本题要求写一封发货通知。发货通知属于商务信函，首先要符合信函的格式要求。其次，发货通知通常用来告知对方发货的情况，而后需对对方的信任和合作表示衷心的感谢，以及期待下次合作等内容，所以措辞要自然，语气要诚恳。本题的难点在于信函内容的表达，考生应把题目所列内容逐一用英文加以表述，而完成本文要注意一些表达方式的转变，比如“一周后到达”可以处理作pick them up in a week(一周后可取货)；“希望”可用look forward to(期待)来表达，态度显得更加诚恳。
