One possible version:

Recently, we have had a discussion about whether training classes or tutors are necessary during holidays. Some think it is necessary. In their opinion, it’s more effective to study with a teacher’s help than just by themselves.Besides, they can make up for what they have missed or failed to understand in class. However, others don’t think so.For one thing, students need time for rest in their free time. For another, attending training classes or hiring tutors even causes some students not to listen attentively in their regular classes. In my opinion, if you are really very weak at or interested in a certain subject, maybe a training class or tutor is OK for you.Otherwise it will only be a waste of time and money.[部分解析]

1.规范管理过程,严格遵守高一(13)班《班级的约定》;做到民主决定班级走向;

在班级工作中尽管我取得了一定的成绩,但也有许多需要改进的地方。学生的进取心还不强,思想意识上对学习不够重视,对学习目的不是十分明确,存在较强的反复。根据我的日常观察,原因如下;
