4月3日 第五周

最近感觉特别忙，班里的活动跟社团的活动挤在一起，再加上这学期选修了很多门课，有些课老师布置的作业需要抽空完成，人家都说大学生活不忙碌，我认为刚好相反。不过有些选修课确实很无聊，老师讲的是别的专业的知识，我只能从中了解一些，其实时候像是在听天书，听不懂老师讲的课，可能太深奥了，没有基础的缘故吧，不过我不会逃课，我要好好学习。

今晚是校学生会举办的第七届交谊舞大赛决赛，我们的法学院国标队有一对选手进了决赛，现在已经七点十五分了，比赛在七点半就开始，而我还在宿舍做着作业，我看了下手机的时间后，赶紧换了件衣服，然后往决赛地点跑去，因为队友进了决赛，我们队里的其他人都有去帮他们加油，今晚的表演真的很精彩，我们拿了季军，实在是太令人高兴了。

星期五下午的最后一节课是难熬的，因为隔天就是周末放假了。而这个星期五下午的最后一节课更难熬，因为明天就是五一劳动节，随着下课铃声响，我冲回了宿舍，赶紧收拾好东西就往车站跑去，因为我要去广州朋友那里度过我的假期。这个五一我们去了很多好玩的地方，吃了很多美味的食物，买了很多心仪的衣服，看了刚出的电影《叶问2》，还见到了很多以前的朋友，我们过得非常开心。

三水义演

早上差点睡过头了，要是再晚一点到教室早读的话就要被记过了，幸好在军训的时候训练过，在紧急的情况下速度快了不少，及时赶到了教室。在上午上课的时候突然收到一条短信，是关于今晚在行政楼办公室开班长会议的通知，想到这个就头痛，看来又要做汇报了。在晚上刚想前往办公室时，又收到了一条短信，是关于我们班DV作品获奖的通知，我兴奋得跳了起来，皇天不负有心人，我们成功了，大家的努力是有回报的，拿了个最佳人气奖。不过现在还是得先去把会议开完，再庆祝也不迟。

2、及时与家长沟通，发现学生的不良反映或表现不好的行为、去成绩下降等及时与家长沟通了解情况。前一段时间，我发现班内杨庆良的成绩一路下滑，于是我与家长进行了一次谈话。发现杨庆良同学原来一直在利用下午放学的时间去操场练习篮球。“强身健体”自然是一件好事，但是要保证给孩子充足的学习时间，而杨庆良却顾此失彼了。于是我和家长达成了共识，如果他的成绩总是这样，就取消他的活动，而一门心思的投入到学习当中。我想从这以后，他一定会取得好成绩，获得进步的。

3.后进生要多加关注，不能放任自流。后进生的问题是班内的一个大问题，也是让老师头疼的问题。没有办法，人与人之间总是存在着个体差异，十个手指还不一般齐呢！后进生自理能力差、贪玩，教师要进行个别指导，多给他们时间，对于难掌握的地方要重点指导，利用放学后的半个小时进行指导学习，使其共同进步！
