信心，不要紧张，男同学不要太邋遢，利索一点；女同学也不要刻意打扮，这是面试，不是选美。同时，面对一大帮老师、专家、教授在面前的情况，也千万不要紧张，要沉着应对。

5.做好多种准备

如果能够顺利通过复试，当然最好不过了，但如果不幸未通过某个学校的复试，就应该早做打算，可以考虑参加第二志愿的学校的录取，或听从导师的建议读其他学校其他导师的研究生。同时，如果条件允许，也可以读委培、定向、自筹经费的研究生

(1)联系导师的时间。报导师的和报导师组的是不同的，报导师的应该在报名前就联系，要弄清楚有没有内定的或者保送的，报导师组的可以在复试前联系就好了。而且应该在充分了解导师的情况下去联系，要以导师喜欢的方式去联系他。

(2)见导师的地点，最好能在导师办公室，等到快下班时也可以去，最好能在与导师已经有过交流的情况下见面，这样就不会太紧张，最好先给导师打个电话，在征得导师的同意下再去见面，这样就不会太冒昧。

(3)联系导师的方式。最常见的就是打电话，大家可以从网上查到导师的工作电话，最好不要冒昧地去打私人电话。和导师见面是最好的联系方式，但要有全方面的准备，争取给导师留一个很好的印象。一个充分的准备包括穿着、谈吐、态度、对老师性格的了解、专业知识掌握等，最好能做一个简历，把自己的一般情况和获奖情况以及发表过的文章放在一起，尽量把简历作的美观(彩色简历)，凸显出你的个人特点，也许因为有了你的这份简历，导师就不会太在意你自我介绍时的紧张了。发电子邮件也是常用的方式，很多人担心他们不会看，但是如果别的方式都没法实行，这两种方式或许能起到作用，我就是通过电子邮件联系上我的导师的，本打算上网能找到他的电话，可找了几天却一无所获，最后快绝望时发现了他的电子邮件，当我把我的电子简历发过去不到半个小时，导师就给我回信了，这封信成了我走向成功的第一步。

(4)联系的内容。很多人不知道联系导师时该说些什么，其实很简单，联系他的目的就是让他去了解你，并且喜欢上你，所以应该在通话是言简意赅的介绍自己，突出重点和个性，抓住他的心，如果是见面，那就准备一份前面所说的简历，简单而又有重点地介绍自己，我在发给导师发的邮件里面我介绍了自己的一般情况还有我写过的文章，并表达了对他的仰慕之情。另外最好准备一份英文简历，以备需要。在与导师谈话时应注意与导师谈话的方式，同样是一个问题，不太恰当的表达可能会带来歧异，影响导师对你的看法，并且如果没有对导师充分的了解，就不要说话太随便，比如，有很多同学都想问这样一个问题：有多少人报考了自己导师，在询问这个问题时要特别注意，有的人这么问：老师，今年有没有人报你的研究生啊？有的导师会误认为你询问的目的是在探视他的水平，他的名气怎么样，有没有人想读他的研究生，我当时是这么问的：“今年有挺多同学报您的研究生吧，我在他们当中有多少优势啊？”导师当时就很爽快的回答说：“就你自己”。

(5)注意对导师的尊重。从气质、衣着、谈吐方面要注意，尽量要和导师的习惯一致。

(6)联系导师不能太过频繁，但也不能联系过一次后就感觉万事大吉，应该每过一段时间就主动联系一下。每次联系的内容不要重复太多，争取每次都能提供一些帮助他了解你的新内容，相反，如果没有什么话题就不要盲目打电话联系。我第一联系导师是做自我介绍，第二次是介绍我的科研论文，最后一次是和他约见面时间，几乎没有重复过话题。在每次打电话前最好先短信联系一下，看导师是否方便接电话。

(7)送礼的问题。见导师时最好送点特产或水果，不要太贵重了，要尽量多带一些。如果没有特产那送水果是很好的选择，争取多送一些，不仅仅送给导师本人，还要给他的同事或学生，让他有一种成功感。
