忆往昔，峥嵘岁月。五十五年寒来暑往，五十五个春秋夏冬，历史的长河不会忘记，岁月的沧桑记载了过去，职工医院历经了几代人的风霜雪雨，从小到大，从弱到强，发展成为今天的拥有175张床位，集医疗、教学、科研、预防为一体的综合性二级甲等医院。2008年局党委、林业局体制改革的政策，更给医院带来了明媚的春天，建立新机制，打破大锅饭，开展新技术，换来新面貌，职工医院的今天灯火辉煌。现在，我们的患者增加到100多人，已被确定为五常市城镇职工、居民基本医疗保险定点医院，2009年1月至2009年5月，住院患者988人次，比去年同期增加了439人，业务收入3800.720.89元，比去年同期增加了184%，床位使用率达70%，5月份收入达到了105万元。人均工资翻番，最高达3000多元，最低1000元。

展望未来，我们豪情满怀。在今后的工作中，我们决不辜负党委林业局的殷切期望，不辜负全局父老乡亲的深情厚望和全院职工的热切盼望，让职工医院成为全院职工的物质家园，全体患者的精神家园，成为和谐林区建设中一道美丽的风景线。

敬爱的领导，老师，亲爱的同学们，大家好。今天我演讲的题目是《梦起华电，梦圆华电》

很荣幸刚进入大学，便迎来我校五十五周年华诞庆典。走过五十五年，我校完成了从北京电力学院到华北电力大学的蜕变，成为中国第一电力大学。

五十五年春华秋实，五十五年风雨兼程，五十五年前，我们起步北京，五十五年后，我们伫立保定。

携青春之梦，我坚定着步伐进入华电，追理想之光，我缱绻着方向充实每天。

我们华北电力浓厚的历史积淀，让每一位进入华电的莘莘学子都有着一种自豪之情。庄严大气的教学主楼，欣欣向荣的绿茵小路，充满活力的运动场，书香四溢的图书馆……一幅幅美丽的景色将华电点缀，无论是朝阳初上还是夕阳欲颓，无论是晴空万里还是暴雨倾盆，华电，总有它独特的美丽。

记得当我第一次来到这座离家千里的城市，当我刚刚步入这所梦寐以求的校园，望向长长的花坛，环顾四周的绿树草坪，一种温馨祥和的气息迎面而来，可还是有淡淡的离乡情愁萦绕于心，无声地驱使我更加握紧妈妈的手。如同每一位初次离家的同学，来到一个全新的地方，总会有着一丝丝离别的伤感，一丝丝独立的担忧；而当我走入校园之中，学长学姐的亲切热情，导员老师的和蔼负责，让我真真切切体会到了家的感觉。第一次步入寝室的我，并没有想象中的不习惯，却还意外地收获了三位好同窗，好姐妹。正如妈妈所说，华电，将会是我未来四年的家。

走过严格的军训，我们再次为自己充电；卸下庄严的军装，我们以焕然一新的面容迎接即将正式开始的大学生活。秋风渐渐送来凉意，我开始期待，期待白雪倾覆的冬季，期待桃花初开的暖春，期待百花争艳的仲夏……

作为一名合格的华电学子，我们必将铭记五十五载华电人的精神：团结，勤奋，求实，创新；我们将“做一个科技领域最尖端的人才”作为自己的目标，积极进取，开拓创新，挥洒青春的汗水，凝聚智慧的精华，今天破壳而出的雏鸟，必将是明日展翅翱翔的雄鹰。

第五篇：《五十五条班规》观后感

观后感

看了《五十五条班规》这个电影以后，让我思考了好久，给了我很大的启发。

都说国有国法，家有家规。我想说，班也要有班规。没有规矩不成方圆，好的班规是一个班成功的秘诀。在《五十五条班规》这个电影中充分的体现了这个道理。所以给我的第一个启示是：在将来当老师的时候，首先要给班里定班规，让孩子们都朝着同一个方向努力。

那是整个学校历最差的班级，什么都不好。一年里气走了多少个老师。但是克拉克执意要教这个班，并且有100%教好他们的把握。在他认为，每个人都是好多生，只要肯做肯学。当我当老师的时候，要对孩子坚定一个信念，每个孩子都是好孩子，都是聪明的孩子。不可以随便说某某孩子真笨之类的消极的话。

很多时候，我们不能都按照自己的方式去教学生，要适当的选择孩子喜欢的方式。在影片中，克拉克老师不是一味的枯燥的麻木的讲着书本上历史的知识，而是换了一种孩子们容易接受的方式，用rap的方式教学，这不仅让孩子有兴趣，还很容易记住历史知识，真是一举两得。

当老师最重要的一条就是有耐心。我想象着，在克拉克教那些孩子之前的所有老师里，除了没有好的教学方法外，其次就是没有耐心。克拉克叫这个班的过程中，也多次被这群孩子愚弄，即使他很气愤，但到了第二天，他还是会去学校，去教那些孩子课程。最后，克拉克还是得到了这些孩子的喜欢。所以说，耐心尤为重要！

电影的结尾是这个最差的班级成为所有的班级里最优秀的班级，孩子们爱是爱他们的老师，感激他们的老师。这个结局告诉我只要我们对孩子多一点爱心，多一点帮助，多一点爱护，就会得到孩子们的喜爱，孩子们也是有感情的。
