通过学习使我了解到工人阶级政党产生于资产阶级政党之后，它是资本主义进入大生产，工人阶级反对资产阶级的斗争发展到自觉阶段，马克思主义同工人运动相结合的产物，而中国共产党是马克思列宁主义同中国工人运动相结合的产物。在旧中国，我国工人阶级和世界上其他国家的工人阶级一样，没有任何生产资料。它在同资产阶级作斗争中锤炼了高度的团结互助精神和严格的组织纪律性，是历史上最先进、最革命和具有远大前途的阶级。建国前，由于中国工人阶级产生的历史条件和所处的社会环境，它还具有一些特殊性。首先中国工人阶级深受帝国主义、封建主义和官僚主义三座大山的压迫，它处于社会的最地层，所受的压迫和剥削比中国其他任何阶层都要沉重，这在世界上也是罕见的。其次中国工人阶级的分布比较集中。这一优点弥补了中国工人人数少的不足，便于组织起来，形成一支重要的社会力量。第三中国工人阶级与农民有着天然的联系，便于同广大农民结成紧密的联盟，使中国工人阶级领导中国革命具有极其广泛的社会基础。中国工人阶级的这些特点和优点，决定了它是中国革命的领导力量，是现代中国最进步的阶级。
正是工人阶级在毛泽东思想的指引下带领占中国决大多数人口的农民群众经过长期的反对帝国主义、封建主义、官僚主义的革命斗争，取得了新民主主义革命的胜利，建立了人民民主专政的中华人民共和国。因此中国共产党是工人阶级的政党。
既然中国共产党是工人阶级的政党，是中国工人阶级的先锋队，而在本人周围的许多党员并不是工人阶级。通过学习和谈话是我认识到，中国共产党由工人阶级中的先进分子所组成，并不是说其他阶级出身的人不能入党，也不是说那些人入党就改变了党的工人阶级先锋队的性质。党员的出身，并不是党的性质的决定因素。列宁指出“确定一个党是不是真正工人的政党，不仅要看它是不是由工人组成的，而且要看它是由什么人领导以及它的行动和政治策略的内容如何。只有根据后者，才能确定这个党是不是真正无产阶级的政党。”也就是说只要以马克思主义为指导思想，坚持工人阶级的立场，一切从工人阶级和最广大人民群众的根本利益出发，坚持符合工人阶级和最广大人民群众的根本利益的纲领和路线，即使党内的工人成分不占多数，也可以建设成为工人阶级的先锋队。中国共产党正是这样，在党员中农民出身的党员较多，但党的指导思想、纲领和路线，都是忠实地代表了工人阶级和全国各族人民利益的，所以党始终保持了工人阶级先锋队的性质。同时党在民主革命时期和社会主义建设中，发展了不少非工人阶级出身的同志入党，由于他们接受了马克思主义的世界观，抛弃了原来的阶级立场，拥护党的纲领和路线，具备了工人阶级先进分子的条件，并且经过了严格的考察和考验，所以党并没有改变它的先进性。
虽然已经成为了入党积极分子，但我不会从此停止不懈努力积极改造的步伐，并且，作为一名积极分子，我会以更高的标准来要求而自己。第一，我要明确入党的要求。一方面，当规定出一定的标准作为吸收和发展党员的条件；另一方面，要求入党有完全以自愿为基础的，不允许有任何压迫性的成分。在这里，我发现要成为党员还是有一段很长的路要走，而这段路的关键在于我的个人思想修养。第二，我要了解入党的目的。
1、为****奋斗终身，更好的为人民服务。
2、赶上周围同志的步伐，做一个对社会有用的人。
3、在组织中锻炼自己，提高自己，早日成为合格的优秀人才。
4、实现自我价值和社会价值。第三，我要端正入党动机。作为入党积极分子的我们其实是一种责任感，认真学习是我们现阶段的首要任务，只有学好知识，将来才有可能更好的去完成党的理想。第四，我要认真学习党章。在之前对党的认识还不够深刻，而党章中蕴含了大量的党的思想结晶，今后一有时间，我就会研读一下党章，深入贯彻党的指导思想，党员的义务和权利。
通过参加这次入党积极分子的培训，使我在思想认识上能够有了很大的提高。在学习中，我深深体会到了中国共产党是中国工人阶级的先锋队，是中国各民族利益的忠实代表，是中国社会主义事业领导的核心。我们党领导人民奋斗八十一年的峥嵘岁月和光辉业绩，如同一幅逶迤而又气势磅礴、雄浑而又绚丽多彩的画卷展现在世人面前。我们党完成了新民主主义革
命任务，实现了民族独立和人民解放；建立了社会主义制度，实现了中国历史上最广泛最深刻的社会变革；开创了建设有中国特色社会主义事业，为实现中华民族的伟大复兴开创了正确的道路；建立了人民民主专政的国家政权，中国人民掌握了自己的命运；建立了独立的和比较完整的国民经济体系，经济实力和综合国力显著增强，彻底结束了旧中国一盘散沙的局面，实现国家的高度统一和各民族的空前团结；我们坚持独立自主和平外交政策，为世界和平与发展的崇高事业作出了重要贡献。直至今日，人民群众的物质生活和精神生活水平都得到了很大的提高。我们党这八十一年的辉煌成就业绩有目共睹、有口皆碑。
中国共产党的指导思想是马列主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论和“三个代表”的重要思想。毛泽东思想是马列主义在中国的发展，他引导中国人民推翻了“三座大山”，建立了中华人民共和国。邓小平理论是马克思主义同当代中国实际和时代特征相结合的产物，他提出了“建设有中国特色的社会主义理论体系，并围绕这一主题，搞活了经济，人民的生活水平和国家的综合国力等都得到了更大的提高，实现了“一国两制”，既香港、澳门的顺利回归。在社会主义建设不断的实践和经验总结中，我们党的第三代领导人江总书记又提出了“三个代表“的重要思想，它是我们党的立党之本、执政之基、力量这源，也是我们在新世纪全面推进党的建设，不断推进理论创新、制度新和科技创新，不断夺取建设有中国特色社会主义事业的新胜利的根本要求。
我们党始终代表了中国先进生产力的发展要求。党的理论路线、方针政策和各项工作，都符合现阶段生产力发展的要求，尤其体现了先进生产力发展的要求；通过发展生产力，不断提高人民群众的生活水平。我们党始终代表了先进文化的前进方向，党的理论、路线、方针、政策和各项工作，都体现了发展面向现代化、面向世界、面向未来的社会主义文化的精神，促进全民族思想道德素质和科学文化素质的不断提高，为我国经济发展和社会进步提供精神动力和智力支持；我们党始终代表了中国最广大人民的根本利益，党的理论、路线、纲领、方针、政策和各项工作，都把人民的根本利益作为出发点和归宿，充分发展人民群众的积极性、主动性和创造性，在社会不断发展进步的基础上，使人民群众获得切实的经济、政治、文化利益。“三个代表”是统一的整体，相互联系，相互促进。我们一定要坚持把全面落实“三个代表”要求，统一于党的建设的各个方面，统一于领导人民进行改革开放和社会主义现代化建设的全过程。
作为一名入党积极分子，我在思想上和党建理论知识修养等方面与老党员相比有一定的差距，但我会不断向老党员学习，按照党章之规定来要求年历己，在生活中做到一个真正党员应做到的事，决不给组织丢脸。我也有一些缺点，但在党组织的教导下，在理论知识的不断修养中，我有决心改正这些缺点，希望组织不断教导、帮助我，使我早日成为一名真正的共产党员
