一辩稿

谢谢主席，问候在场各位：

随着进一步的与国际接轨，出国留学成为了越来越多人的进修选择之一。而高中毕业生作为其主要人群，却有着不小的争议，对于这个现象，在我方看来，就和世界上的任何一个事物一样，我们讨论的高中生出国留学也必然存在利弊两面，而在我方看来利弊的判断标准，则是是否存在必然的不可替代的利，以及无法解决的弊是否严重到让我们质疑其存在的价值。因此，我方坚定认为，高中毕业生出国留学利大于弊。接下来我方将从以下两个方面展开论述：

第一，对于个人而言，高中毕业生是学习能力强，且有一定的判断能力及自理能力，是个人选择出国留学的最佳时期。出国留学是一个接受崭新学习理念和方式的机会，相比于国内的应试教育，可以更好地提供一个平台来提高我们的创

造力，更好地培养我们的自主学习能力，更能帮助我们发挥自己的潜能，找到适合自己的学习方式和领域。虽然，这对于接受了十二年的应试教育的高中毕业生来说将会是一个极大的挑战，但是，相较于是非判断能力不成熟、适应能力较差的初高中生甚至小学生以及学习能力逐渐变差的大学生，选择高中毕业出国留学，无疑是最佳的时期。而这个走出国门远离父母，来到完全陌生环境的出国留学机会，又是对于我们高中毕业生自理能力的一大考验，但是作为十八岁已经成年的年纪，这些挑战是迟早要面对的。狼图腾上有一句话“不逼自己一把，永远不知道自己多强大”，所以在最不怕输最输得起的年级，出去闯一闯，对于个人的发展是十分重要的。

第二，对于社会发展国家而言，高中毕业生对的出国留学并不意味着人才的流失，反而是会促进社会的进步。其实，更多的高中毕业生选择出国留学，这一非传统的升学道路，在很多人看来或许是逃避，但实际上却是迎接一种新的更巨大的挑战。与此同时，也在一定意义上减轻了国内高考的压力，也不失为一种有所益处的趋势。

至于，这些留学生结束学业后是否归国的问题，老实说，并不是根属于高中毕业生问题。更何况，根据近些年的数据表明，有越来越多的留学生愿意学成后回国工作，而袁隆平老先生曾被问到，他的学生好多出国了，不回来怎么办？袁老先生说，等到祖国需要他们的时候，他们一定会回来。这么一来，让留学生在学习到国外先进技术文化后带回祖国，发展祖国，这难道不是一件利己利国的事情么？

综上所述，我方坚持认为高中毕业生出国留学利大于弊

第二篇：英文辩论-出国留学的优缺点

Nowadays, many people like to study abroad.Studying abroad is often considered as a great opportunity which will lead to bright future in one's ride of passage.Not only can we learn different cultures and knowledge from foreign countries, studying abroad can also enrich our lives.One coin has two sides.Likewise, different people have different minds.Conservative and negative concerns about studying abroad have been gradually emerging from our society.People start to wonder what goes wrong with studying abroad.There are a couple of issues worth of our discussions.优势1（张俊杰）：

In my opinions，I think studying abroad is advantageous.The most obvious advantage to overseas university study is real-life use of a different language.While a person can study a foreign language in his or her own country, it cannot compare with constant use of the language in academic and everyday life.There is no better opportunity to improve second-language during one’s studies offers a distinct advantage when one is applying for jobs back home that require the language.缺点1（赵永康）：

I do not agree with your point of view.Disadvantages of studying abroad may affect one's life culturally and economically.We Chinese will experience cultural shocks if we study abroad and live in another country.Some peers may not be able to adapt to a new environment of their studying and living, which may be very different from that of theirs.Life is beautiful, and it is hard.If one does not feel comfortable with the new culture of another country, he will not be happy about studying in that country.优势2（张书军）：

I don’t think so.Studying abroad, you learn to take care of yourself.Living in another country, even if it is with a host family, means you might be doing things you may not have done in your home country.These include cooking, cleaning, grocery shopping, washing clothes, figuring out transportation, making living arrangements, setting up accounts for cell phones and utilities, etc.You may think of this as a disadvantage, but many international students go home proud that they have become very self sufficient.缺点2（张太伟）：

Do you know studying abroad will cost students a great deal of living expenses? Some Chinese students are so academically successful that they receive scholarships in their studies.However, most peers who study abroad do not receive scholarships.Furthermore, they have to deal with many unexpected hardships by living away from their parents and homeland.For example, medical insurance, daily foods, clothes, rents and transportation can generate a large amount of living expenses.Often time, they need to heavily depend on their parents' overseas monthly payments.优点3（张书军）：

Yes, it may cost a lot of money, but do not spend money to do something? Studying abroad, you make memories that will last a lifetime.Your pictures, journals, and souvenirs will help you remember your time abroad, but your memories and emotions of this special time will also be a part of your life until you are very old.缺点3（赵永康）：

Don’t you know studying abroad is very hard.You will probably have times when you miss your family, friends, food, and everything familiar.Almost everyone goes through some culture shock.You will have to realize and accept that it will take some time to adjust to a new way of living.总结（张俊杰）：

In this debate we have not a winner, but we have a common understanding that different people have different views on studying abroad.So how can you know if studying abroad is right for you? First, start by talking to people who have already done it.Of course everyone will have his or her own experience and point of view, but it can be really helpful to hear what other people have to say.If you don't know anyone who has studied abroad, ask others about their experiences through the internet.

