1、不能过于被动。

通常，在面试时过于被动的人都会错误地认为只要事先按一些有关面试技巧的文章里所介绍的去准备好主考官可能要问的问题的答案，然后主考官问什么问题自己就照着答什么问题就可以了。卡耐基教育网专家指出其实这是个很大的错误，因为我们哪怕事先准备的怎样周到，到了面试时主考官都可能会问一些我们出其不意的问题，而且用这种方式去面试，过于被动，容易被主考官牵着鼻子走，容易被问及一些对求职者本身是劣势性而且难以用技巧去掩饰的问题，如对方如十分看重工作经验的话，对方首先就会问你有多少年的工作经验，如果求职者是刚毕业出来的话，应如何回答呢?说谎显然不行，说经验并不是主要的主要要看个人能力之类的话吧说服不了对方，很可能就会因此而泡汤。

2、尽量讲述你曾做过的某个成功的个案，以此来表现你的卓越才能。因为个案的说服力是最强的，但这要很有技巧地引导主考官认真地听你讲完才能发挥其最大的作用。如何才能做到这一点呢?

⑴、在保持真实性的前提下，事先要尽量将该个案编得有故事性、情节性。

⑵、在讲述前应先引起对方对你要讲的个案产生浓厚的兴趣。例如，可能对此个案做一个简要的介绍，或者对它的曲折性、困难性、传奇性做一个概括，使对方自动问你这个个案的详细经过是怎么样的，然后你就可以说这样可能要花你多些时间，这时对方在好奇心的驱动下，就顾不得那么多了，会叫你尽快讲出来。

⑶、在讲述时注意保持与对方目光适当的接触，这样一方面可表示对对方的重视，是一种礼貌，另一方面则能起观颜察色，时刻注重对方的反应的作用。

⑷、一旦对方表现出有些不耐烦的情绪，你可以在适当的时候运用一些技巧使对方再次提起兴趣。比如在讲到一个广告个案在实施的过程时，你可以叹一口气，略作停顿，吊一吊对方的胃口，等对方问你为什么叹气时，你才继续讲那时遇到了很大的因难，但你还是想出了一个绝妙的办法将它解决了。

2.业余爱好

一个人介绍自己是一个排球爱好者，自己曾以排球队长的身份带领球队取得了某种成绩。这能说明什么呢？其实在这种爱好背后暗示出他个人的人际关系水平，试想，排球是一个团体项目，没有队员之间的良好沟通和协作是很难取得什么成就的。而在这样到活动中，面试者能成为一个组织者，并取得了成就，至少说明了他在人际交流与沟通中的高能力。反之，如果一个人爱好的是不是排球是铅球，他个人的组织协调能力就值得考虑了，毕竟这种运动是一个人的活动，缺乏人际互动。在我们国家，在排球项目中出现了一些领导官员，但在铅球和举重等运动员中，出领导的可能性就寥寥了。

不过需要说明的是，爱好本来没有高低贵贱之分，在面试中所展现的个人爱好关键在于能否和所应聘的工作相匹配。比如说，爱读书、思考，这种爱好应聘一个报社编辑应该是合适的，但应聘一个人情往来比较多的公务员职位可能就不大适合了。

3.个性特点

通过自我介绍，我们可以了解更多的是一个面试者的个性层面，从他的自我介绍中，可以从以下几个维度进行内容分析：

现实vs浪漫。有的人在自我介绍中，通篇的东西都很实在，说到观点的时候也愿意摆事实讲道理，无疑，这会是一个比较现实的人；而有的人，则会采用另外一种方式，比如讲一个小故事来介绍自己；或者通过一段诗词来介绍自己，那么这些人就属于浪漫型的人物了，他们往往情感丰富，有人情味，但有时候会沉迷于自己的世界显得与现实脱轨。

事实vs空洞。在说明一件事情的时候，有的人愿意高屋建瓴，从理论高度去阐述；而有的人则愿意举实际的例子，让事实来说明。比如说，同样是说自己有团队精神，务实的人会讲一个现实生活中的例子，谈自己是如何搞好同寝室关系的；而务虚的人则会从理念出发，说自己坚持了一个什么信念，又采用了几大策略，还奉行了几个坚持等等，说一些正确无比却又毫无实际操作意义的话。注意后一种人，这种人做一些宣传工作尚可，但要做实际工作的话有让你头痛的时候。

4.智力水平

自我介绍中能看出一个人的智力高低吗？能，至少在某些智力维度上能。心理学关于智力的研究表明，一个智力高的人的重要表现是逻辑能力强、概括能力强，而这两种能力恰恰可以在一个人的自我介绍中表现出来。比如，逻辑能力强的人，则会在自我介绍中，分阶段、有层次地表现自己。如，他会这样介绍：“在工作方面，我……；在个性方面，我……，在业余爱好上，我……”，等等。而概括能力强的人则会精确选择一些词汇来描述自己，比如说，“可以用三个词来形容我自己，胆大、心细、脸皮厚”，然后分别介绍自己怎么胆大，又怎么心细，又怎么脸皮厚的，当然这不一定表明他脸皮真的厚，但这种介绍方式却可以看出其智商的不一般。当然，在面试情景中，有的人智商也很高，但由于紧张，或者准备不充分，自我介绍的时候东一句、西一句介绍自己，既无逻辑，也无概括，确实有这种情况。所以从智力水平上这方面，我们只能说，在自我介绍中，看不出一个人是否智商低，但智商高的话，会有所表现。

When a sophomore, I joined the Association of AI Enthusiast and began to narrow down my interest for my future research.With the tool of OpenGL and Matlab, I designed a simulation program for transportation scheduling system.It is now widely used by different research groups in NUST.I assumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis & dispose project for Nanjing sewage treatment plant.This was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.In retrospect, I find myself standing on a solid basis in both theory and experience, which has prepared me for the Ph.D.program.My future research interests include: Network Scheduling Problem, Heuristic Algorithm research(especially in GA and Neural network), Supply chain network research, Hybrid system performance analysis with Petri nets and Data Mining.
