幼儿园大班体育活动《圈儿变变变》说课稿

一、设计意图

在我们的周围，圈儿无处不在，但幼儿更关注的是实实在在的实物圈，这些圈很常见思维已经形成定势，已经不再有新意，很难激发幼儿的创新思维和注意兴趣，久而久之，幼儿就会缺乏对周围事物敏锐的观察能力和观察的欲望，对有些事情会默然视之。在一次的体育活动中，我们只是拿圈来做一个范围给孩子玩游戏，却发现有些孩子拿圈来玩出各种玩法，我开始有目的的观察孩子的反应，发现在后来的活动中大部分的孩子对圈儿的玩法比较局限，但是兴趣依旧浓厚。为了激起幼儿对圈儿的兴趣发展幼儿的想象力，我就设计了本次活动《圈儿变变变》。

二、说活动目标：

活动目标是教学活动的起点和归宿，对活动起着导向作用，根据大班幼儿的年龄特点和实际情况，我制定了以下活动目标：

1、认知目标：通过游戏使幼儿能够熟练钻、爬、跳、跑等基本动作练习的方法。

2、技能目标：通过活动使孩子能够根据自己想象把圈儿变成各种物体进行游戏，感受用圈玩游戏的乐趣。

3、情感目标：通过活动使孩子喜欢参与体育游戏活动，培养幼儿的合作意识。

本次活动的重点是：“培养幼儿合作的意识”，通过小组共同探索不同玩法，制定游戏规则，小组竞赛等活动，培养幼儿合作的意识，锻炼合作的能力。

本次活动的难点是“幼儿大胆把圈想象成各种物体，并进行钻、爬、跑、跳的动作练习。”。我在活动中注重营造宽松的活动氛围，运用表扬鼓励，榜样示范，个别指导，小组竞赛等活动，注重操作性感受性，体验性，引导幼儿人人动手，大胆尝试，让幼儿在玩的过程中获得发展。为此，我做了如下的准备。

三、说活动准备：

活动准备是为具体活动目标服务的，为使活动呈现趣味性、综合性、活动性，寓教育于情境游戏之中，我做了以下活动准备：大呼啦圈若干个，起着辅助作用。小呼啦圈也是本次活动的主角，能激发幼儿参与活动的兴。我还准备了一些轻音乐来创造氛围，在幼儿玩的时候可以适当的运用音乐的感染力。最后我在活动中给幼儿一个情境场景，让一个老师扮演国王。这个情境场景的创设就是为了让幼儿融入到活动情境中去玩去学习，激起幼儿对活动的兴趣。

1、大呼啦圈若干个，小呼圈数量多于幼儿的人数，出了人手一份，还满足个别幼儿的需要。

2、音乐：抒情音乐，适当运用音乐的感染力。

六、说活动过程：

都说兴趣是最好的老师，在活动中以激发幼儿的兴趣入手，围绕目标将多种教学形式相结合，使幼儿能始终处于积极探索的状态，为了达成本次的教学目标，我采用了循序渐进，层层递进的方法来组织本次活动。基本流程为：开始部分—热身活动：基本部分—激发兴趣—自由探索—游戏体验—小组竞赛和结束部分

1、开始部分

（1）热身活动：

在幼儿参加体育活动之前我们都会做一些热身运动，活动幼儿的脚腕、膝关节和腰部。幼儿成早操队形，和老师一起做准备运动。

2、基本部分

（1）激发兴趣

“兴趣是最好的老师”活动一开始我就利用幼儿喜欢的国王形象，为幼儿创设了“圈儿王国”的情境和物体（圈儿）情境，引发幼儿对圈儿的兴趣。首先我以国王的身份邀请幼儿到我的“圈儿王国”玩，国王说：小朋友们，欢迎你们到我的圈儿王国来玩，现在请你们来看看我的表演吧！"然看国王表演，起到一个示范作用，把幼儿带到活动的变化情境中，以形式上深深吸引幼儿。

