局长：主管县科技局全盘工作，分管计划生育工作，完成县委、县政府领导交办的其它工作。

副局长：分管发展计划股、科技普及股，完成局长交办的其它工作。

副局长：分管知识产权股、技术市场、民营科技企业、生产力促进中心，完成局长交办的其它工作。

1、负责制订全县中、长期科技发展规划，兼计划生育专干；

2、负责年度科技计划的立项工作，并编制计划文件书，负责组织科技项目的实施、验收、鉴定工作；

3、负责科技进步奖的评审、奖励和向上级申报请奖工作；

4、负责上级委托县内科技成果的鉴定、登记、划密工作；

5、负责向省、市科技部门申报项目材料撰写、准备工作；

6、组织科技项目的技术攻关、技术引进和成果推广工作；

7、负责计划生育工作；

8、负责科技成果的档案管理工作；

9、负责机关财务监管；

10、完成局领导交办的其它工作。

第二篇：医院职能科室工作分工

各科室、各部门：

现将2017年4月份医院各职能科室重点工作传达如下，请大家积极支持配合，以更好地完成各项工作任务。

一、医务科重点工作

1、危急值上报及登记情况。

2、使用抗菌药物患者药敏送检情况。

3、疑难病例讨论制度、会诊制度培训与考核。

4、临床路径执行情况。

5、手术安全表签字情况。

二、护理部重点工作

1、重点是病房管理工作：加强病区卫生清洁，天气转暖，各科室要对卫生死角彻底大扫除，逐渐开始擦玻璃等工作，疗区要加强保洁员的动态管理工作。

2、进一步规范床头交接班工作；

3、检查护理人员不准携带手机上岗的落实情况；

4、全面落实护士岗位管理工作；

5、继续编辑整理护理部文件。

三、科教科、质管科重点工作

1、对医院规章制度、工作职责、法律法规进行整理、修订。

2、继续做好十八项核心制度中的疑难病历讨论制度和会诊制度的 培训和考核工作。

3、检查各科室对临床技术操作规范、临床技术指南学习培训情况，4、对环节、终末病历中复制、粘贴出现的问题进行重点检查。

四、院感科重点工作

1、整理完善医院感染管理各项规章制度。

2、培训消毒供应室新标准规范。3、4月20日 全院医生《血源性病原体职业暴露及艾滋病病毒职业暴露防护》知识考试。

4、加强重点科室各项监测工作，防止交叉感染。

五、工会、农合、医保管理科重点工作

继续加强农合医保患者次均费用、目录外及转诊人次的控制工作、特别是医保患者次均费用的控制

六、财务科重点工作

1、主要经济指标完成年初计划对比。2、9类款项垫付回收情况。

3、住房公积金，养老保险缴纳和职工医疗保险情况。

4、做好涉税事宜。

5、做好2017年绩效工资改革测算和运行工作。

6、进行有关执照的年检工作，重点开展清理欠款工作。

七、信息科重点工作

年检股份公司执照，和心脏病医院工程师及HIS系统工程师来我院进行电子医嘱程序接口工作

八、后勤保障科重点工作

1、对84年建住院部楼里114病房的穿衣柜进行维修，制作安装隔板、衣挂、拉手等工作；

2、拆掉长廊两侧防风门斗和全院保温门帘，入库待来年使用；

3、清掏庭院内蓄粪池和沉井污物，保证下水管道畅通；

4、除四害工作：地沟灭蚊

九、保卫科重点工作

1、做好全院违规用电、长流水、长明灯的检查和管理工作，各科室消防负责人要加强管理工作。

2、加强对禁烟工作的管理。

十、人事科重点工作 1、2017年4月工作重点是加大检查劳动纪律力度；

2、到人社局、卫生局存放档案资料；

3、为2016年新晋升职称人员办理职称聘任并审批工资；

4、到社会保障局为2017年1月转正答辩及取得执业资格人员交纳养老、失业保险。

十一、两办工作重点工作

（一）督查督导工作：

1、加强清明小长假及薄弱时间段员工工作纪律、仪表着装、服务态度、环境卫生、医疗质量等管理检查力度。

2、天气渐暖，督促各科室做好卫生清扫工作，保证窗明几净无死角。

（二）精神文明工作：

1、加强微信平台信息发布工作。

2、继续与电视台配合做好《健康xx》电视节目录制。

（三）党建工作：

1、做好2017年党费收缴工作。

2、严格执行和落实“三会一课”制度。

（四）纪检工作：

1、重点审核绩效工资二次分配办法的规范工作。

2、抽查员工关注医院微信平台情况；

3、抽查员工上班期间不能将手机带到工作岗位；手术室科主任、护士长、疗区医生带手机是为了病人的咨询，但是必须将手机静音或振动状态。

（五）医联体工作：

4月份计划到社区及周边村屯进行眼科义诊4次，并按计划联系时家店及向阳卫生院，对应科室是肿瘤科、CT科、ICU及外一科，请上述科室配合做好义诊帮扶工作。

第三篇：派出所工作职能及人员分工

派出所工作职能及人员分工

派出所为公安系统的基层组织，上级公安机关的派出机构。在中国，派出所依照国家治安管理法规和上级公安机关规定的权限，其主要任务是：坚决贯彻公安工作的路线、方针、政策；同犯罪分子作斗争；防、控各种事故的发生，管理社会治安，维护公共秩序；保障人民合法权益不受侵犯，保卫国家安全。