Every year thousands and thousands of people leave the comforts of their homes to learn English in countries such as the United States, Canada, England, and Australia.Why do they do it?Many feel that by studying a language in a country where it is spoken, they will be able to learn it more quickly.Others feel that studying abroad gives them a kind of prestige in their home country.It may even lead to a better job.And quite a few people want to study abroad for the pure pleasure and excitement it brings.But living and studying in another country can also have its problems.Almost everyone experiences some level of homesickness.And a few people go home earlier than expected because their ideas about living in another country were different from reality.Is learning English abroad something you are interested in?Whether to learn a

language by studying abroad is a big decision.You should be aware of what you are getting into before you start packing your bags.Disadvantages of Studying Abroad

Studying abroad does not mean you will learn English magically.Many people think that they just need to live in another country and they will learn the local language.This is not completely true.You still need to pay attention and study.There are people who live in foreign countries for many, many years without knowing the language well.However, it will probably come to you easier and faster than if you just studied the language in your home country.Studying abroad can be hard.You will probably have times when you miss your family, friends, food, and everything familiar.Almost everyone goes through some culture shock.You will have to realize and accept that it will take some time to adjust to a new way of living.Studying abroad can be expensive.There is no doubt that it takes money to study abroad.It can vary from kind of expensive to very expensive.Most places don't allow international students to work.You will have to have the money before you arrive in the country or have someone from home support you.Is this something that

Advantages of Studying Abroad

You are surrounded by English.Yes, you need to pay attention and do some

studying, but everything comes faster when you do because English is everywhere-on the streets, in the stores, on the TV-you can't get away from it.Your eyes are opened to the world.We often grow up thinking that our way of doing things is the only way, or sometimes the best way.But living in a new culture helps us realize new ways of doing things, and also helps us to see that even though we are different, we are all human.And in many cases, not only will you get to know the natives of the country you are visiting, you may get to know classmates from all over the world.You learn to take care of yourself.Living in another country, even if it is with a host family, means you might be doing things you may not have done in your home country.These include cooking, cleaning, grocery shopping, washing clothes, figuring out transportation, making living arrangements, setting up accounts for cell phones and utilities, etc.You may think of this as a disadvantage, but many international students go home proud that they have become very self sufficient.Your life will be forever changed.One of the greatest things that happens when you do something as big as live in another country is-you become a changed person-your outlook on life is different.Your new maturity can help lead you to new places in your life.You make memories that will last a lifetime.Your pictures, journals, and souvenirs will help you remember your time abroad, but your memories and emotions of this special time will also be a part of your life until you are very old.So how can you know if studying abroad is right for you?First, start by talking to people who have already done it.Of course everyone will have his or her own experience and point of view, but it can be really helpful to hear what other people have to say.If you don't know anyone who has studied abroad, ask others about their experiences through the internet.Dave's ESL Cafe is a good place to start.If you do decide that you are interested in going abroad, take a look at websites likeandto search for schools and get advice on where to go.Studying abroad can really change your life.And hopefully if you decide to do it, it will be a wonderful experience for you.Learning needs to go abroad to spend alot of money and effort.But many young people in particular,for some students still aspire to be able to go abroad to study.Nowadays more and more young people are going to study abroad.Like everything else,studying abroad has both favorable and unfavorable aspects.Generally,the favorable aspects can be listed as follows.Firstly,they think by attending acollege in aforeign country they can learn not only useful knowledge,but also the culture and customs of other nations.Secondly,they can take advantage of this opportunity to gain agood command of the foreign language they are learning very quickly.Moreover,they can meet different people and experience different cultures,which may help to broaden their views.Every coin has two sides.The negative aspects are also apparent.The costs are much higher than those in their native country.Most overseas students have to work for aliving,which can't allow them to pay all their attention to study.What's more,they may feel very lonely.Through above analysis,we can see that the positive aspects outweigh the negative ones.Therefore,I am in favor of going abroad to study.

第四篇：出国留学

同留学国家在研究生教育方面的特点各有不同。

赴英国、爱尔兰、加拿大、澳大利亚、新西兰留学的优势一是学制短，一般为一年至两年；二是英语授课，学生较容易掌握语言。劣势是学费和生活费相对较高，每年的学费加生活费约为17万元～25万元人民币，尤以英国的费用为最高。

赴法国、德国留学的优势是专业课程免学费，每年的学费加生活费约为4万元人民币。劣势是必须学第二外语。

赴新加坡、中国香港留学的优势一是可用英文授课；二是学费相对便宜：公立学校每年的学费加生活费约为1.5万元～3万元人民币，私立学校每年的学费加生活费约为12万元人民币。劣势为：一是学制较长，一般是三年；二是约77%为华人，尽管用英文授课，但出了校门之后仍然无法完全找到英文环境和体会西方的经济文化生活。

申请留学读研学生主要分三类

留学专家指出，国内研究生报名日渐火爆，背后的一个重要成因是近年来大学研究生扩招以及毕业后就业率低造成的。目前留学读研的学生主要分为三大类，第一类是学习成绩优异的学生，希望到国外接受更优秀的教育。第二类是学习成绩不理想，无法满足国内读研的需要，特别是一些热门的研究生课程，国内录取率甚至可以超过70：1。而国外一些优秀学校采用宽进严出的方式，为这部分学子降低了国外深造的门槛。第三类学生是出于双保险的考虑，对国内读研和出国留学并没有明确想法，但很明确要读研。
