刚毕业的大学生在求职面试时不能给人以老油条的印象，惹人生厌，要让人感到实在。

面试时不能自吹自擂，也不能心虚胆怯，要实实在在，一是一，二是二，把自己的优势和劣势都陈述出来，让考官定夺。当然，要多说优势少说劣势，但绝不能只说优势不说劣势，哪怕只说一条明显的劣势——没有经验也比不说强，有人就是因为每次面试都主动述说一两条自己的劣势赢得考官的好感而面试成功。

有位考官面试的人说：“你不是最优秀的，却是最实在的，在你之前，没有人主动揭自己的短。”其实，我自己揭的都是最无关紧要的短，和工作本身关系不大，比如去应聘秘书，我绝不会告诉考官我的打字速度比要求慢一倍，而只说自己不够漂亮，个儿矮，稍胖，这些都与秘书工作本身无关，而且显而易见，我不说老板也看得见，我若不说老板会认为是不足，我自己说了反而成了优点，坏事变好事。

成长中的我们要珍惜每一次路上的摔倒，从中学会长大，学会从容。

—题记

两点之间，曲线最短。在生活中，我们知道“两点之间，直线最短”。在初中的数学的学习中“两点之间，线段最短”成为了我们的顺口溜。然而，在这里，我想说的是“两点之间，曲线最短”。

为什么这么说呢？因为在我们的成长旅途中，是不可能没的挫折的。而挫折越多，对我们的锻炼也就越多。我所说的“曲线”，指的就是挫折。我们可以想像，如果一个人，一生都没有受到过任何挫折，那么当他遇到一个极小的挫折——就比如说摔倒在地上，他能够爬起来吗？答案是否定的（除非他是奇才）。正是这些挫折，使我们进步地更快。所以，两点之间。曲线最短。

“吃一堑，长一智”这是一句人人皆知的俗语。在我们的生活中，难免会吃亏。而在吃亏之后，我们一定要吸取教训，不要被一块石头绊倒两次，不要连续掉进一个陷阱。吃亏后，我们努力找到自己的错误，下次不再犯。

没有过不去的火焰山，“世上无难事，只怕有心人”，再大的挫折，只要“敢闯”，“狠闯”，就一定能闯过去——不试一试怎么知道呢？罗曼.曼兰的《名人传》中描绘的这些“痛苦和磨难造就的伟人”就具有这种精神。李云龙的“逢敌必亮剑”亮剑精神，也是敢于战胜敌人的精神，难道不值得我们学习吗？

当困难与坎坷再来敲我的门时，勇敢地冲它微笑，竖起大拇指，让自信写在脸上，足以让我拥抱胜利和阳光。既然太阳都能不怕风和雨，那我还怕什么哦。我可是坚强和微笑的代表。悲伤，它不是我的归宿。快乐，才是我的向往。明天的太阳依旧升起，我的微笑一如既往。

刚刚步入初中校园的我们，也是向社会迈出的第一步，所谓涉世之初的我们不管是痛苦还是快乐，我们都要面对。自信，从容，永远是最好的选择！

再回首，灯火阑珊处没有伊人，只有自己的梦想在风中轻轻地摇曳！

第三篇：面试以礼赢人

一支悦耳动听的乐曲能给人以“余音绕梁，三日不绝”之感受，音乐讲求在高潮中结束，听众正是在这种高潮中达到心灵共鸣的。求职面试犹如奏乐演唱，也需要讲求结束之术，虽不可苛求“高潮”，但虎头蛇尾则可能前功尽弃或丢掉即将到手的机会。不少求职者面试开始表现不俗，甚至成为“意中人”，但是在结束时的“不拘小节”露出破绽，致使“煮熟的鸭子飞了”。其实，编织筐篓全在收口，下棋一着不慎，全盘皆输，求职过程，同样需要善始善终。

结束以礼——礼多人人爱

中国乃礼仪之邦，讲文明懂礼貌是一种良好的品格，也是打工、求职者应具备的起码素质。报载，一位长于学术短于礼仪的硕士研究生来到深圳求职，面试时一番锋芒毕露的自我介绍，听者为之动容，然而，结束时抛下声“再见”，连握手也免了，拂袖扬长而去。接待他的面试官苦笑着摇头：如果说有个性、有锋芒可以容忍的话，那么连基本礼节都不懂的人则“养不起”，也无法与之合作。面试虽然结束了，但公司的考察并没有划上句号。面试结束时的礼节是公司考察录用的重要砝码。成功方法在于，首先不要在面试官结束谈话前表现出浮躁不安、急欲离去的样子，你应该知道在什么时候告辞，有些接见者以起身表示面谈的结束，另一些则用“同你谈话我感到很愉快”或“感谢你前来面谈”这样的辞令结束谈话。对此应十分敏锐，不失时机地起身告辞。其次，告辞时应同接见者握手，面带笑容地感谢接见者花时间同你面谈，走出时，如果在你面试前有秘书或接待员接待过你或招待过你的话，也应一并向他们致谢告辞。

先声夺人——用心语敲开机遇之门

面试将完的时候，假如对方没表示和你联系，你可以问对方什么时候作出最后决定，好让自己有一个心理准备，或问可否在一段时间内来电话询问。不过，有礼貌的公司，不管你成功与否，一定会给你一个答复。不要不敢问及有关未来工作的问题，但不可急于问有关薪水、休假、福利情况，这类事情通常是第二次面试时才讨论涉及的。临别时，说些难忘的话，以在众多的求职者中加深自己在公司的印象。比如：“您对这份工作情况的介绍给我留下了十分深刻的印象，谢谢您能会见我。”以对面试官的肯定评价加深印象。如问：“我在事业上有什么发展机会”要比“我能得到多长时间的假期？”要巧妙得多。同样是为求职成功，前者虚怀若谷、寻求指导，后者则急不可待、焦虑不安。

会后致谢——不以胜败论英雄

分析一下面试中得与失，然后写封补充性质的信寄给面试官，一方面对会见表示感谢，另一方面在他们心目中留下深刻印象。信要简短而热情，不要令人生厌。礼多人不怪，在招聘单位难以取舍之际，这封信可能会产生决定性作用。如若被录用了，在接受这份工作前，你要弄清所有条件。在致谢信中，你可以巧妙地提醒面试官你的长处，表现出自信。如果你没被录用，而你又特别想去这家公司，寄一封短信说明你即使没有成功但也很高兴有面试机会，并且说如果将来有可能，你将会很高兴再次被告之有面试机会。

3、练习后自信一定就增强了。通过充分的准备后，自己已经不再慌忙和慌乱，觉得自己准备后常考的问题，一定不怕面试了。这样对家长和孩子都是吃了一颗定心丸。有了镇静和自信，面试中一定能发挥出自己的最佳水平！

三、多照镜子，竖立良好的个人仪态！
