自我介绍里面需要包含个人信息(姓名、毕业院校、所学专业)，性格特点、实践活动经历、兴趣爱好，表达去该院校的期待，最后还要有结束语。所以，自我介绍准备充分的话，可以从中节选一部分作为单独的话题，就不需要额外准备了，比如考官问你的兴趣爱好是什么，其实就是自我介绍里面的内容。

当然“性格特点、实践活动经历、兴趣爱好”这三面不需要都面面俱到，挑选能展现自己亮点的角度去介绍即可。如果大学四年你年年得奖学金，是个“学霸”型的人，就重点介绍自己的学习经历;

如果你大学四年参加各种社团活动或者在学生会担任职务，就重点介绍自己的活动经历;如果以上这两点都不符合你，就可以从自己的性格特点出发去凸显自己，比如以下给出的范文就是从性格特点角度展开的。
