于不知不觉中，很多人丢掉让自己舒服的生活方式，扶着眼镜遍地去找另一种生活方式。

说实话，我的视野里不乏拼命三郎和三娘们，我承认这些人的奋斗热情在很多时候为我打了不少免费鸡血。他们不顾一切，他们目光炯炯，随便一条微信就已经是最好的励志鸡汤。

当代成功学的毒害辐射面太广，其中一条就是，让不少人觉得：因为成功的人就是忙碌的人、没时间的人，所以如果我天天忙得打后脑勺，那我也约等于成功的人。

别自欺欺人了，上述假设还可能约等于你很蠢、工作效率很低;或者你做的决定多半都是错的，只能不断补救，少走弯路。

比起那些天天在喧闹中拼命、像对待陀螺般抽打自己的人，我现在更欣赏那些活得有张有弛、游刃有余的人。比如有的朋友会在密集工作一个月之后，倏然飞往欧洲度假一个月;或者推掉好几个闪闪发亮的小机会，宅在家好几天不洗脸也不社交。

还记得前年去希腊的时候，导游跟我们讲，有一帮中国大老板跑到当地一家酒窖，跟酒窖主人谈合作，每年买多少多少箱酒，结果被拒绝了。主人说，我们每年只做这么多酒，多的不做，如果做太多，我就没时间去酒吧、去旅游了。

不仅如此，酒窖主人还把这群人傻钱多的大老板，介绍给了毗邻的酒窖主人。

这不是傻吗，自己不赚钱也就罢了，还把钱主动送到竞争对手那儿去。可惜这只是中国人的思维方式。

现在打鸡血的机构太多，可鸡血到底哪家强?我想给大家提供的鸡血，是这样的：我们打鸡血的目的，是享受生活，是丰富人生体验，是和家人们一起咀嚼奋斗成果，而不是打鸡血本身的快感。
