（一）报名申请。

考生所在高校是考生资格审核的实施主体和责任主体，由班主任（辅导员）、院系和学校逐级对每一名参加专升本报名学生的基本信息、学籍信息、所学专业与报考专业对照情况、学习情况、在校表现等情况进行审核。县级招办要逐一对考生报名信息进行复核；省教育厅、省招办将对每一名考生的学籍信息、报名信息进行比对核查，凡核查出存在问题的'考生，依据教育部有关规定进行处理。
