曾经我很容易羡慕别人，只要我觉得对方比我优秀，我就会非常羡慕。说到底，这样的羡慕不过是我的自卑心理在作怪。在我看来，所有人都比我完美，而我有太多不完美的地方。我的优点不多，但是缺点一箩筐;我的优势不多，而且短板也不少。我非常担心我会被这个竞争激烈的社会淘汰，因为我并不认为自己拥有可以在这个社会立足的资本。

小时候看《西游记》的时候，我非常羡慕孙悟空在电视里展现的厉害法术，幻想着有一天自己也能像孙悟空一样厉害，那么我就能代替爸爸保护妈妈，赶走那些脑子里全是自私想法的亲戚了。可是，我只是一介凡人，没有天赋，也没有遇到过奇人异士，更没有任何奇遇、奇迹，只能眼睁睁地看着妈妈被那些可恶的亲戚们嘲笑，夺走她辛辛苦苦赚来的钱，还要妈妈保护我。那一刻，我觉得自己很没用，觉得自己是妈妈的累赘。

前同事说：「你都快要死了，还学计算机，你休息吧。」一百岁的赵爷爷说：「可是我还活着啊??。」赵慕鹤一生勤奋认真，就算一百岁高龄也要过得充实精彩。

赵慕鹤当年离家时，母亲曾叮咛他：「穷要穷得干净，讨饭都可以。」讨饭的话，人家施舍你，至少他积了德，但欠债不还是最要不得的事。所以他这辈子不欠金钱债，也不欠人情债，人说无债一身轻，他一直过得很愉快、心安理得。

他不贪心，只求稳定

赵慕鹤小时候不缺钱，后来逃难，身上虽没钱，总有人供吃住。来台湾之前意外发了一笔小财，但到了台湾以后，朋友借走两千元去做生意，从此再找不到人。当时一个教员一个月才两、三百元薪水，一坪土地十八元就买得到。他也只是自认倒霉，并没有认真追讨。因为他一直对钱很看得开，谁有困难他都借，大部分都没还回来。

后来赵慕鹤一直在公家机关做事，他总记得父亲说：「做公家的事发财，是无耻；做生意不发财，是无能。」在他的观念里，做公家事应该是肚皮撑不了也饿不着，发了财就可能是贪污来的，所以他不求富贵，钱够用就好。

77年他退休，那时还没有优惠存款18％，他想如果退休金一次全部领出来，自己不会理财，用光了不就得讨饭？又听人家说新台币五年贬值50％，所以他最后选择领一个月近四千元的月退俸。因为知道自己不会管钱，手上便不留太多的钱，也不用信用卡，一次领一些，再怎么会花，最多也就是花掉一部分钱而已，这就是赵慕鹤以简驭繁的理财之道。

他知道很多同事将退休金一次领出来，再投资做生意，想的是钱滚钱、利滚利，可是最后输光赔净的人很多。「一个人如果不了解自己，就有吃不完的苦头，」赵慕鹤自认没有赚钱的脑筋，也知道自己的极限：「公教人员会做什么生意？我不贪心，只求稳定。」 他不欠钱，人情债也必还

孙子读大学时，赵慕鹤第一次发现连吃饭钱都不够了。于是他申请了公教人员子女就学贷款，虽然没有利息，但到孙子读完大学时，累计已贷了九十几万元，当时自己一年收入才十六万元，要怎么还？

其实只要赵慕鹤开口，很多人都愿意借他钱，但他宁可欠公家也不要欠私人。后来，有个多年前自高雄女子师范学校毕业的校友实在看不下去，知道直接借给赵慕鹤他不会接受，当时一美元兑新台币二十六元，她听在银行工作的先生说，美元一定还会涨，便拿出一百五十万元借给赵慕鹤买美元，并跟他收银行利息，赵慕鹤这

才接受了。

赵慕鹤买了美元之后，美元便一直涨，他知道这个方法可行，这才又陆续向几个同乡、同事借了几百万元，并坚持给对方利息。而且为了让债主放心，他买美元的存单都放在债主那里。

就这样前后两年，美元从二十六元一路涨到三十三元，赵慕鹤最后把所有美元脱手，又恢复了无债一身轻。

赵慕鹤不仅还金钱债，也不忘还人情债。债务还清后，卖美元的钱还剩下八万元，他请帮忙的亲友吃大餐，任他们喜欢吃什么菜就点什么。吃过饭后，他还送每个人一只五钱的金戒指。

其中有个同乡借钱给赵慕鹤时未先知会太太，后来太太和他大吵一架，赵慕鹤从旁人那里一得知，马上便把钱转回了同乡账户。但还完债请吃饭、送金戒指时，赵慕鹤也没少算这个同乡一份，他只想同乡是有意帮忙，不愉快的事不必计较太多，钱是赚来的，皆大欢喜就好。

他不当守钱奴，懂得享乐

赵慕鹤现在每个月生活费一万元已是足够，他不抽烟、不喝酒、不赌博，生活简单，自己煮饭，还有剩下的钱，他就出去玩。由于朋友多，应酬也多，自然也有很多婚丧喜庆要应付，他虽然只有一个人，但只要出席一定包两千元，不出席也是两千元，丝