（2）自由探索：

根据大班幼儿好奇、好动的特点。我在第二个环节中安排孩子自由探索，看了国王表演后，让幼儿自由活动，看看谁能把圈儿变成更多物体给国王。幼儿自由玩圈，可独立或多人玩。我在活动中注意观察幼儿活动，鼓励幼儿将圈做代替物进行游戏，如幼儿将圈当做汽车的方向盘时，我会及时肯定，并鼓励其再想出其它玩法，对一些不会玩圈的幼儿，我就给予一些暗示。此时我是引导者、支持者、合作者。这时我会放一些轻音乐，让幼儿在轻松氛围中大胆尝试多种多样的玩法。在这一过程中，可能有的孩子的玩法是零碎的，因此，活动后我请个别幼儿介绍自己玩圈儿变成了什么，并玩给大家看。如：用圈做的山洞，钻进钻出；用圈儿做陀螺，放在地上转动；用圈儿做乌龟壳，扮演乌龟在地上爬，把两个圈儿套在手臂上做小鸟翅膀，等等。在自由探索后我通过幼儿介绍，集体评价的方式，对幼儿获取圈儿的变法。同时使幼儿的体能得到锻炼。在第二环节中，就完成了第二个技能目标从而突破了我设计的难点。同时目标三也得到一定的体现：主要是与同伴合作方面。

（3）游戏体验：

幼儿懂得一定的圈儿变法后，就会与同伴一起游戏。如何引导幼儿与同伴一起合作？因此，在活动中我让幼儿尝试合作玩圈，将圈儿想象成各种物体进行游戏：如几个圈儿合在一起做一条小河，练习跳跃；部分幼儿手持圈儿排列成隧道，其他幼儿钻；等等。这时我适时的表扬他们，让幼儿体验与同伴共同创造的乐趣。幼儿在相互欣赏各自想出的玩法，并尝试玩玩他人想出的玩法。这也是本次活动的难点。这环节落实了第三个目标。

（4）小组竞赛

比赛这一环节是让幼儿巩固练习钻、爬、跳、跑等基本动作。我会把前面幼儿用圈变成的各种物体来作为比赛的障碍，还和幼儿共同制定比赛的规则。比赛中爬、跳、动作难度较大，我会随时注意幼儿的安全，如果幼儿爬的过长，可采取一些保护措施。（在地面铺上软垫子）引导幼儿明确比赛各种障碍的通过方法，在提醒幼儿比赛若干后，提醒活动量过大的幼儿适当休息。到这环节，第一个目标就自然完成了。

七、结束活动

在活动最后，组织幼儿坐着听轻音乐做放松运动，放松下情绪，这也是动静交替。来结束本次活动。

设计意图：

国家《纲要》强调“环境是重要的教育资源，应通过环境的创设和利用有效地促进幼儿的发展”。“低成本、高质量” 是一种理念、一种追求，一种价值观。“因地制宜地创设各种有趣地运动环境，开展形式多样、富有野趣的活动„„综合地开展各类体育活动，促使幼儿肢体的均衡发展和基本运动能力的全面发展。”《上海市学前教育课程指南》提出的课程总目标：“促进幼儿健康水平以及情感、态度、认知能力等各方面的发展，使幼儿成为健康活泼、好奇探究、文明乐群、亲近自然、爱护环境、勇敢自信、有初步责任感的儿童。”其中，对幼儿运动方面的基本经验的描述包括：大胆进行各种运动，体验各种肢体动作的可能性；借助各种材料和器械，尝试新的内容与玩法，获得身体运动的经验；控制自己的动作与行为，有一定的安全意识。本活动尝试多种形式桌子的玩法，提高幼儿肢体的灵活性、协调性与平衡性；能相互合作、克服困难，大胆勇敢的运动。

游戏一：毛毛虫（桌面、桌下交替爬行）——尝试控制身体，促进动作协调性的发展。

幼儿在教师引导下，通过看图片将桌子的宽边衔接，摆放成“一”字型。要求：幼儿分成两组，在桌面、桌底进行交替爬行，交汇时控制好身体，不掉下桌子。

游戏三：过峡谷（自由探索桌子组合，尝试各种玩法）——促进幼儿的平衡能力，提升幼儿在运动中注意合理避让的经验。

幼儿自由探索桌子组合，与教师之前摆放的形式不同，要求：幼儿能自主对桌子进行摆放，幼儿按照一定游戏规则以分腿行走、单边行走等方式进行活动，教师随机指导。

游戏四：翻小山（集体游戏：翻越桌子）——幼儿的合作能力、解决问题的能力以及勇敢的心理品质。

将桌子竖起摆放，教师用脚踩住桌脚以起到稳固作用。要求：幼儿能仔细观察，发现在翻越时所面对的问题，通过思考有效解决。

三、放松运动（牵手前进）

要求：将桌子以长边衔接摆放，名幼儿一组，分站桌子两边，手拉手通过桌子障碍，行进中双手不放开，且尽量不撞桌子。鼓励幼儿伸展躯干，放松身体。

四、活动延伸

请幼儿继续探索更多的桌子组合方式与玩法。

教师提示幼儿，应在教师的组织和保护下，才可玩百变桌子的游戏。