依地区、社会情况、人口多少等诸因素的不同可分别设立城市派出所、农村派出所、水上派出所、铁路派出所、工矿派出所、治安派出所等。派出所设所长、副所长、内勤民警、户籍民警、治安民警等。具体职能和分工如下：

一、工作职能

1、收集、掌握、报告影响社会政治稳定和治安稳定的情报信息；

2、管理辖区内的实有人口；

3、管理辖区内的重点行业、公共娱乐场所和枪支、弹药、爆炸、剧毒等危险物品；

4、指导、监督辖区内的机关、团体、企业、事业单位的内部治安保卫工作；宣传、发动、组织、指导群众开展安全防范工作；

5、办理辖区内发生的因果关系明显、案情简单、一般无需专业侦查手段和跨县、市进行侦查的刑事案件，并协助侦查部门侦破其他案件；

6、办理治安案件，调解治安纠纷；参与火灾、交通、爆炸、中毒等治安灾害事故的预防工作；

7、接受群众报警、求助，为群众提供服务。

二、人员分工

（一）所长

1、主持派出所全面工作，组织、领导全所业务工作。

2、主持所务会议，布置、检查、总结工作。

3、组织民警正确行使派出所职权，协助上级公安机关各业务部门和其他有关部门，做好与社会治安有关的工作。

4、组织民警学习法律、治安管理法规、政策和公安业务，教育民警努力钻研业务，提高工作能力。

5、定期向当地党委政府和人民群众汇报工作，接受群众监督，密切警民关系。

6、维护领导班子团结，做好民警思想政治工作，关心民警生活。

7、组织辖区内的安全防范和指导查破案件。

（二）副所长

1、协助所长完成各项任务。

2、按分工切实做好分管工作。

（三）内勤民警

1、做好派出所的日常事务工作，上传下达，定期向所长，当好领导的参谋。

2、负责收集、积累全所工作情况，对辖区社情资料进行汇总，定期向上级机关汇报社情动态，撰写社会治安状况分析和全面性工作总结。

3、管理好档案材料，建立健全各类档案管理制度，做到门类齐全，管理规范，使用方便。

4、密切联系群众，热情接待来访群众，认真处理群众来信来函。

5、保管好派出所印章和财物、警械，对罚没的赃物、赃款详细登记。

6、积极完成所领导交给的其他任务。

（四）户籍民警

1、管理户口和居民身份证，做好申报户口材料的复核工作，教育群众遵守户口登记制度和户口政策，了解、掌握人口变动情况，熟悉责

任区户口基本情况。

2、管理重点人口，根据公安部《重点人口管理工作规定》，对责任区内流动人口中的重点人口及时发现，落实管理措施，预防、控制违法犯罪活动。

3、管理暂住人口，做到来有登记，走有注销。

4、做好各项登记和报表，管理使用好户口材料和户口专用章，按时完成居民身份证的申、换、补、领工作。

5、积极完成领导交给的其他任务。

（五）治安民警

1、依法对特种行业进行管理，严格治安管理，从中发现问题，及时解决。

2、依法对危险物品进行管理，落实检查督促整改，确保安全。

3、维护公共复杂场所治安秩序，组织联防巡逻，维护重点地区治安秩序。

4、坚决取缔流氓滋事、迷信、聚众赌博等危害社会治安等违法行为，认真查处治安案件。

5、就地查处治安案件，积极协助上级公安机关侦破刑事案件，及时打击违法犯罪。

6、依靠群众，深入调查研究，确保辖区社会治安稳定。

7、管理好责任区内的实有人口工作。

第四篇：船舶分工和职能

公司各轮在船长统一领导下，按甲板、轮机两部门为单位, 实施安全与防污染操作方案、搞

好防恐反恐船舶保安，确保SMS在船有效运行。

船长是SMS在船运行的总指挥和监控人；

船员的安全管理职责如下：

The safety management duties of the crew as follows: 1.船长Master.船长是船舶安全的第一责任人和最高领导人，受公司总经理领导，对总经理负责。全面负责船舶、人员和财产安全及防污染管理。其具体职责为但不限于下述：