毫不吝啬。「我自己一个人，也是算一户，多拿一千元出去也穷不了的，」他说。

赵慕鹤不想省钱，他认为到这个年龄了，钱不重要，生活才重要，身体健康才重要，该花就花，而且大大方方的花。老同事看不惯他花钱，说他才赚几个钱而已，怎么老是招待那么多客人，「但我够用啊。」他说。

还有同事建议，他老了，应该要存几个钱。他笑了：「唉，我早就老了，还存什么钱，想开一点吧。」人家说七十才开始，但赵慕鹤说七十就老了：「老了以后，钱不重要，重要是心里的满足。」 这些感想很多来自于身边人的借镜。譬如他有个同乡，非常有钱，每个月又有六万多元的退休俸，但却舍不得吃、舍不得用。好喝酒，但平常在家买了也舍不得喝，参加喜宴时才变得很会喝。走路不是很灵活，但是为了省钱，仍坚持自己煮饭、打扫，舍不得花钱请人。最悲哀的是，虽然拚命存钱，但没有人需要他的钱，因为儿女自己都有好工作，而且因为他的个性吝啬不好相处，小孩、太太都不愿意和他住一块了。

赵慕鹤从来不会苛待自己，也几乎没有不满足的时候，走到哪里都顺其自然，也都随遇而安。

近几年他偶尔会受邀演讲或写书法，人家给他讲师费、车马费，他却从来不领，他的理由是：「章子盖一大堆，还要跑什么请款流

程，太麻烦了，我没有那两千块钱，还是照样过日子。钱，够生活就好，多了我也不要。」

赵慕鹤不投资，也不买保险，他留了一个小套房给孙子，觉得这样就够了，留太多钱给子孙不是好事。

他不求人，自己料理生活

赵慕鹤还没退休时，曾因为胆积水开刀住院住了二十几天，他只跟人事处请了假，没有朋友知道他去哪里，因为他不要人家来探病。

即使哪天生了病，他也觉得没必要让孙子知道。「他知道了也没用啊！」他认为在现代这种忙碌的工商社会，晚辈照顾长辈已经不是应不应该的问题，而是能力的问题：「儿女都在工作，没办法照顾你，又不能老请假，心情多无奈。在医院里，自然有医生、护士照顾啦。」

所以赵慕鹤生病，也不想要人陪：「陪了还是虚弱啊，再多人来陪我，我该死还是要死的。」赵慕鹤喜欢讲实际，不太喜欢讲温情，他认为中国人喜欢讲人情，但讲人情的人有时也很绝情，「因为他想的都是人情买卖。」

赵慕鹤现在独居，自己料理一切生活大小事，有客人上门，他还能下厨弄几道菜吃，一屋子访客加起来岁数可能还没有他多。

他不再婚，没有非份之想

赵慕鹤自大陆来台，一直坚守独身，其实他相貌端正又有正当工作，也颇有女孩子缘，但他离家时，母亲曾经交代家里已经有太太、有小孩，不要再结婚，否则会制造很多问题。这些话，他一直谨记在心，因而拒绝了几次机会。

赵慕鹤七十多岁时，自认已经老得不像样了，还有一个不到四十岁的小姐想要嫁给他，他觉得很不可思议：「我大她三十几岁哪！」赵慕鹤当然是拒绝了。

赵慕鹤九十七岁时，还有一个退休的老师想要嫁给他。她说希望生活有个寄托，问他愿不愿意老来伴。

赵慕鹤对她说，如果觉得日子无聊，可以做志工，也可以帮忙人家照顾小孩。「为什么要嫁人？妳再嫁人，人家会瞧不起妳喔。嫁得好就算了，嫁不好不就很倒霉？」

母亲的话言犹在耳，而且他想得很开，很清楚自己能力到哪里，逃难出来，养得活自己就不错了，不要逞强。人生啊，要头脑清楚。

还记得电视剧《少年包青天》吗？去求个明白，还一个公道，在漫不经心的说话和莫名其妙的冲动中，让真相大白，一切算是无愧于心。如果，我的每个位置都可以是一个案件，存在定可真相大白，它己、他己或是她己都会无所谓，这个世界是否会同时为一虚设？不，就算由案件构成的我体，我也是基于这个世界，基于这个最终成为我体之外虚设的世界。

他己的一举一动，你倍加留心。你是多么想看清自己的真相。一秒钟里，你将自己的头脑和心分离，你用着你的脑力剖开你的心。或这时候，是你最可有力的一个靠近真相的方式，即便带着危险系数，因为或许，思维和感觉再也不能相逢。你在一秒钟里，追寻。你以为一秒就是一秒，而你忘记了他己的一秒和你的一秒可以单位长度不一样。他己里，你怎么也找不到自己的真相，绝无关乎你的自剖与否，那自剖结果更是多余。

这天，你沉默了，无语了。你听不见自己的声音，看不到音色的具象，亦不能知道自己是否还是原来的自己。你只能听见时钟嘀嗒嘀嗒。你的一呼一吸正在对应着时间，于外界的瞬息万变中。

现在，正值春季，万物复苏。不知，在看着的你已过了几个春秋，安然与否。我们长大得好快，成熟了好多。听一支曲，是我们之前单曲循环多遍的那支。翻一本书，是我们一直想看却一直没时间看的书，这个点，安安静静的，我们浸润在木香里，阅读，带着自己，也可以不带自己。想起了，我们打个电话，简短几句，字数寥寥，竟能做个很香很香的梦。
