一、认同的观点

1、态度比能力更重要，态度是你的竞争力，并且是第一竞争力，有什么样的态度就有什么样的结果。卓越的工作态度就是你的第一竞争力。积极的态度才能将你推向成功的顶峰，正确的工作态度就是我们最大的资本。

2、端正态度，不要为自己找借口。爱岗敬业，用积极的态度工作，不要把问题留给别人，推卸责任。不要让借口成为习惯，第一次就要把事情做对。

二、联系实际

每个人所扮演的角色不同，对事物看法的出发点亦不尽相同，所谓“仁者见仁，智者见智”。作为一名中学老师，应把自己的工作视为自己生命中很精彩的一部分，因为我们的一生除了吃饭、睡觉等必须消耗的时间外，我们投入到工作或学习中的时间已占了一大半。如果你对工作没有热情，长期处于一种情绪低落或抵触情绪之中，那不但影响你的工作质量，而且会对身体造成很坏的影响，可以说是对自己的高度不负责，对学生不负责，对学校不负责，对家长不负责，那是对生命的摧残。所以应该端正态度，专注教学工作，拒绝借口，立即执行学校的政策，才是我们工作完美完成的保证。在各个教学环节中，没有什么借口，才能把教书育人的工作做的到位，关心爱护学生，无愧于人民教师的称号。

三、反思重构

读了《态度胜于能力》一书，更感觉到比尔盖茨所说的话“工作本身没有贵贱之分，对于工作的态度却有高低之别”的正确性。态度决定能力，态度胜于能力，端正态度，认真工作才能成就人生之价值。读了该书，感受很深，我会在以后的工作中，更加端正工作态度，自动、自发、激情、主动、信念、乐观、积极、负责、细致对待每一个工作环节，力争把工作做的更加完美。对得起自己，对得起学生，对得起学校，对得起家长。

前不久听到一句颇似经典的名言“年轻是一种态度！”只是它不禁让我想问：年轻到底该有怎样的态度？

记得很早以前，老师说：“态度决定你的高度，态度决定你的一切！”于是后来我努力的生活与学习。可到头来，我并没有长高，重要的是我没有考上我理想的高中。那种“欺骗”告诉我：努力并不一定可以成功！可是后来，我越是放弃，越是发现：不努力却永远不可以成功！

都说80后的孩子有着让人捉摸不透同时也出人意料的`想法。其实这句话很是矛盾，我想不光是80后，其实每一个人都一样。态度，什么才是态度，什么才算是年轻应该有的态度？

这不禁让我想起了80后写手――韩寒。韩寒的经历不用我说，对于当今社会，他可谓是一个人们只要一谈到个性之类的话题，立马就会想到的人之一。态度，他有吗？当然有。他的态度不光代表着80后一代的思想，甚至还感染了无数前辈。与此同时，他也是很具争议的一个80后人才。他说：“思想品格不及格，总比没思想好。”这句话本身很不错，谁都知道有钱总比没钱好，可问题就在于，我们所要求的思想就仅仅局限于及格或者接近及格吗？我想这算做是中国教育的造化吧，因为无数老师或者家长总是告诉下一代，要以高标准要求自己，做事情要有好的态度！那韩寒的态度就不好了吗？

我查了一下字典，上面注释到：对于事情的看法和采取的行动。我想这并没有表明是怎样的看法或是怎样的行动，那么什么才叫该，什么又叫不该。于是我们无从定论。

年轻是一种态度。

与此同时：张扬也是一种态度，谦虚也是一种态度。态度，好象有很多很多吧！那年轻呢，年轻的态度又应该怎样呢？

我们年轻，我们就该肆无惮忌。可老一辈的经验告诉我们：我们必须要为我们的行为负责。

我们年轻，我们就该热血沸腾。可无数次失败后的痛苦教会我们：挫折会一点一点迎面而来。

我们年轻，我们就该为所欲为。可现实却证明年轻不是万能。

年轻是一种态度。只是年轻没得选，态度可由自己做主！

看着现在电视上越来越多的选秀活动频繁的上演，我想说：这也是一种态度！拼搏的态度，竞争的态度。

年轻是一种态度。我想我们应该具有那些积极向上的态度，同时，我们有权选择属于我们自己的态度。不是只要乐观，不要沉默；不是只有微笑，不允许眼泪；不是只会顺从，不会反驳……我很喜欢但丁的一句化话：“走自己的路，让别人说去吧！”

年轻就这样，选自己的路，做真实的自己。没有什么是一成不变的，态度，我们有我们自己的态度！