Master is the first responsible person and the supreme leader for the safety of the ship, who is led by and responsible to the General Manager.He shall be thoroughly responsible to the safety of the ship, crew and property as well as the pollution prevention management.His specific duties include, but not limited as follow: 1.1.执行公司安全和环境保护方针，完全熟悉公司SMS，负责对船舶实施SMS管理； Implement company’s safety and environment-protection policy, be completely familiar with the SMS and be responsible to implement SMS management to ship.1.2.以简明的方式发布相应的命令和指示，在船舶营运过程中，全面考虑，统筹安排，正确执行SMS的各项规定，保证所有命令和指示都得到有效的执行；

Join the navigation watch, to assist the captain on the bridge when berthing/un-berthing operation.4.2 按船长指示协助船长管理SMS文件，接受船长指示，做好交办的工作，对船长负责；

To assist management the SMS documents according to master’s instruction, to be responsible for master and accomplishing the designated work.4.3 主管全船消防、救生设备的使用和管理，保持齐全、有效、足量；

Be in charge of using and management of ship’s fire fighting and lifesaving equipments, to keep them complete, effective and sufficient.4.4 负责编制应急演习部署表、卡、牌交大副审核、报船长批准；

Be in charge of formulating the muster list, muster card and muster tablet for emergency drill and submit them to the Chief Officer to examine and verify, then report them to master to approve.4.5 驾驶台值班负责人，指挥、监督值班水手的操作，Bridge head on watch, to command and supervise the operation of duty sailor.4.6 服从大副的在港值班安排。

GMDSS Operator 5.1 主管无线电通讯、无线电通讯设备的使用和维护，无线电通讯设备技术资料的管理； To take charge of communications, using and maintenance of radio communications equipments, and the technical data management of radio communications equipment;保证船舶与外界联络畅通；

To ensure the communications between the vessel and shore smoothly;5.2 在船长领导下，按船长指示办事，对船长负责；

In the leadership of the master, according to the instructions of master, responsible for the master;5.3 规范统一操作，保持通讯设备技术状况良好；

To integrate the operation standard and maintain communications equipment technical in good condition;5.4 未设置GMDSS操作员的船舶，由船长指派具GMDSS操作证书的驾驶员替代。

If the vessel does not manning the GMDSS operator, the master will assign officers who hold a certificate of GMDSS as the alternative.5.6向船长报告发现的风险源。

Boatswain 水手长是水手的班长、大副的甲板养护工作助手，其工作职责为：

Boatswain is the sailor's squad leader and the assistant of the Chief Officer on the deck maintenance work, his duties are as follows: 6.1 在大副领导下，带领水手做好甲板部日常例行和维护、保养工作，对大副负责；

Under the leadership of the Chief Officer, the Boatswain lead the sailors to do their daily routine maintenance work of the deck department and he is responsible to the Chief Officer.6.2 参加装卸值班时，带领值班水手按值班驾驶员要求工作，对当值驾驶员负责；

While participating in loading and unloading operations, the Boatswain on watch who should be responsible will lead sailors on duty working according to the instruction of the duty officers to whom the Boatswain should be responsible.6.3 靠离泊作业时,在船首部带领水手参加系/解缆或按要求参加抛起锚作业；

During the berthing or un-berthing operations, to lead sailors participate in mooring, unmooring, let go anchor or heave up anchor operations at the bow.6.4 服从命令，规范操作，保持甲板部维护保养工作有序进行。

Report to Chief Officer the risk source found.7 木匠 Carpenter 7.1 在大副领导下，主管甲板设施的水密、水舱的量水和打入/排出压载水等工作，配合水手长做好甲板部日常例行和维护、保养工作，对大副负责；

whom the Carpenter should be responsible to.7.3 靠离泊作业时在船尾部带领水手参加系解缆作业；

During the berthing or un-berthing operations, to lead sailors participate in mooring, unmooring, operations at the stern.7.4 服从命令，规范操作，保持全船门窗、舱室、用水、压水安全，维护保养工作有序进行。To obey orders, integrate the operation standard and maintain such things as the doors and windows, cabin, drink water and ballast water safety and all maintenance work in an orderly manner;7.5 向大副报告发现的风险源。

To keep watch in port including loading and unloading, the Sailor are under the leadership of the chief officer to whom they should take responsibility for.Besides they will work according to the instruction the duty officers whom the duty officers should be responsible to.8.3 靠离泊作业时按水手长分配，在船首或船尾部参加系解缆作业；

During the berthing or un-berthing operations, participate in mooring and unmooring operations at bow or stern according to the assignation of the Boatswain.8.4 服从命令，规范操作，对水手长负责，完成甲板部的维护保养工作。

The personnel management in the engine department includes familiarization responsibilities, training, assessing technology, duty in engine room, management on safety and pollution prevention, evaluate crew of engine department periodically and provide suggestions for settlement.9.5机舱火灾及水域污染时的机舱应急反应的现场指挥； 承担
