1、通过多种渠道收集、了解就业信息,以求“知己知彼百战不殆”;接着准备材料、求职信及个人简历,求职信要求简洁明了,以500字左右为宜,一般不要超过一页纸;面试前,尽量保持心态平和,避免紧张、心浮气躁,努力展现自信的微笑。
2、注重仪表形象,可以穿常青树式的服装,不要过于时尚。要给人端庄,大方的印象;饰品力求自然,戴手表就可以了;发型不可留披肩发或染发,可以扎起马尾或盘起。男士不要留长发、胡须。碎发要固定住,如果时常用手拨弄头发易给人不稳重的印象。面试过程讲求技巧在求职过程中要诚恳、谦恭,不卑不亢。
3、应聘时,要先敲门,关门后鞠躬、问好,然后走到位置前,待主考官讲“请坐”后道谢坐下。环视主考官,微笑。
4、介绍个人基本情况:姓名、年龄、受教育程度、特长、工作经历等,切忌博取同情心、谈论个人感受等。
5、回答问题时勿以“我”为中心,过于“自我”表现;观点不同时,语气要平和,可发表不同观点,但切忌争论;语言表达要简明、扼要,避免重复、唠叨、游离主题。
6、最好不要单刀直入地询问关于薪资的问题。可委婉地说,如:“请问,贵公司的薪金制度与其他公司有何不同呢?”当主考官询问你的薪金要求时,可模糊回答。
7、面试结束,要首先感谢主考官及公司给自己机会,把椅子放回原处,关门前鞠躬,再次表示感谢。随手关门。
8、应聘后可写信致谢(有提醒对方的作用),一般在应聘后2—3天发出。内容包括:致谢、应聘的时间和经过、对工作的信心、期待机会等。简短地表明自己的兴趣及对工作的信心。
