一、书面表达应该注意的几个方面：
1、开头三句话要规范地道,如果第一句话就不规范或错误很多,阅卷老师在心里很可能把该作文定在一个很低的档次.即使后面有一两个较好的句子,也很难改变这个印象,后面的好句子很可能被忽略了,因为阅卷老师太累或类似的试卷太多.大多数作文的档次都是在评卷的前10秒钟决定的,如果前三句话看起来像高档次的作文阅卷老师就会在这一档次的作文分数段里选定一个合适的分数.2、写要点的句子要突出、清楚、不要让阅卷老师在字里行间费力搜索文章的要点。要把要点放在明显的地方，让阅卷老师一看便知道这篇文章有几层意思，不要遗漏了汉语提供的要点，无论你把其中某一个要点或两三个要点写得多么好只要没写完，作文的档次就上不去。
3、卷面要整洁。
4、标点符号要规范：独立的简单句用句号, 并列句在有并列连词时才可用逗号，如果没有并列连词，就只能用句号或分号, 复合句中主句和从句之间可以用逗号，从句前一定要有引导词（从属连词或副词）。并列句之间、主从句之间要用逗号，除此之外，大多数情况下句子之间都要用句号。
5、单词拼写要正确。
6、作文字数要足：在写作时字的大小最好适中，这样整篇作文看起来要充实些。
二、英语作文教学中的几个步骤：
（一）、审题：
1.审格式 ／体裁 ／ 题材 ／主题
2.审时态／人称(书信、议论文以现在完成时态为主)3.审要点：根据汉语意思判定几个要点,一定要把汉语提供的要点写完, 主要以五种简单句为主,适当使用定语从句、非谓语动词、倒装句、强调句、名词性从句。
第一段主要简介讨论的观点；第二段为正文要点写作；第三段发表作者观点。
（二）、审好题以后就找出与短文相关的主要句型。比如说要写一篇书信类文章，开头和结尾一般比较固定：
书信的开头套语：
1.I am writing to tell you that +（宾语从句）2.I’m writing to ask you about whether +（宾语从句）3.I’m glad to tell you that +（宾语从句）4.How is everything going? 5.How are you getting along with your studies / work ? 结尾套语：

洞口三中杨大明.摘要：如何有效地提高学生的书面表达能力？ 本文从如何提高学生的语言基
础、写作技巧两方面来阐述。

一、引言
书面表达是中学英语教学的重要组成部分，是检验学生书面交际能力的一个重要途径。在NMET试题中，书面表达题作为要求考生输出所学知识的测试题，较之单项选择、完形填空、阅读理解等项目等更能直接考查学生们运用英语进行表达的能力。国家教育部考试中心颁布的《2009普通高等学校招生全国统一考试英语科考试大纲》指出：要求考生根据提示进行书面表达。考生应能：（1）准确使用语法和词汇；（2）使用一定的句型、词汇，清楚、连贯地表达自己的意思。然而现实情况不容乐观，学生的书面表达不是错误百出，就是单调乏味。因此，提高学生书面表达能力势在必行。
二、高考书面表达所要求的能力
高考书面表达题要求考生应具备下列技能：
1、仔细审题，决定体裁的技能。
2、根据所给材料，发挥构思的技能。
3、遣词造句的技能。
4、规定时间内的书写速度技能。
5、用不同的语法形式来表达意义的技能。
6、语篇的整合技能。
7、有效地使用语句间的连接成分，使全文结构紧凑的技能。
三、书面表达备考训练
1.注重抓好学生的语言基础
（1）不断积累词汇句型，切实抓好语法基础
在进行词汇教学时，教师不仅要教足词汇量，还要讲清楚每个词的每个意义的使用条件、用法及搭配关系，进行典型同义词、近义词、反义词比较，点出构词法等。在通过例句说明的同时，让学生模仿造句，使学生真正掌握其用法及语义特点。如表示“损害、破坏（动词）”除harm 之外，另还有damage,ruin,destroy,spoil,lose 等。“提高、增进、增强、推进、加强（动词）”的同义、近义词语有build up, push on / up , strengthen,fuel(the economic growth), promote等。要求学生了解词缀性反义词的构成。例如： careful—careless,1
responsible—irresponsible, essential—nonessential, interest—disinterest, inside—outside, normal—abnormal 等。在平时学习过程中，细致观察并积累同根同源词，使记忆工作化繁为简，化难为易，记忆也更加牢固、准确。如：economic, economy, economics, economically, economical 等。留意一些动词、形容词的变通表达方式： make a contribution to =>contribute to , make an apology to sb.for sth.=>apologize to sb.for sth., make / give / take / have a try at sth.=>try sth., be aware of =>know,be afraid of =>fear / be frightened by , be of great harm =>harmful,be of no use =>useless ,be of great help =>helpful 等。
学生只有在较好地掌握了充足词汇量的基础上，写作时才能做到随心所欲地选择适合文章主体和风格的词、意义确切的词、表.达清晰和生动的词、形象具体的词，以及符合英语惯用法的词，以达到较好的表达效果。另外学生在初、高中已经学过基本语法知识与句型，由于缺乏操练，并没有很好地掌握。因此，在教学实践中，必须加强基础语法与句型的训练。如要求学生进行组词成句，组句成段练习，也可以进行写话训练，题材不限，但必须包含一些常用基本时态或典型句型。如造句练习：

（2）、勤读、多背好精句，范文
“熟读唐诗三百首，不会写诗也会吟”，英语文章也是如此。要想写好一篇文章，没有充足的词汇量是不行的。课文中的俗语和谚语的识记是通过背诵来完成。背诵是语言学习的重要手段，也是语言学习的必经之路。
背词句利用有限的时间，背诵课文中的重点句型和短语尤其是课文中的俗语和谚语和经典句子。

