2010年，又是一个多事之秋，灾难再次降临，我国的西南五省干旱了。

在干旱的地区中，贵州特别严重，其缺水程度可谓百年不遇，到处都是龟裂的土地，一片赤地千里的景象，许多农民望着枯死的庄稼潸然泪下，水库中的鱼居然被板结在干枯的河床里，就连驰名中外的黄果树瀑布也没能逃脱厄运……

面对如此大的灾难，在救灾的同时，人们亦在思考，是什么导致了这次旱灾？难道仅仅是“天灾”吗？

显然，这里面存在着许多人为因素！原生态森林的砍伐，过度密集的水力发电站建设，疯狂的采煤洗煤„„导致下游水量变小、地下不位下降、水质一天天恶化，生态平衡遭到破坏„„
