1关于我省高等学校推荐选拔优秀高职高专毕业生进入

本科阶段学习的暂行办法

根据《中共中央、国务院关于深化教育改革，全面推进素质教育的决定》、《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010—2020年）》以及全省教育工作会议精神，为了构建与社会主义市场经济体制和高等教育内在规律相适应、不同类型高等教育相互衔接的教育体制，使部分优秀高职高专毕业生能够进入普通本科阶段学习，特制订本办法。

一、举办普通专升本教育学校：办学条件达到国家设置标准的普通本科院校，经省教育厅批准，可按规定的推荐选拔程序和名额招收优秀高职高毕业生进入本科阶段学习。

二、具有推荐资格的学校：普通本科院校、高等专科学校、独立设置的职业技术学院以及承担普通高职高专招生任务的成人高校。

三、推荐选拔的范围和条件：凡经统招入学的普通高职高专应届毕业生，政治思想好，身体健康，成绩优秀，取得高校英语应用能力考试和全国高校（江西考区）计算机等级考试合格证书者，经所在学校推荐，可参加选拔考试。

四、推荐选拔程序：考生自愿报考，所在学校按条件进行推荐，省教育厅和招生学校分别组织英语和两门主要课程考试。招生学校在最低控制分数线以上按专业从高分到低分，择优确

定入选名单，报省教育厅批准。录取的考生凭招生学校和省教育厅盖印的《入选通知书》办理户粮迁移手续。

五、学籍和编班：经过考试升入本科阶段学习的学生，学籍转入本科院校，编入本科三年级相同或相近专业学习，也可单独编班。

六、学费和待遇：进入本科阶段学习的学生，按录取学校所录专业的学费和住宿费收费标准交纳有关费用。“专升本”学生享受统招本科生相同的待遇。各高校要根据国家有关资助困难学生的政策规定，采取奖、贷、助、补、减等措施，帮助困难学生完成学业。学生学习期满，各科成绩合格，由本科院校按照教育部„2002‟15号文件要求颁发本科毕业证书（即注明专升本），毕业后自主择业。

七、监督管理：各有关高校要严格按照规定的条件和程序做好推荐选拔工作，坚持公平、公正、公开的原则，严格工作程序，严明工作纪律，张榜公布推荐名单和入选名单，接受群众监督，切实保证推荐质量。对于在推荐选拔过程中徇私舞弊、弄虚作假的，无论何时查出，都要进行严肃处理，除清退违规入选学生外，还要追究有关人员的责任，并按情节轻重，给予行政处分，对违规学校取消１至３年的推荐或招收专科学生的资格。

八、组织实施：各校的推荐选拔工作在学校行政的领导下，由教学管理部门具体组织实施，监察部门参与监督管理。招生学校和推荐学校要密切协作，认真做好衔接和管理工作，确保教育质量。

本办法由江西省教育厅解释。

关于2013年我院推荐选拔优秀高职高专毕业生进

入本科阶段学习的通知 各系（部）：

根据江西省教育厅赣教高字〔2013〕25号文件精神，2013年我院推荐选拔优秀高职高专毕业生进入本科阶段学习的工作已开始，现将有关事项通知如下：

一、推荐选拔办法

按照《关于我省高等学校推荐选拔优秀高职高专毕业生进入本科阶段学习的暂行办法》（见附件一），凡符合选拔条件的普通高职高专学生应届毕业生，可自愿报名，经所在院（部）推荐，参加选拔考试，招生学校按考试总成绩从高分到低分择优录取。

二、招生计划、招生学校

2013年全省共选拔4020名优秀普通高职高专应届毕业生进入本科阶段学习，所需招生计划在今年下达各高校普通本科招生计划中安排，具体学校招生计划安排表（见附件二）。

三、选拔考试科目及时间

选拔考试科目为英语和两门主要基础课，英语考试由省教育厅统一组织，两门主要基础课考试由各招生学校组织。

英语考试时间为6月1日上午，两门主要基础课考试时间为6月1日下午和6月2日上午。英语考试内容以教育部《高职高专英语教学基本要求》为依据，考试题型可参考往年全省高校专升本英语考试试卷。两门主要基础课考试内容由各招生高校确定。

四、报名工作

报名工作由教务处负责组织、由各系（部）负责实施，考生只能报考一所学校，报名时各院（部）需认真审查考生资格和组织填写推荐选拔登记表（见附件三）一式二份、收考生个人一寸照片三张，于4月19日前报教务处审核。各系（部）于4月23日至24日以系（部）为单位将考生报名费每人130元交教务处，逾期不予办理。教务处负责统一上报各相关招生学校。

五、其他事项