多读书 为了培养学生用英语思维的定势，增加对英语国家文化、社会风俗习惯、风土人情、思维方式的了解，扩大视野，选择课外阅读，让学生学会分析、判断、猜测、推理和领悟。
2.有意培养学生的写作技巧
（1）限时训练，提高应试能力
限时训练，时间一到，学生立即停笔，教师展示范文。范文不仅要在格式、内容要点、语法修辞与语言习惯上给学生树立榜样，而且要考虑到英语的多种表达方法。学生在经过一阵紧张的思维与写作之后，及时听到一篇比较规范的答卷，比较一下自己的作业，可初步衡量出自己的答题的准确度，找出差距，及时查出作文中的毛病。平时训练题材要多样化。书信、通知、人物介绍、场景记叙、看图作文、表格作文等都要训练到位。同时结合各种报刊杂志上的书面表达的题材，有针对性的加以训练。
（2）审题准确，下笔无误
审题是做好书面表达的前提,做题之前应认真分析说明材料,明确题目要求。考生在审题中，首先要一字一句地将题目要求看几遍，记住所给的提示内容，看清命题要求和场景介绍，如对象、目的、事情发生的时间、地点，以及所要包括的要点，篇幅长度，弄清楚该用哪种体裁，何种人称，哪个主题，有什么具体要求，有无参考词语和结尾句，有无格式要求等。一定要包括所有要点，可先编写提纲，列出重点词语和将要用到的句型等。如2008年湖南高考英语作文为三幅图和简单的文字提示，让学生任选一幅来作文。评分要点: 1，对该人物的简单介绍。（5分）2，喜欢该人物的理由（7分）3，从该人物身上得到的启示（5分）。这些都是在审题时需明确的方面。
（3）扬长避短，灵活遣词
遣词的原则是准确生动形象，符合习惯。由于受中文的干扰，有的同学往往紧抠着提示中的某个中文词语绞尽脑汁地去找所学过的等同该词的英文词语，不但浪费了时间，更主要的是往往选用的词不恰当。遇到这种情况，可以采取转译法，用同义词、近义词，甚至可用反义词转换表达。例如：“开会”这个“开”可借助动词 “have” 或 “hold” 等来转译。又如 “签名”，虽然学过 “sign(vt.)one’s name”，如果一时想不起来可以用 “write down one’s name” 来释意。再如“懒惰”可以用 “not hard-working”，“不熟悉”可用 “know little about„”等来表达。总之，尽量使用自己熟悉的，运用较自如的词汇。
（4）围绕中心，理顺全文
在根据要点完成连词成句的步骤后, 要分清文章的层次, 先说什么, 后说什么, 把这些句子重新排列组织起来, 使之前后连贯, 构成一篇语气通顺的文章。同时还要注意句子与句子之间过渡要自然, 可加上适当的表示并列、递进、因果、转折等关系的连词, 使文章更加流畅。
常用的过渡词有：
①表时间顺序、动作过程的：at the same time, in the last twenty years, first„, then„,later„, finally„, while, afterwards, soon / shortly after„ 等。
② 表方位关系的：in the middle of , at the back of, on the left/ right, to the east/west等。
③ 表示因果关系的：so, therefore, as a result, thus, since, because(of)„ 等。④ 表示并列关系的：and, as well as, also„ 等。
⑤ 表示递进关系的：even, besides„等。
⑥ 表示转折关系的：but, yet, however, though, otherwise等。
⑦ 表示让步关系的：even if, in spite of, even though„ 等。
⑧ 表示对比关系的：like, unlike, such as, on the contrary, on the one hand„,on the other hand 等。
⑨ 表示总结性的：in general, in a word , in short„ 等。
（5）注重开头，写好结尾
大家都知道“Well begun is half done（良好的开端是成功的一半）”。开头宜开门见山，直奔主题。同时要对你所写的第一个句子慎之又慎，确保不出任何错误，最好能作到引人入胜。另外文章能否得高分，结尾也很关键。好的结尾能起到画龙点睛的作用，也能使阅卷老师的眼睛为之一“亮”
（6）检查格式，勿漏要点
文章写完后要仔细检查一遍，再参照提示要求，看体裁，格式是否对，内容是否全。同时注意语法应用是否正确，其中包括易由疏忽而出错的主谓一致、时态一致、称谓一致、大小写、标点符号等问题，并估计一下字数，如已经超过了规定范围，则应将一些无关紧要的句子删掉，如果字数不足，则应围绕题材中心要点做适当的增写。
（7）卷面整洁，一目了然
NMET的卷面分数一般也有2—3分, 这就是大家常说的“印象分”，加上已实行网上阅卷，因此考生一定要做到书写规范，不要盲目地赶时间，忽略了书写，须知把字写好往往会给你带来一个意想不到的收获。养成学生工整的书写和按要点分段的习惯。标题居中，字稍大些。每段正文，字不要挤得太紧隔得太开，要靠格线写，不要飘在格子中间。有些字太小太草，扫描出来，根本看不清楚，分数就要低一个档次。最好把每段的主题句写在段首，这样脉络清晰，卷面工整，在短短的30秒内甚至20来秒的评卷时间里，老师的印象分也会高一点，更不会出现误判考生要点不到，让他白白丢掉5-7分。
结束语
写作能力的培养和提高，有赖于扎实的基础、写作方法和大量的写作实践。只要我们从这点出发，充分调动学生的学习积极性，以学生为中心，创造良好的课内外语言环境，定能有效地促进学生写作能力的形成，改变目前学生写作能力弱的现状，在写作方面，推动外语教学。
