春节注意事项

一、采购食品要做到“五个查看”。

三、选购保健食品要牢记“五个注意”。

一是注意保健食品是食品的特殊种类，不能预防疾病，更不能代替药品。二是注意保健食品不能代替其他食品，要坚持正常饮食。三是注意保健食品不是灵丹妙药，切勿听信将保健食品比作包治百病的虚假夸大宣传。四是注意购买保健食品要到信誉好、证照齐全的正规商场、超市、药店或专卖店选购。五是注意选购保健食品要认准“蓝帽子”标志，索取并保存好购买票据。
