3、党支部委员选举工作的注意事项：
一要从所属部门综合考虑。比如，多部门组成的支部，推选出的委员尽量考虑部门分布问题；只由一个科室组成的支部不涉及此问题。
二要保证选举程序的规范化。上一任支部书记、委员要坚守最后一班岗，在新支部委员没选出之前仍然有履行职责的权力和义务，组织召开本支部的全体党员大会，并按照党章和党内选举法的要求及程序认真做好。
三要把握党支部委员任职条件（附后）。
党支部委员任职条件
党支部委员必须模范地履行党章第三条所规定的党员的各项义务，原则上应具备以下的基本条件：
1、具有一定的政治理论水平和政治觉悟，坚持讲学习、讲政治、讲正气。
2、具有共产主义远大理想和坚定走中国特色社会主义道路的信念，坚决执行党的基本路线和各项方针、政策，坚持社会主义办学方向。
3、坚持解放思想，实事求是，与时俱进，开拓创新，认真调查研究，能够把党的方针、政策同学校的教育教学实际工作相结合，工作勤勉踏实，取得一定的成绩。
4、有事业心和责任感，有较强的组织能力、学识水平。热心为党员服务，热爱党务工作，有奉献精神。
5、能公正公平办事，以身作则，与群众打成一片，能经常开展批评和自我批评，做到自重、自省、自警、自励。
6、坚持和维护党的民主集中制，有民主作风，有全局观念，善于团结同志，包括团结同自己有不同意见的同志一起工作。
7、党支部委员一般应有2年以上党龄、在校工作满3年以上。
8、党支部委员男一般不超过55周岁，女一般不超过50周岁。

四是加强班子建设，全力支持村委会的村民自治工作。实行村务公开，使广大村民能够当家作主，共同参与洋屯村的社会主义新农村建设，为村委会工作顺利开展，起好助推力。
五是深入群众，了解群众疾苦，解决群众实际问题，注重自身修养，时刻严格要求自己，忠诚地实践党的理想，信念和宗旨。特别是一些低保户、特困户、因病致贫户，使他们真正感受到党的关怀和照顾，帮助他们积极开展农业生产，为他们早日脱贫寻找门路。六是充分利用我在乡村管理大专所学的各门课程知识结合我村实际学而之用，专心地投入创建美好和-谐洋屯。

（一）政治素质好，带头践行科学发展观，自觉贯彻党的路线方针政策，模范遵守国家法律法规，自觉同上级党委、政府保持一致。
（二）思想解放，勇于开拓，带富能力强，能积极带头致富和带动群众共同致富。
（三）热爱农村工作，能热心为群众服务，有较好的群众基础，作风正派，乐于奉献，尽职尽责，办事公道，清正廉洁。
（四）具备高中以上文化程度，年龄原则上不超过50周岁。原班子成员在近三年的工作表现突出、身体健康的，经党委研究年龄和学历可适当放宽。
（五）村党支部书记在具备以上委员任职条件的基础上，还应具有较强的组织协调和领导能力，工作思路清晰，能发扬民主，自觉执行民主集中制，维护领导班子团结，在党员和群众中具有较高的公认度和威信。
有下列情形之一的，不得提名为村党支部换届选举候选人：
（一）违反党纪党规、国家法律法规被立案侦查或调查期间的，违反计划生育政策，接受处理未满三年或未接受处理的；
（二）三年内，受过党纪处分或治安处罚的；
（三）宗族思想严重，拉帮结派，搞小圈子、闹不团结，私心重，政治素质差的；
（四）群众意见较大，缺乏群众基础，办事不公，工作能力较低和工作方法简单粗暴的；
（五）集体观念淡薄，不能积极完成本单位及上级党委政府布臵的任务的；
（六）违反组织原则和工作程序，煽动、组织或参与过集体上访、越级上访的；
（七）党性观念差，经常不参加组织生活，不愿做党分配的工作的。
（八）不能够自觉交纳党费；在任期间，连续2年未发展党员的。附件2：

第三条 党员推荐下一届支委会委员和书记候选人，采取召开党员大会的形式进行。要公布候选人条件，听取本届支委会委员的述职报告，现场公开计票。有选举权的党员到会人数要超过应到会人数的五分之四，外出流动党员原则上要告知相关事项，但一般不委托投票。
第四条

第五条 群众推荐下一届支委会委员和书记候选人，采取群众代表大会的形式进行。群众代表一般由非党员的：村民代表、本村人大代表、政协委员、现任村民委员会班子成员及村级后备干部、大学生村官、村退职老干部、村致富能手等组成，群众代表人数不得少于党员人数。推荐投票，参照党员大会推荐办法进行。

