第一篇：商务英语培训心得

商务英语培训课程已经开课两周了，这两周让我受益匪浅，收获颇多。在学生时代，英语学习还是过多的偏向于应对考试，尤其是我步出校园已多年了，当时学的很多语法、词汇都忘光了，导致现在不会说、不敢说的尴尬处境。但是英语已经是现在必备的一项技能了，尤其是商务英语，对我们的工作可谓是至关重要的。所以很感谢公司可以给我这么好的机会接受这次商务英语的培训。在课堂上，老师的幽默、随和、绘声绘色的教学方式，给我演绎了一场场生动活泼传神的课程，让我对英语的学习兴趣得以提升。第一堂的Business Etiquette，是商务活动进展顺利与否的重要因素，老师给我们讲述了中西方文化在商务礼仪方面的不同及商务礼仪在商务活动中的具体实施方式，使我对商务礼仪有了全面的了解。第二堂课老师给我们介绍了一个十分实用的网站并告诉我们取英文名字的一些小技巧。留下了一个对我们每个人都十分感兴趣且都很熟悉的话题online shopping做为下堂课程中讨论学习的内容。课下小组的成员们都开始了积极准备，希望能在周四的课程中充分展示自己。商务英语应该是偏向交流的一门学科，所以口语尤为重要。在培训的课堂上我们不会有应对考试的压力，只有轻松愉快的氛围，这样的环境对于我来说可以很快的融入到集体中，老师时不时的一个小玩笑或者一些小动作，都能让我更快更容易理解课堂的内容。90分钟的课程结束的很快，但是内容却是丰富多样的。希望在今后的学习过程中，可以逐渐掌握商务英语的各项知识点，使自己的英文水平得到显著的提高。

答题技巧

填空：听关键词，注意后缀。

多项选择：对每个选项，脑中想象可能的场景。

长对话：一定要先看题，按录音顺序出题，比较容易。

训练技巧

多听！一直到自己停不懂为止！这个过程可能要持续3-4遍！同时写下你所听到的听力原文！虽然耗时间，但还是很有效率的！一定坚持！

阅读

答题技巧

Part one 先看题目，然后看原文的时候，要求把每段大致内容画出来，或者自己凝练出来。而且要注意细节！经常考细节题！

Part two逻辑关系理清！如果时间来不及，就直接看空格前后一句，了解前后文所讲内容后，理清这块的逻辑关系，然后寻找答案。

Part three比较常规。

Part four 比较常规。多积累词组，和同义词辨析。

训练技巧

多做题！培养逻辑关系

看文章，注意抓住主谓宾看，提高效率。

作文

多背，要求作文逻辑清晰，语言精简。而且不同语境有不同的角色，语言要符合场景要求。口语

多练，多念！找partner一起，熟悉整个环节，不难的。尤其要准备好最后一个口语题，比较难。

第三篇：商务英语实训心得

商务英语综合实训小结

此次商务谈判实训内容丰富、形式多样，使得我们的实训即丰富又有趣，更好地把理论知识与实践相结合。

通过此次实训，我们认识到：一定不能只局限与理论知识的学习，更应该把理论的东西与实战相结合，多抓住些实战的机会锻炼自己的谈判能力，从而达到学习的目标，减少经济成本，赢得最大利益，成为一个成功的商务人士。在准备谈判的阶段，我们收集了大量资料，受益匪浅。如各阶段的谈判策略：开始阶段的策略主要是创造良好的气氛，通过寒暄营造一个轻松的环境，分清楚双方的合作诚意，为后一阶段做好准备；报价阶段首先要掌握报价的原则和合理方式，确定报价，通过买方接受的报价策略而确定自己的心理定价；讨价还价是要根据具体的条件和环境进行的，具体策略包括投石问路、竞争对比策略等；在让步阶段，要通过灵活多边的价格让步，打破商务谈判的僵局，促进谈判的成功，迫使对方让步的策略有利用竞争、顺水推舟等。

在模块二外贸单证缮制中，审核合同，信用证，缮制商业发票，装箱单，提单，保单，产地证，汇票，装船通知，受益人等全部在电脑上操作，这样又让我们熟练了Office办公软件和Excel填表。同时，通过准确无误的填这些表，培养了我的耐心细致的能力。此次实训为我们提供如此好的锻炼学习机会，为我们在以后的工作中提供丰富的经验！希望学校以后能有更多类似的实训，去磨砺我们，提高我们的专业技能，比同级其他学生更有竞争优势﹗
