被访谈人：鉴湖健身中心健身教练
作为留学生的我，除了和老师同学朋友打交道外，每周都会去健身，这次我想更多的了解健身教练的一些事情，所以我和我的健身教练做了些沟通，对他进行了采访。访谈主要内容: ⑴
我：请问，您为什么要选择健身教练这份工作？
答：我认为健身行业是一个朝阳产业，发展前景广阔，现在的大学生开始追求吃的更好，玩的更好，再加上食品健康问题，肥胖及各种亚健康问题出现，健身房成为上上之选，而教练又是他们必须接触的。所以我会选择在鉴湖当健身教练，健身教练薪资是十分可观。（2）
我：请问，你的工作有什么酸甜苦辣？
答：其实总得来说，我还是不后悔改行选择做健身教练。现在每天都在看书上网学习，再把学到的内容用在会员身上，每天都可以看到自己的进步。每次带会员锻炼完，他们的一句：教练，我觉得你带我练好爽……我会高兴一晚上睡不着觉。，反正我上班的时候都是笑嘻嘻的。要是看到我的会员进步了，简直比自己瘦了十斤还高兴，这种成就感是以前没有感受到的。（3）
我：请问，你的工作时间，工作地点，工作环境是怎么样的？ 答：哈哈，这个问题是你们老师让问的吧，你在这训练，你什么都看到了，我就不打广告了，要是你们老师帮我宣传的话，我还是很乐意。（4）
我：请问，健身教练自身要具备什么条件？
答：有良好的个人素质，职业素养、个人修为。三者缺一都不是一个优秀的健身教练。技能素质有动作的、专业知识的、沟通能力的、社会阅历的，这些是靠学习和不断的钻研和交流出来的。服务热情、仔细周到等。有好品格好性格了。（5）
我：请问，方便说一下你的薪资和福利吗？
答：这个真的不好透露，保证你们会员的钱花的值，我也能好好生活下去。（6）
我：请问，你认为怎么才能当一个成功的健身教练？
答：认真，负责的做好自己的工作，不要为了挣钱而挣钱，那只能是短期的，是在逼自己不择手段。学习好专项技术特长，打造自己的名誉口碑，走到哪里都不愁，总会有人主动来找你的。（7）
我：请问，你对你的职业未来发展有什么看法？
答：我觉得会越来越吃香，健身还能让人精力充沛，随时都保持良好的精神状态。最关键的是，健身能让1个人更加自信，这是很多人都不知道的。健身锻炼之后，你会感到自己身上有1种力量、1种自信，这种力量足可以让你应付1切事情。让你信心十足地迎接1切挑战。通过健身锻炼。我们能更加从容地进行社交活动。健身教练会让你做的更好，未来充满机遇和挑战。（8）

答：要谦虚诚信，不断学习。学习丰富的理论知识；有切身的健身体会；有为人师表的态度。