第八条 收回推荐票少于或等于发出推荐票，推荐有效；收回推荐票多于发出推荐票，推荐无效。对没有书写能力的党员可现场委托他人代为填写，不准委托投票。第九条 填写推荐票时，支部书记人选只能推荐1人，委员人选按确定的职数进行推荐，少于或等于推荐人数，推荐票有效，多于推荐人数，推荐票作废。

第一条 由驻村乡镇工作指导组负责召开党员大会直接差额选举村党支部委员、书记。
第二条 选举时，有选举权的党员到会人数超过应到会人数的五分之四，会议有效。不能参加大会选举的党员，符合有关规定情形的，经党员大会通过，并报乡镇党委同意，可以不计入党员大会的应到会人数。
第三条 本届村党支部根据乡镇党委批复，提出新一届村支部委员会委员和书记候选人建议名单，交大会酝酿讨论，根据多数选举人的意见确定委员、书记正式候选人。委员和书记候选人数至少比应选人数多1人。
第四条 选举顺序为先选举产生村党支部委员，然后再选举产生书记。如有书记候选人在委员选举中落选，形不成差额的，可实行等额选举。
第五条 选举前，候选人应向选举人作自我介绍、竞职演讲，或接受选举人询问。
第六条 选举时每轮选举应公开计票，当场公布计票结果。第七条 选举一律采用无记名投票的方式进行。选举人对候选人可以投赞成票或不赞成票，也可以弃权。投不赞成票者可以另选他人。

大家好，作为一个心理委员的代表，我想和大家共同探讨一下有关心理委员的问题。或许当过心理委员的同学们有时候都会有这样的感受，心理委员在班级里是一个无足轻重的位置，并会觉得无所事事，但是希望在接下来我和其他同学的演讲，能让大家觉得就算是心理委员也同样可以做得很出色并有自己的价值。
上了大学之后很多同学们都会或多或少的出现一些问题，比如学习变为自主性学习，对未来没有一点规划。或者情感上出现问题等。所以针对这些问题，我相对的采取了这些方法，首先，通过阅览书籍以及参加学校组织的培训提高自己的心理素养和心理委员的工作能力，这里我推荐大家读读毕淑敏的书，她的很多散文都是关于生命，关于自我调节等方面，或许会给大家带来一些启示。还有就是有正针对性的和同学谈心交流,处理好和同学之间的关系，成为他们知心信任的朋友，这一点我相信大家基本都能做到，毕竟人与人之间的交流是一切关系的前提。其中我觉得最重要的就是举办有创造性的活动，对于整个班级而言，调整班级氛围，这是一种最直接也最有效的方式。
接下来这些照片乃是我们院部和我们班级所进行的活动，讲座类的活动对于大学生活来说是很重要的一环，它能够直接带给我们价值或者认知上的体验。一些趣味活动则能带给我么身心上的愉悦感。对于我们生物专业的同学而言，我们就比别人有更多的机会去接近自然，研究自然，我们去过潜山观察植物，也在九宫山上待过七天，我们一起吃饭，一起爬山，一起研究植物，也还一起站在山顶上大叫过。我觉得这些经验对我们来说都特别宝贵，因为它教会我们更好与自然相处以及保护自然，然而无形中班级的凝聚力也增强了许多，我觉得团结是一个班级最需具备的一个特质。同样我们班会画画唱歌的人也很多，所以文化气息很好。下面是我们一起为班助所组织的送别会，感谢班助为我们所做的一切。

Living in the 21st century offers certain advantages,such as a higher standard of living, but it also has some disadvantages, such as a polluted environment.To begin with, most people now have more money for less hard work.They earn higher salaries than before and enjoy better social security, such as social welfare for laid-off workers and disability insurance.Secondly, because of the advance in medical technology which leads to better medical care and treatment, people’s life expectancy is longer.Moreover, most people now can afford to buy foods of high nutrition and enjoy their leisure time.Thirdly, modern conveniences such as radio, TV, internet, various vehicles and labour-saving machines in the home, all greatly facilitate human communication, transportation and housework as well.Nevertheless, living in the 21st century also has its disadvantages.The most serious one is the increasingly polluted environment;air is filled with smog and water is contaminated by iehemicals from factories.Another main disadvantage is the personali of human relationships which mostly result from people’s ever-increasing contact with machines and numbers.Still one more disadvantage is the weakening of spiritual values.An undeniable fact is that a large number of people are solely interested in materialistic culture,while neglecting spiritual civilization.Limited by space, we have to skip the examples.In conclusion, although the 21st century has indeed given us a lot of advantages, it may not have made us wiser, because it has also made our earth dirtier, our people less humane, and our spiritual life poorer, We should continue to enjoy the benefits of technological advancement,however, we must
